Had an amazing 6 course dinner with wine pairing tonight. The food and drink were fantastic, maybe the best I’ve had in Haarlem ever (and I’ve lived here for 30 years). It’s very unfortunate though that this place doesn’t offer tap water. I can imagine that if you serve a burger, you need to make your money on selling water. But when you charge €400+ for 2 people (and worth every euro!), it’s totally absurd that you refuse to give your guests tap water when they ask for it. Please let me know when you change this policy, and I’ll be happy to come again (just to be clear; I’m happy to pay for the water; I just don’t like the useless extra pollution that is created thanks to the bottled water).

Dining at Mano is an experience. From the sophisticated, yet cosy decor to the perfect table service and inventive, precisely prepared dishes. I cannot recommend Mano enough. It shines brightly in a city bursting with exciting, top notch restaurants.

Probably the best place to eat in Haarlem. The owner worked in michelin starred restaurants and brought his experience into Mano. Prices are low compared to the quality of the food. Awesome experience!

We happened to be in Haarlem in the evening. We’re walking around and so this place , looked fancy. Saw one or two tables available, it was Thursday so decided to ask . Rung the bell, and they did not even open the door. I found it plainly rude, regardless of the quality of one’s food. But hey, if they don’t want our business , I would not want to eat there as well.

Food and service was excellent. I was there with my boyfriend and we like especially that servers let you try the wine before they give you a whole glass.

This place is AMAZING! We went for my husband's birthday and had about 7 courses with the half paring of wine. Every bite was just WOW! I cannot wait to go again.

We had a great dinner (6 persons) at MANO. What a great place it is, the food was outstanding , especially the coquille (signaturedish!!), tuna and dessert were mindblowing. The service of Tekura and her team was professional, warm and informal polite. Everybody loved it. The R&L Legras Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne fits perfect in the total concept. We are big fans of MANO and recommend everybody this awesome dining experience. Martijn & Jeanine

After a great experience the first time, we couldn't wait to go back! And again it was overwhelming. The food is so beautiful and looks amazing. The wines, the hospitality and service are excellent!! There is an other lovely and great restaurant added to Haarlem at a beautiful location. We love it!

It was an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Of course the dishes are amazing. Each one is a small piece of tasty art. Besides good food, there is a selection of beers and wine. I had a great time here. Go on a slow day and take your time to enjoy your meal.
