The service are excellent. This year my husband and I started using Mr Delivery and we are happy with the fast service and friendly staff🙂

Always used Mr D but there customer service with incompetent staff made me delete app

Wont be using their service anymore as their delivery drivers don't follow Covid guidelines. The contactless delivery never works, even if you manage to get the driver to get out of his car. Half don't wear masks correctly. With the number of people they come into contact without following rules ill be surprised if they aren't spreading it

Rude, won't use them again and I'm logging my complaints to higher ups. You should retrain your staff. P. S Dr. De kock

Your app has fundamental errors and thus we cannot order. I can get to the point where I have to insert the SMS confirmation number... then get a error because I chose 'HOUSE'. Cannot call them. THEN I GET A NON-PERSONALISED E-MAIL TO TELL ME TO DO EXACTLY WHAT I DID IN THE FIRST PLACE WITHOUT FACTORING IN THEIR APP ERROR. Won't be using Mr Delivery no more. Not even during the Lockdown. ✌

The most not user friendly website I ever encountered they need to make their website more user friendly and my address comes up as a invalid one but I have been living there for over 20 years ...pathetic really

Can't deliver to my adress, gave two different adresses. Chicken licken is on the app but not available to order. Worst service ever. Please don't call yourself MR Delivery, If i still need to drive within 10KM of the restaurant to get delivery from MR Delivery, i might just as well save money and go buy it myself!! Worthless

Placed an order thru them last Friday and made EFT payment, my order got canceled but I'm not yet refunded to date. To make matters worse no one from their team has even bothered to respond to several emails I sent thru.

Poor service. First time restaurant makes a mistake, we complain, Mr D says we should have taken photos to send with. Next time we have this problem, we take photos and send same. No reply or response. Rather use Uber Eats.

Well first the driver never delivered my food and switched off his phone and then when i called the customer care they tell me they can only refund h50% of the money daylight robbery rather use uber eats most pathetic service in SA even gives Eskom a run for its money useless

Very poor service

They employ bike drivers without properly checking if drivers have proper bike licenses. And when their drivers causes accidents not to adhere to the road traffic rules, for example driving over stop streets and red robots without stopping. The management says they the bike drivers are sub-contracted. And they the owners management are not liable...for the damage that their bike drivers caused when they made their deliveries.

Mr D driver delivered a wrong order and took it back to the store. The order is paid cash, now I don't have my money or even the food. Bokamoso canceled my order and Mr D completed on the app but did not get my food. I want my money back now so I can buy food please

I ordered and paid for 7 chicken and cheesd burgers and received all 7 without any cheese. I lodged a complaint on the app. I also attached a photo. Then they sent me an email asking me what the problem was and asked for pictures of all the food. I did not complain via email as I have q problem with my outgoing email. I have been trying to get hold of them for hours but to no avail. Even commented on their facebook posts as well as sending direct messages on fb and trying to call. Can also not ask any further questions about this complaint on the app. Why is it impossible to get in touch about a complaint when I cannot send an email?

Mistakenly gave the wrong address, tried to call them to correct, they stated they cant change address delivery and that they were going to reverse the transaction, we were willing to pay the extra delivery fee whereby they stated that it is not possible and the Pizzas were going to be returned and we will only be refunded 50%. Later found out the Pizzas were returned to Mr D branch and not the restaurant. Very unethical company......

I am really irritated. Suddenly you do not deliver in certain areas. If you see the area is bit furter then either ask more for delivery of the put all the areas that you do not deliver to in BOLD on your page.
