Great steak!!! I go here often and have a good steak every time and cooked correctly. The staff is always on it and quick to get your order and keep you happy. If you go during the busy time of the evening, 530ish, you can get online to put your name in on the waitlist instead of walking up and putting your name in. And if you're willing to wait, the bar is always open to have a drink until your table is ready. I do hate that the crispy asparagus is gone, but they do have a lot to choose from on the menu.

This was my first time at this location, our server was Brenda and when we were seated we realized that the table was not big enough for the amount of people that we had. The manager that was at the front got us another table and put them together and we had plenty of room. Brenda was friendly outgoing and very jovial. We were there for a birthday party and she definitely gave us great service. When they presented the birthday girl with her birthday Sunday another one of the managers surprised the rest of us at the table with two humongous slices of chocolate cake and ice cream. He said everyone should get some cake and ice cream at a birthday party. Hands down this place knows how to do customer service and do it right. I was pleasantly surprised and then blown away by how well we were treated. I will tell everyone that I know how fantastic this LongHorn restaurant is. I definitely plan on being back.

So nice! I ordered food to pick up, but then I changed my mind and ate in. They were so nice and set me up with a table and a glass of water. Very accommodating. The food was good! Great experience all around.

I love this restaurant. The food is always delicious, and the service is always great. Everyone ordered something different, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The wait wasn't long. We were sealed right away, and the food was served quickly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The server was very good. She was friendly and quick to help the good. Steaks have a really good season name to them and the shrimp was plump and juicy. It is a little pricey but what you're gotta do we'll be back It is a little pricey but what you're gonna do. we'll be back

Usually go to the location in Lee's Summit but went here since we were in the area. Looks exactly like every other Longhorn- pretty cozy, low lighting, western aesthetic. It wasn't very busy so it was pretty quiet but it can get a bit loud when it's full. Our waitress was awesome; super attentive, friendly, and helpful. All the food came out great. Both the filet and ribeye were cooked just how we asked (medium rare, not over done at all) and were very tender. Sides were great, especially the bacon macaroni. We got the mushrooms for an appetizer and they were really good- my sibling even spread the extra cheese over some of the bread provided. My mango margarita was good too, not too strong like some places. It was a pretty good dinner with the family!

The texas onion and strawberry mango margaritas are great! My wife absolutely loved her rib eye and I enjoyed my salmon! It was a great experience!

Delicious steak and lobster! You can tell how great the food is by looking at the parking lot! Friday night, this place was packed. 30 min wait! Went to the bar, got a table right away! Ten minutes to order, food was served in 15 min. Great service, excellent food and drinks. Very nice portions with the sides and salad! Reasonably priced too! Great family atmosphere! I'll definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!! ❤

Without doubt the "ultimate" steakhouse. Choice of great cuts of meat... Well prepared to order... and served by a friendly staff. For all that you get, the prices are very reasonable. I ordered their Porterhouse. I got 2 meals out of it. I was not embarrassed to ask for a "doggie bag" (and it wasn't for the dog)! My wife and I have been here twice... I'm sure there will be a 3rd and beyond.

Food was absolutely awesome. I had the filet and it was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. My wife had the grilled chicken strawberry salad and loved it. The waitress was delightful, courteous, good listener and polite!

Had a new server, First day on the job and we were his first customer. Joseph did a great job waiting on us. He was very professional and made our experience there a great one. You wouldn't have thought it was his first day. (Thanks Joseph) Steve and Nita Horton

Excellent. Service was the key to the experience. Food was excellent. No complaints except for the economy. Wow it's hard for the average person to afford the prices. But, it is not out of line with any competition in the same venue of dining. Truly enjoyed.

1/2 the restaurant is empty. And there is a 30 minute wait. There was 4 servers/host standing around the front desk. 3-4 people in the back on there phone and chit chatting. We sat at an empty bar for over 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged us the entire time. This is at 1pm on a Sunday. Very disappointing, one of my favorite restaurants and this is how it's been the last 3 times me and my family has tried to come here.

It was our Christmas party and the waitress we had was awesome. The food was great and the atmosphere was nice too. It wasn't loud and noisy. Had a great time

My husband just picked up a carry out order that was a disaster. After waiting in curbside pick-up for 15 minutes past the time our order was supposed to be ready, he was told they were out of fries. My son had ordered two sides of fries, and would not eat any of their other sides, so the mashed potatoes and salad they gave us in place of the fries were of no use to him. Fortunately, McDonalds was across the street so my husband was able to go through their drive through to get my son fries. After he got home with our order, we discovered that my other son's baked potato was missing. My husband and I each ordered the renegade sirloin. Mine was supposed to be medium well, but was well done. It was dry, tough, and I could barely cut through it, let alone chew through it. After three little bites, I was done. It was that bad. My husband likes a very well done steak, which his certainly was; it almost looked like it had been involved in a fire. Very unhappy with our experience, and still hungry since my steak was horrible.

Yeah, will not be dining at this particular location again. This is two times in a row, the liberty location is a lot better. The steak tasted like nothing but black pepper. Never received our salads or appetizer till after our main meal. We asked our waitress who said it was her first night so we told her we didn't mind waiting or whatnot. She was just rude. The manager did cut our bill in half, but honestly that wasn't the point.

Food tasted great! We had a group of 8 for a birthday and it went fairly well! We called ahead as they don't allow reservations. Only 2 plates go mixed up. They were great on checking in and refilling drinks. There was a waitress training so makes sense there were a couple hiccups. Steaks were very flavorful! All the sides were great and they gave a birthday sundae for free.

Always the best place to get a good steak at a good price. Steak was cooked Medium just like I asked. One thing though. The cooks might go easy on the seasoning next time. Too much pepper.

18/20 times service is great and the food is good. Their filet mignon is 10/10 amazing! It has such a good flavor and is never dried out. Great seasoning. Their other steaks are alright. Appetizers & desserts are good. Normally, the sweet tea is spot on, but not always.

Everything but the steak was good. The waitress didn't bother to ask if the steaks were done to our liking and we both ordered medium, we got very well done. I ordered a 6 oz, my husband ordered an 8 oz, but his was the same size as mine. Both were tough and dry. If they're underdone I don't mind sending them back, but when they're overdone I feel bad sending them back with beef prices today. No one asked how the food was as they were slightly busy so I didn't get a chance to tell them. But they need to know that they're overcooking their steaks!

Although the food came out hot and I never had to wait for refills, we are highly disappointed. More than once our food has come out tasteless or overly seasoned. The steaks aren't cooked correctly. I would rather spend more money on better quality food. Don't think we will be back.

It was nice to finally get out of the house and grab some lunch with my parents. My mom has the chicken strip salad. It was very fresh and delicious. It could have fed two people. We got the renegade steak and size seemed much smaller than usual. The side portions were very small as well. It was tasty but small. Dads steak was undercooked but he still ate it. They were taking all of the precautions.

Me and my lady enjoyed our night out for the most part. $100 Bill paid for the whole thing.. dinner, tips, etc. I just wish we had a quieter seating arrangement. Plus it didn't help knowing the staff were just staring at my wife..

Wild West Shrimp appetizer was excellent as was the Shrimp and Corn Chowder. Fries were not as good as some of their competitors. They could also use a better selection of craft beer. Our server, Brenda, did a great job attending to our needs.

It was my birthday and only come to this place because it makes the best lamb. But on today I had a free appetizer that was so salty. Salad was undesirable and then my lamb was under cooked. Which was my fault the first time not saying well done. Well brought it back a second time and still red in the middle. So the waitress who was helpful. Took it back again but then came to asked if I want another one cook well done. At this point I was annoyed said yes but 2go. 3 times was the charm but to late...

You know how large chain restaurants can be. Quality varies from location to location - likely due to how well they're managed. Well we had a really good dining experience at this location last night. We were in the area doing some shopping, marched in for a couple steaks and were not disappointed. Friendly, prompt service. Steaks cooked perfectly. You know sometimes you get a salad that isn't so fresh? Not here. I'd have to say the same quality as Hereford House ( my gold standard ) for less than half the price. Didn't meet the manager but whoever it is has a good crew here.

Service was upbeat and friendly without being overbearing. Steak was flavourful and cooked to preference, but a bit stringy in places. For the price still good. Cesar was way too much dressing for my tastes but the mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious.

The service was great. The food was ok. My steak was undercooked. But other than that it was a good dinner.

I came here particularly for steak and lobster tail for my birthday. It was a normal price if you were to go to any other franchise restaurants like Texas Road, for example. Their were seasoned well and definitely cooked the way I liked it. For my husband as well. The service was nice and felt like we were well taken care of from beginning to the end of our meal. We definitely will be going back.

I had french onion soup, and it was delicious. I also had the parm chicken, which was juicy. He had lobster and shrimp chowder, which was tasty. Followed by the longhorn steak. We both agreed it was one of the best steaks we've ever had! Our waitress was really good! Thanks for a great dinner!

To start our waitress was amazing! She had several tables and a very large part but still did a wonderful job. As for the food it was not very good. This was the second Longhorn that I have dined at where our food was not prepared as it was ordered. The steaks were so raw that the meat was purple. Medium rare had a warm pink center not a cold bloody one. Needless to say I will never eat at another Longhorn and would recommend any other steakhouse other than this.

My Husband and recently celebrated our 22nd Anniversary...My daughter gifted us with a gift card that had Long Horn listed.....We chose Long🎷. We both picked the 6 piece Tender Meal....My two choices were the Caesar Salad.and Rice Pilaf....
