The food was great. Our server, James made our 3 rd wedding anniversary extra special

Well we went on a Friday night when it was starting to get pretty busy we got seated in 10 minutes. I guess the best thing was the food. The Speidino de Mare was excellent . The shrimp and scallops were both tender and succulent. I was disappointed in a couple of things, the salads were average With way too many carrots On my house salad that was drenched with dressing. The service was average she did her job but did it quickly and was gone. She didn't seem to know the menu very well. All in all I would say it was pretty good but could have been alot better In a couple of areas.

We were in a hurry and called for curbside. They seen our car as soon as we pulled in. They came out to let us know when our order would be done. We ordered the calamari and it was very good!

Carrabba's pasta is always prepared with care and skill... and this meal i had for lunch today was an example of that. I had the Fettuccine Weesie, it had shrimp and mushrooms with a lemon butter sauce and it looked good and was very delicious. It also came with a ceaser salad. I love this place.

I feel like Carraba's has improved a lot since the last time I ate there. Everything we had was wonderful. Excellent flavors and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable.

We have never tried Carrabba’s before so we decided why not? I have to tell you I’m normally the unlucky one when it comes to the dining experience. We got seated right away, and had the MOST amazing server Abigail I think I have ever had! She was amazing with suggestions on appetizers and cocktails and food !!!! She had such positive energy and always a smile on her face! Such an amazing experience kudos Carrabaa’s for finding such an amazing woman! Thank you for being so amazing Abigail!! We will definitely be back!!!!

This place I think has gone down hill. The food is excellent but the ascetic of the place is old and out dated. The bench I was sitting in was literally falling apart. The cushion was old and tattered. The bathrooms have high cracks in the walls and looks as if the ancient ruins are about to crumble.

When we got there the table was still dirty and had water rings on it ...reason being it was wobbly and the people next us swapped seats and it was the fault of the staff's. Food was great, server Katy was awesome. Except everytime she came to check on us, I still had a mouthful....not her fault, just timing issues. Appetizer was great, main entree was delish..totally on par.

HUGE RAVE TO JAMES! We had dinner for 2 birthdays. We had a table of 11 and he did such a wonderful job! He knew everything on the menu when we asked questions and also the drink menu. He cracked jokes all night and made the experience so much better! Also he gave the birthday ladies a delicious cake and also made roses for them out of aluminum foil! If that ain't customer service then I don't know what is. This gentleman needs a raise! As a family we always go out for birthdays and in the past 10+ years this has been our most favorite. I must add the food was divine and the sangria was so delicious! BEST FOOD AND SERVICE HANDS DOWN! Great job James!

The first time I went I got a steak, after getting pasta, I've now realized that the steak isn't worth the money in the same way. The service is great, fast and friendly. We were there for a couple of hours having an extended conversation so they didn't seem to be rude or terribly concerned about that. Good place give it a try.

Very good experience for a carrabbas. Food was delicious. Service was good. So glad to see thwy put the Ricardo sauce back on the menu. Now they just need to bring back the cavatapi side dish. Ps the blackberry sangria is very nice

Carrabba's was excellent. Our servers (server + trainee) took great care of us. They were kind, helpful, attentive, and prompt. (And the trainer did a good job with his trainee). The food was pretty good. Maybe sightly overpriced for the portion size - unless you get the 2 pork chops - but not bad. The only downside was that they had plenty of open seats but we unable to seat us for 20+ minutes because they were understaffed.

Food was amazing! Love the happy hour drink specials. James was our waiter and treated us with great service and even entertained us with a great story for my cousins birthday with an aluminum rose! So awesome! Great fun!

Have been coming here for about 20 years. Always love the food. Happy hour is great. Several anniversary dinners here and they were great during the pandemic with to go Kyle’s for 10$ Lots of memories when our kids were little and they could make their own pizzas and have them cooked for them.

Krista is a fabulous server. Very attentive and always checking for refills or anything needed. Food is fresh and delicious.

Restaurant was very nice and clean. Our server Oakley was super nice and helpful! Definitely recommend (he also makes a delicious pomegranate martini ;) ! ) the chicken soup is also amazing!!!!

Great experience, haven't eaten here in over a decade...and don't remember it being this amazing. I honestly think this is the BEST Italian I've eaten in years. Met up with some friends and had a great time. Waitress was there just enough as we needed, not over bearing and not missing either. I plan on going back to this location in independence many more times.

The customer service we experienced from Abigail was remarkable! The food is of high quality. Everything here describes professionalism.

Abigail was awesome, she was very quick and very helpful and attentive and the best! I think she was great! Her service was quick and she was on every thing, we didn't have to ask for anything. Very good at her job! Thank you Abigail for everything, it was our first night here in years! You did a terrific job! 👏

This place was amazing!! Very clean & atmosphere was welcoming and intimate. The pomegranate martini was delicious. The complimentary bread & oil was a nice treat. Lasagna was my entree and I loved it. Service was spot on…even for being the waiters first week there. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Ordered Parmesan chicken, saw it did not list noodles on the menu but thought that was just a given at an Italian restaurant... My mistake, no noodles. Nearly $20 for two thin chicken patties, soup or salad and one small side. Chicken had an odd texture inside, is this cooked enough? or too much? Also both patties were burned along one edge. My wife had the same entree with the same issues. Our House and Caesar salads were excellent, wish we had more of them. Our server was friendly but forgetful, asked for same things twice. It was supper time so they were understandably busy, no biggie. FYI, if you order tea to drink, it's hot tea. Nice very clean and beautifully decorated place to try but as far as food goes, I'd recommend Olive Garden over Carrabba's.

This place makes the best chicken noodle soup. It has many ingredients in it and it has the greatest taste. It is called Momma Mandolas Chicken soup. Great to eat on a cold day or any day.

LOVE Carrabba's!!! We tend to go every couple weeks if we can. On 4/3 we enjoyed sitting in the bar area & having Laura as our server. She is top notch & always attentive!! Jeremy was managing that day & he is AMAZING!! He always stops by to check on us when we are dining & he is working. We appreciate how wonderful our experience was & hope to go back very soon!!

From the start, the young Hostesses were very nice, we got there around 5:30 PM ,luckily before the dinner rush, we git about which for 2 was comfortable. Our waiter Julio who introduced himself as our waiter and was new. For new you would not have guessed. What a great job, we even had Jeremy one of the manager, who Was welcoming, asking us if everything was good 👍 all manager's should circulate the customer's, goes a long was. My best person in my life was her first time. She was please. Thanks for making our expectations fulfilled.

I suppose I should see the difference between the order and dashed..... as in house of all the same... and then ask for a refund? As 5 people in my home were like What did I pay for? Pasta? Or one small chicken breast? Promise... this is not a review when it's the third time. It's a news

The server was nice but not a very good waitress. She left all the plates on the table during our meal. She never offered extra bread. Refills were slow. The food was really good, though.

The service was too good.... As in they prepped and tediously manicured our table in a sparcely populated room for most of 10 minutes while we stood and watched. The atmosphere was bland and without style after the remodel. Food was good, portions were not.

Very friendly service, and the restaurant was not too crowded. The food was pretty good, sampled the mezzaluna and the Pollo Maria Rosa.

Me and my friend went here today for the first time for lunch. I ordered a lemon drop & shrimp scampi from the appetizer section, my friend ordered the muscles. When I say both orders where so huge that we did not have room to order a main. The shrimp scampi was very different but very good. I would like to really thank Jasiah for being so helpful with menu and explaining the different menu options. He was really polite and everything we asked for he back to check with the kitchen and I must say everything we requested Jasiah made it happen. We will be adding this restaurant to our A+ List

Would give 10 stars if I could. Portion size was generous.. taste was better than delicious. Our meal was truly a standout. Our enjoyable and delicious dinner was served to us by the incredible Jeremy. GREAT and personable service.. he went over and above expectations to make our first dining experience at Carrabba's a pleasure. We'll be back again and again!

It was a nice evening. The food was good. It could have been warmer. It would have been great if it was hot. Service was great. The parking lot was clean and seemed safe. The bathroom wasn't the best, but it was usable.

We often stop here on our way through Kansas City. The portions are large, but they don't rely on portion sizes to woo you. I had the Salmon w/ broccoli .( sadly the veg was slightly over done this time). My husband had a delicious sausage/ noodle dish. We should have ordered it and shared.

Best calamari I've had! We were down in the Independence area car shopping and sought out Carabba's for a quick grab and go appetizer. The curbside service was fast and effective and within 15 minutes of making my order online we were back on the road with warm Ricardo Calamari!

Needed an easy, good, family friendly restaurant to please my mom & my kids, and this worked out well. There was something for everyone, and I was able to get any pasta without meat (vegetarian here). I enjoyed the Italian salad, the bread (though the spices mixed into the olive oil tasted mostly of salt), and my pasta. We got two delicious desserts for the kids, and all enjoyed a bite. Good service. Good atmosphere.

I haven’t been to Carrabba’s in years. I am SO glad I came tonight. Only place not packed to the brim on this Friday night, although it deserves to be! Abigail took excellent care of my mother and I, putting up with a lot of questions and extras from us, since we hadn’t been here in so many years. She was helpful, quick, attentive. She was carrying the food out practically seconds after we’d ordered, scalding hot and fresh! Everything tasted amazing. Abigail also took care to bring over a sample of the Italian cookie martini to me before I committed to ordering it, as they said it had been sent back a few times by others. I LOVED the drink, and appreciated them making sure I wouldn’t waste my money on a drink I wouldn’t like. (Seriously though, go try the Italian cookie martini. Reminds me of an egg nog, but better!) Service was 11/10 from Abigail (and the other lovely staff), food was 10/10, atmosphere was peaceful and warm. We’ll be back regularly thanks to Abigail and the rest of the crew making this a great time back after years!
