Create your own bowl is the best value and it is kind of expensive but worth it once in awhile.

We went in at 730 pm on a Monday. We had to wait about 30 minutes still for a table. Place was not crowded or busy so not really sure the delima but oh well. Our waitress was rude but very fast and efficient so I'm not really sure what kind of waitress to add her under. We always go every year for our birthdays for our free dinner. I buy alcoholic beverages and they are only 5-6$... They are very fruity EVERYTIME. I am glad they went back to the normal way of serving as well. Which is you stand there and wait and watch your food cook. Love that. ❤️

Amazing place to eat. Salad bar, make your own bowl & they cook it in front of you. So many sauces to choose from and make your own taste. Turned out so delicious. Nice bar & drinks as well. Friendly staff, and really good service.

Made a last minute decision to visit BD's Mongolian Grill and it was delicious. A little shocked by the price of a 'bowl' at $18.99 so I loaded it with plenty of protein and eggs so soften the pain. Fantastic selection of fresh ingredients, some I'd never heard of but gave it a try. Cooked in front of you with quite a show, great atmosphere and super friendly folks. Our server Sarah was in the zone, she was serving several tables and kept everything going, always topping off drinks and an amazing personality! Signing up for their rewards program earned us a $10 credit for our next visit and a desert. Next time around I'll try to spruce up the meal a little with more vegetables. Nailed the chop sticks, wife said I was a show off (had to tell her I learned very young and it comes natural). Fantastic meal, people and atmosphere, A+ Service!

We have been here twice. Both times was decent. Tonight they burnt my husband's food. There are so many options. Putting it all together is a little stressful. I think I might try ordering from the menu next time instead of making my own.

Good Mongolian BBQ experience. We ordered appetizers: the crab Rangoon came with some delicious dipping sauce, and the quesadillas were good. We were not 100% sure how the grill experience worked but the waitress pointed us in the right direction. The stations are labeled so you know where to go first. The bowls are given to you at the table. Once you get your noodles, meat, veggies, and sauces, you take it to the grill. At the grill they ask if you want rice or not. They take your bowl that you filled and cook it on the grill. It doesn’t take long then your food is ready to go. They have sauces you can add if you please. We also go fried Oreos that came with some delicious chocolate dipping sauce. Additionally we order these apple pie rolls that came with caramel dipping sauce and they were delicious.

The selection of protien and veggies for the build your own was wonderful. The amount of sauces and seasonings is great. We also got the combo appetizers. The drink we got was the painkiller it was good to. The only tip I have is make sure you use plenty of sauce or seasoning otherwise your food will just taste like the grille. There was a salad bar but I did not try it or any desserts. Overall the food was good and not as expensive as I thought it was going to be.

This place is pretty good, but not as good as it used to be. They have also raised the bowl prices by a lot as the last time I was here was pre-pandemic and the bowls were 14.99, and now they are 18.99. Overall though I still recommend it.

Service Friday at noon was awful. Lack of service staff. We left after being seated. After waiting a while and seeing a couple of guys we cereal size bowls for $14 we left. I understand that places are short staffed. It would have been nice if the staff recognized we were there and said I will be with you in a minute.

The workers are all top notch. Those guys seriously know how to cook with their metal spatula things. The food was completely mind blowing and the fact that you get to watch them cook the whole thing is just awesome. The steak was so unbelievably tender and juicy. Absolutely made my day coming here. So good!! 😂

Its a chain of Mongolian grills in the area and overall the visit was good. Our waitress was good and attentive to our needs and kept our drinks refilled. The areas where you select the ingredients for your entrée where cleaned and well stocked and had lost of choices and sauces. They guys working the grill didn't seem to enthused about working. They where not friendly really, just took my food and cooked it. After they were done cooking my food I thanked them nicely and no response from them. The quality of the food that was available was very good and appeared to be good quality. The restaurant was clean and in good repair. They have a full stocked bar and even a carry out beer cooler for carrying out beer for off premise consumption.

Great day and even better to have a lot of help getting the food ready for the grill and the cook fellow brought to the table for me. Thanks again for the extra help and time to spend eating. I certainly did eat a lot.. 😂 😂 🤪 Going through so much better enjoying my time ⌚ Doing cancer treatments 7 days a week, and I have been wanting to go to the places I remembered.

5/28/23 Out of us 4 mine was over cooked. Didn't care for it much but I ate most of it. Everyone else enjoyed theirs. Good enough for me.

Our waitress was on spot. It's so much fun 😊 to try new recipes. You can find recipe cards hanging at the end 🔚 of the wall by the waitress station! If you're not sure where to find the recipe cards, just ask your wait staff! We love to watch the crew cook on the grill! *Side note: Always tip your waiter/waitress and the grilling staff!

The food was really great. The service was not that great. They had a communication problem with their seating arrangements. They moved us twice before we decided to move to the bar. The bartender did a nice job.

First time visit and absolutely in love!!! I now know I can fill my bowl as full as I want. Waitress did more talking with others than checking on us, luckily the food made up for it. Definitely must go again!!

A family favorite for years! Great food, lots of options to make a great bowl that'll fit any dietary preference or limitations. Always entertaining to interact with the cooks & watch them cook the meal in front of you. Lots of sauce & spice options to find the flavor that suits you best at any time. Bar is well stocked & well trained. It can be a busy place, so be aware that it is not fast food; but it is great food.

There must have been a mistake. I had a VERY VERY nice time at this place. This was my family's 1st time and it was great. The waiter went above and beyond explaining things and how it works. He was very pleasant, nice had a warm smile. The greeting was excellent. They made good accommodations for my 5month old grand daughter. The painkiller drinks were amazing. Overall my family and I LOVED BD'S MONGOLIAN GRILL. We will return

I love how they have redone the food distribution and changing from plates to bowls. It makes it easier for the servers and customers! And their apple pie rolls are to die for!

Great food, you get a bowl and the opportunity to create your hibachi anyway you want it!.. from the meat, to the veggies, spices, and sauces. Take it to the cooking counter and they cook it for you. The prices are very reasonable and they make good effort to accommodate you if you like spicy food. I'd definitely go again.

Burnt.. The grill is too hot too on the middle and outer ring. The guy grilling simply did not care and said to just get a second bowl and that it wasn't his problem. What was salvageable had charred flakes all over. Even my daughter's plate that didnt have any saices in it was charred and the noodles were burnt to black. This was the worst BD's I have experienced. The waitress Jenna was polite and apologetic, that's what salvaged an all one star review. Leaving with charred bits in my mouth and on my teeth, and the need to find lunch elsewhere now. Not worth the time or money.

My husband and I go to this location quite often and have never really had an issue. Tonight, I witnessed our waitress drop 3 to-go cups and 3 lids on the floor then proceed to pick them up and give them to one of her other tables. My husband went and told that table, who were understandably upset that the cups and lids weren’t thrown away and instead given to them. After this family left, I witnessed the manager start smirking at the situation and didn’t even apologize for what happened. Everyone comes to you to spend their hard earned money and enjoy a dinner that they don’t have to cook. Nobody wants things given to them that were on the floor. A sincere apology would have been enough but instead it was funny to you. Then you come outside, confused, after the customer wrote “poor service” on the ticket. After being called out because the waitress said only the bottom of the cup hit the ground (not true) because I witnessed everything, the manager and waitress ran back inside. DO BETTER!!!

A very interesting experience, you make you own little bowl thing. I skipped all the noodles as you pay for a bowl that you can fill up with whatever you want. Has a ton of options to choose from, did steak, shrimp, bacon, with onion, bell pepper, mushroom and paired with a Korean bbq sauce. The one thing that is a little tricky is knowing how much salt to add, I had to add a little at the table.

Best soup and salad bar anywhere, and excellent stir fry. It can be loud due to the clanking of the open-top cooking, but there is an area in the back that is quieter. Protein, veggie, sauce and spices galore. Three types of noodles, brown and white rice, tortillas and lettuce wraps. Recipe cards are available if you are ready to mix it up yourself. There's something for everyone no matter what the dietary needs. They have a beer cave and growler system and their mixed drinks are fabulous as well.

Most of the food was great. The fried rice was way to overseasoned. Other than that the food was yummy. The service I would give a 1. All of the Staff was busy talking to other staff members that weren't on the clock. The service took forever. Multiple times we had to go up to the bar and ask for help.

Great server. I have been dealing with damaged taste buds due to radiation treatment, but today I was pretty much able to taste everything within a reasonable level. Not perfect, but lunch tasted good for the first time in a long time. The only bad take away would be the cooks made it pretty clear they didn't want to be there. Maybe it's just a bad day for them. It happens.

Usually we enjoy everything about BD's but this last time my daughter and I went for Sunday dinner. We were placed right beside the bar for the first time. Unfortunately there were 3 gentlemen at the bar, directly beside us. 1 in particular was using about every cuss word that could possibly be used. Multiple per sentence. And subjects let just say were not always child appropriate. My daughter even though 14 is very sensitive to cussing, even when her dad and I say the occasional cuss. And the vulgarity and subjects were making her very uncomfortable. I quietly and politely asked our waitresses if we could please be moved to another table due to this. Another 10+ minutes go by after speaking with our waitress and my daughter is asking to just leave. I finally just ask for to go boxes. We have wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes just get our boxes and pay. I had tried to make her last day of spring break fun before returning to school and she said this had pretty much ruined the whole mood for the entire day for her.

Our group of 4 went there for my wife's birthday. We had been there and another location. The restaurant's premise is set up for the patrons to "gather" their own raw food at smorgasbord type stations; then take whatever you want to be cooked to a centralized fry to be cooked in front of you adding whatever sauce and seasoning you may have gathered. Then the food is scraped onto 'clean furnished' plates and you get to wander back to your table. Everyone at our table had to revisit the restrooms so as to wash off our fingers; the tongs and ladles were either quite sticky or just filthy from so many people's hands. I felt I was wise enough to leave my food to get cooked and dashed to the restroom to get the grime off my hands before handling my 'clean furnished' plate. Otherwise I was taking other's stickiness and/or filth left on my fingers back to my table as I touched my 'furnished' plate. Ultimately, the food was good though a bit pungent with the spiciness of my picked seasonings and sauces. I decided the food was cooked hot enough to kill any bacteria etc I may have "gathered". I considered taking pictures of the ladles and tongs but didn't want to ruin the experience for the others. The restaurant could use a thorough dusting around the table we sat at (we were seated in a booth attached to a low wall where the dust was visible) and especially the food stations (also as dirty but please clean the area around the lighting and sneeze guards before putting food out for gathering- especially with as much sickness that's going around). The lemonade was good. They furnished paper straws.

Good food as usual, I mean it's up to you to decide your own recipe. I love it. Lots of beer on tap.

They have stepped up their game. In past visits, the produce and meat looked like it had been out for a long time. This visit was not like that at all. Everything was fresh and full. Grillers didn't seem overly happy but they honestly cooked my bowl the best I have ever had it grilled. Every thing was cooked perfectly! Service was excellent. Drink refills were quick.
