We stay here every time we come to Blumenau! Staff is great, food is great, location is great!

It was an amazing experience. The staff was kind and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, a lot of variety including traditional plates. The rooms are beautiful, I had a good shower after being driving for hours. I totally recommend this hotel and I wish I can get back to Blumenau and stay there one more time

Good service and great breakfast, I'd definitely stay there again, although the room was a bit small, the fridge did not have water when we arrived and the blanket smelled bad.

Very nice hotel. It is in the middle of the city centre and the Vila Germanica. The customer service is great, the rooms and comfortable and clean. Good reception and fast check in and check out. The room toilet was great, good water temperature and pressure. It has parking within the hotel. I really recommend this place

The building is a little bit old but the room is quite clean and comfortable, would have been nice if there's a bathtub. The staff are friendly and helpful, also several speaks fluent English. The included breakfasts are very good. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

I only booked some rooms to our partners, everything was fine, but during the booking I asked all rooms in the same floor and they told me ok, but they didn't do it. They put two in the same floor and one in other floor.

The traditional coffee is amazing, with lots of options. It is also very well located, next to a lot of historical places. The atmosphere is very nice and traditional
