A unique icon from the city of Bogor, if you go to downtown Bogor you will definitely see this monument. Like to be a place to hang out at night, see how busy or quiet the streets are, it's really good. It's also a good afternoon, like being a benchmark or having a meetup like that. Very iconic, and memorable if you come here to really get.

Bogor I Love U

It's located in the centre of Bogor City. You can watch it day and night. No schedule to watch this because it's in the centre of the Street. It's close to the many places such as: - Botani Square Shopping Mall - Bus Station - Restaurants - Hotel - Bogor National Park (Kebun Raya Bogor). You can take a picture from every spot but keep be careful.

Very Nice in Bogor

It is the icon of Bogor city and constructed between 1979 - 1980. Officially opened on 1981 as the local icon and stays undisturbed for almost 30 years until 1 of the Mayor of Bogor giving permission to the 3rd party to establish a building constructed higher than the monument inside the radius of 200m². Now the monument looks tiny because of 1 local hotel stood much more higher and blocking the view to the south east area.

The monument itself is absolutely phenomenal. Looks amazing, but the traffic jams that are caused by bad road management are atrocious. It took me around half an hour just to do a u-turn

I spent 4+ years studying at Bogor Agricultural University Baranangsiang Campus. So Kujang Monument, with Salak Mountain view as its background, was, is, and will always be, one of my favourite and most memorable views on Earth. I hope that Bogor will tackle its air pollution problem, so everyone can enjoy the clear and incredible view as I did back in early 1990s.

Tugu Kujang is a monument that symbolizes the city of Bogor. This monument stands between the meetings of the Pajajaran road and Otto Iskandardinata. When you enter Bogor from the Jagorawi toll road, about 250 meters, the position of the Kujang monument is on the right. The Kujang monument's posture towers up to approximately 25 meters built on May 4, 1982 on an area of 26 M x 23 M. The land where the monument stands is triangular, which is right in front of Botani Square or next to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. This Kujang is taken from the name of a traditional heritage weapon of West Javanese ethnic Sundanese.
