Extremely
unhappy
with
this
place.
To
be
honest,
I
don’t
like
writing
reviews,
but
I
was
forced
to.
In
general,
in
order.
I
have
a
Xiaomi
mi
5
phone
at
my
disposal,
I
bought
it
on
Ali.
A
year
later,
the
phone
began
to
turn
off
for
no
reason;
it
could
only
be
turned
on
by
resetting
it
and
putting
the
battery
terminal
back.
Actually,
after
reading
the
reviews
and
realizing
that
my
knowledge
was
powerless
and
I
couldn’t
overcome
this
illness
on
my
phone
with
my
own
hands,
I
turned
to
this
service.
After
another
shutdown,
I
brought
my
phone
to
this
service
center
for
repairs
in
July,
left
the
phone,
waited
3-5
days,
finally
the
manager
called
me
and
said
that
my
phone
had
turned
on
and
was
working
great,
but
nothing
was
done
to
the
phone.
Realizing
that
this
could
happen
and
it
was
quite
possible
that
the
phone
could
simply
be
glitching,
I
came
and
picked
it
up
from
the
service.
After
working
for
1-2
days,
the
phone
began
to
turn
off
again,
and
already
having
the
skills
to
repair
computers
and
equipment,
I
decided
to
try
to
deal
with
the
problem
myself.
Having
opened
the
cover,
I
removed
the
terminal
and
put
it
back,
and
everything
worked
the
same
for
1-2
days.
A
month
later
I
got
tired
of
it,
I
decided
to
try
my
luck
and
turned
to
this
service
again
in
August.
I
handed
over
the
phone,
described
the
problem,
the
problem
was
confirmed,
and
left
it
for
repair.
After
1-2
days
I
was
informed
that
I
had
a
problem
with
the
power
controller
and
the
battery
(judging
by
the
communication
with
the
service,
such
problems
are
more
common),
they
informed
me
of
the
price
of
the
repair,
after
my
consent,
they
asked
me
to
wait.
(Please
note
that
this
is
not
a
warranty
case,
and
the
lava
needed
to
be
repaired).
1
month
passed,
during
the
month
I
periodically
called
to
find
out
the
situation,
as
it
turned
out
there
was
a
problem
spare
part
(there
was
no
power
controller).
A
month
later,
after
my
next
call,
they
informed
me
that
the
phone
could
not
be
repaired,
the
problem
was
not
in
the
power
controller,
but
in
the
phone
board,
they
offered
to
dispose
of
it,
but
I
refused
and
came
a
week
later
to
pick
it
up.
Upon
receipt,
after
giving
the
receipt
to
the
manager,
they
told
me
that
the
spare
parts
for
my
phone
had
not
yet
arrived,
why
should
I
pick
it
up.
By
saying
that
I
was
told
to
come
pick
it
up
because
the
phone
was
beyond
repair,
I
clearly
put
(the
receptionist)
in
an
awkward
position.
After
consulting
with
the
guys,
they
confirmed
to
me
that
the
phone
was
diagnosed
using
spare
parts
“from
an
MI5
donor.”
Based
on
the
above,
I
have
several
questions.
Firstly,
how
was
a
non-functioning
spare
part
diagnosed
and
the
cost
of
repair
reported
if
the
spare
part
was
missing
and
there
was
nothing
to
replace
it
with?
Secondly,
if
a
spare
part
was
used
from
a
donor,
why
did
my
phone
spend
a
whole
month
waiting
for
spare
parts
(which
still
haven’t
arrived).
Thirdly,
the
question
that
now
torments
me
is,
is
it
really
that
equipment
essentially
consisting
of
5-6
elements
cannot
be
repaired?
(if
the
problem
is
in
the
motherboard,
how
much
does
it
cost
to
replace
and
repair
it).
In
general,
in
the
end,
what
I
still
have
is
1)
a
phone
that
has
not
been
repaired,
a
gigantic
gap
in
time
waiting
and
traveling
to
this
service
across
all
of
Moscow,
the
feeling
(due
to
the
spare
parts
not
arriving)
that
there
was
no
diagnostics
and
they
simply
ignored
me.
There
are
no
questions
regarding
acceptance;
questions
remain
regarding
repairs
and
diagnostics.
By
the
way,
when
I
handed
over
the
phone
to
the
service
center,
it
somehow
turned
on,
if
I
disconnect
the
battery
terminal
from
the
motherboard,
now
I
don’t
have
a
phone,
but
a
dead
brick,
it
doesn’t
turn
on
at
all,
maybe
my
MI5
is
now
the
donor?
:)
I
disassembled
my
phone
today,
there
are
no
signs
of
replacing
the
power
controller!!!!!
Why
lie
like
that?
