    I am very pleased with this clinic. The specialists I see are most often young (somewhere under 40 years old), but very competent - one feels that they are learning and constantly developing. Everything is explained very well and clearly - from the gastroenterologist Almasri A.M., for example, I received a detailed lecture with visual materials about what is happening in my body now, why, and how to fix it. Previously, I went for a long course of physical therapy at this clinic and at the department on Frunzenskaya - extremely positive feelings from both places. Separately, I would like to note the convenient machine below - you come, check in, and a list of offices in which you are registered is printed. Compulsory medical insurance, of course, also does this in district clinics, but for VHI I have never seen this anywhere else - you have to stand in line at the registration desk.

    I really loved this clinic, but for the last year the service has been a complete disaster! Today is the second time I arrived and discovered that the parking was not working. It would seem nonsense, but the towns around them have been dug out. Last time there was the same situation and my car was towed! The reception was a bit expensive! What is the problem for such a huge clinic to warn its clients?!?! Make a newsletter?! No. In addition to the pigish attitude towards patients. The clinic just doesn’t care about us) there is a turnover of doctors. Many people just go out once a week for part-time work. The interaction system inside is also terrible. Every time you need to go and discover the direction. Run across the floors. As if it’s difficult to do this electronically! But this is again an attitude towards patients. Like pigs. There should be administrators on the upper floors, doctors constantly send them to them, but I have never seen them in 5 years 😆🔥 overall, it’s a good idea. Large building . Parking. Good doctors. But they treat patients like pigs. If you respect yourself and value service, this is definitely not the place for you. I'm already silent about how incompetent the call center is. I came a couple of times, the appointments were mixed up, they couldn’t find the Letters of Guarantee (why do you call for an appointment if you haven’t checked it in advance?)). In general, goodbye. I terminate the contract.

    A very good children's hospital; my parents chose it out of all of them for their children. The inside is clean and beautiful, there is a buffet. And also, for me this is an indicative thing, there are high-quality shoe covers here!

    1. The new Panacea app is terrible. And this takes into account the fact that clinics have been switching to the new Application for several months! 2. When you select a clinic in Moscow on Suschevsky Val in the Application, it shows an appointment with doctors in St. Petersburg on Liteiny! And nothing helps - neither restarting nor rebooting. 3. Registration through the Application does not include information about VHI, and requires payment. 4. You can’t get into the parking lot, the entrance is red and “there are no spaces,” while cars are leaving the parking lot. You drive in under the sign “no spaces,” and there are 3 free spaces in the parking lot. Or even more beautiful - there are empty seats, but the red lights are just on. This is how the clinic management arranges the parking lot - just not emptying visitors into empty spaces. 5. The operators on the first floor are busy all the time, when finally, after standing in line, you approach, they tell you with a straight face, “I can’t do it now.” No comments... 6. There is a turnover of doctors. You come a month later, after treatment, for a follow-up appointment - but the doctor is no longer there, he quit. 7. Taking blood tests is a different matter. There are 10 people in line in front of you, they spend 10 minutes on each person. In total, the queue at the paid clinic was more than an hour. Clinic management, is this normal? Although... apparently it’s normal - the management of the clinic does not pay attention to complaints, I have already written several times - the result is zero. That's right, why do anything if people are walking around anyway? Apparently I need to change clinics, and not just me. Maybe when people stop coming, the management will at least do something.

    A disgusting new application, it’s impossible to sign up, it’s also impossible to see the entries in it, you can find out the account number only at the registration desk. Everything worked well and it was convenient. Why did you break everything???

    Good afternoon. On June 30, I took tests at the clinic on Suschevsky Val, asking several times to send me the results by email. On July 3, I called the call center 5 times, at the beginning they sent me one test at a time, at the end I finally got them all. But no! The glucose tolerance test came back incomplete, they said that there was an error and they couldn’t help me. The test is very expensive. Until now I have not received results and no one is contacting me. I am in a situation and my condition is more important to me, I ask for a refund. I will never come to your clinic again. Horrible customer treatment!

On June 30, my wife, Ekaterina Kotova, took several tests required for the 2nd trimester of pregnancy at the “Be Healthy” clinic on Suschevsky Val, asking several times to send her the results by mail. On July 3, without receiving the promised results, she called the call center 5 times. After that, she was sent one test every few hours. As a result, the glucose tolerance test came back incomplete, they said that an error had occurred and they could not help her. The test is very expensive. Until now, my wife has not received results and no one is contacting her. As a result, the paid reservation with the attending doctor was cancelled. I ask for a refund, as the service was not actually provided in full and in accordance with the deadlines. We will never go to your clinic again. Terrible attitude towards customers!     The clinic is good. One star for the new application Panacea, a terrible application, half of it is not visible, it is impossible to enter a certain clinic, it is impossible to find a doctor by specialty (only by full name), the child’s data is now missing and I can’t record him, half of the records are not displayed, there are buttons - but they are inactive. Return the old application or fix this “misunderstanding” urgently! I really hope for the understanding of the company management and a quick response.

    I have been using the Be Zdorov network of clinics for a long time, I was treated under VHI, now I go at my own expense. Prices for services are very reasonable; regular customers receive a 10% discount, which can also be used by relatives. All clinics are located within walking distance from the metro.     Everything is fine, the only thing missing is the automatic approval of the insurance company when a patient is admitted: the doctor has to contact the IT support service every time for this.
