The one called Viviana schedules the hair appointments with her but in the end she slips away and leaves the client stranded and one is left at the option of the girls who do the nails!! Ah but when is it time to pay there if she shows up! ! This is not to mention that I also made an appointment for a pedicure that cost 14,000 pesos lost because the person who did it for me, whose name is Jenifer, in addition to doing it reluctantly, did not clean my nails properly 🙄 finally, in the meantime, begging and insisting to They will iron the Keratin that I had in my hair. It can come out at 9pm, how horrible!! I don't recommend this place 👎

Keep looking!!! The hair days later, not to mention the same day, looks horrible after a bleaching procedure. And the acrylic nails were horrible in my experience, not even 8 days passed before almost all of them fell off and yes, they had a guarantee but luckily for me I found someone who really advised me and recommended what worked for me, not what they thought was best and the most expensive, which was what they gave me in this place. Not to mention the amount of money I paid in such a terrible place. I came in with the highest expectations, but I clearly wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE! My recommendation: keep looking, there are better places and with much, MUCH more affordable prices, don't be fooled by the attractiveness of the place. 😗

Bad customer service, terrible compliance with appointments, they send you one or two hours after the confirmed time, if you arrive 10 minutes late they don't attend to you and make you reschedule it.

Terrible service!! First half a day for them to respond to the chat for an appointment, then you quote the hairstyle at the point and they quote it for 12 thousand but they ask to set aside 20 thousand, you make the consignment separating the time needed, they confirm the time and have the I have the nerve to say that if you don't arrive on time you lose your subscription, as a customer you keep to the schedule but I've been waiting for half an hour for the person to arrive and they don't answer the chat or the calls, I honestly don't recommend this place.
