Got the recommend Sailor Burger and I give this baby a 4.3 overall. Bun was good and medium well burger was moist I’m the mouth.

Only giving 1 star because that is the lowest ranking allowed. Store hours are listed as open until 10:30 PM (per Google maps. This was also acknowledged by staff) on the night that we attempted to eat there (December 19, 2023). Attempted to order at 9:13 PM, and were told that they were no longer taking orders. When we asked about the discrepancy between the listed hours of operation and the position of the wait staff, the response was “we are closing early tonight.”

Nice atmosphere but a little disappointed on the burgers. They were paper thin and did not have much flavor.

This is the best hamburger I’ve tried here in Bogotá (Sailor Jerry). I'll definitely come back. Excellent attention.

I ordered a cheese and bacon burger. It came with free fries. Definitely it’s not the best burger I have in my life but it’s still pretty good. I came at 8:30 so it was not crowded. The staffs were also friendly. They had English menu and it really helped a lot for me.

I've had the opportunity to try many hamburgers in Bogotá and this place is by far the best. Sailor Jerry is the BEST burger in this restaurant. The attention is very good and prices are good.

They were so kind and ready to help me from the moment we walked in! I can't eat gluten so they gave me the burger on lettuce. The Sailor burger was delicious! The potato wedges didn't have much flavor but the burger was delicious. The staff were very attentive and they were open late which was perfect for us and our flight.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and customer service at this restaurant. However, I was slightly disappointed with the burger I ordered, as it seemed to taste more like a frozen patty rather than fresh meat. Additionally, I was taken aback when they didn't have any house red wine available, which was quite a letdown. On a brighter note, the staff was extremely amicable and accommodating. This place would be a lovely choice for happy hours or corporate events. However, if you're a burger enthusiast, you might want to explore other options.

This place is always crowded so reservations are a good idea. In terms of burgers, the Sailor Jerry is the best one in this place. I've tried several of them and the Sailor Jerry is much better by far. On beverages there's a super refreshing maracuyá soda. Recommended 100%

Came for lunch with my girlfriend, the place has a relaxed and a casual vibe. We ordered some of the best burguers on the menu (based on the waiter's opinion), and they tasted like that. They were impressive with lot of flavors and indubitable different to some others we've eaten. It was good!

Tiny burger with a horrible salad. The burger was so small I thought it was an entrée. The burger was delicious, but SO tiny, like the size of the smallest McDonald’s burger. And the salad was a joke: a green tomato! The thing is: the burger was delicious, but come on… not worth the price for something so small.

Nice burger place off Parque 93. Menu is easy enough with choices of burgers & fries etc. Our server was friendly and menu had enough English translate for us to order. Food came out quickly and as ordered. Burger was delicious and they had a cute smiley face drawn on the bun side.

The experience was great overall. The food is terrific. There is a great variety and the burgers are incredible. A special shout-out to our waiter Jeff. Excellent and extremely friendly service. We are definitely coming back!

The place is nice to have a good time with your girlfriend/boyfriend or your friends, they have ambient warmers and good music, the menu is all about burguers but there is good diversity.
