    Não tem o que falar da comida, além de que é perfeita. Pedimos uma burrata de entrada, um pappardelle com frango e um tiramosu de sobremesa. Tudo incrível, sem defeitos, feito com maestria e com os melhores ingredientes. A carta de vinho tem diversas opções. Acredito que foi lá que tomei o melhor vinho que já provei. O atendimento é ótimo. Apesar da demora para os pratos virem, o sabor compensou. Ambiente charmoso.

    Estivemos no restaurante no dia 1/11 e tivemos o prazer de degustar dois pratos maravilhosos, caseiros e feitos com muito carinho. O atendimento foi excelente e prestativo. Os pratos escolhidos foram nhoque de mandioquinha com trufas e ravioli com burrata. Entrada foi antipasti. Não deixou nada a desejar. Recomendo o restaurante sem dúvidas.

    VinSanto is acknowledged as the 7th best trattoria in the country and it certainly lives up to its reputation. Italian owner Marcello Celentano makes you feel most welcome in the little piece of Italy he has created in the middle of Boituva, SP, from the moment you step in. Taking into account I'm lactose intolerant, he managed to create on the fly a superb delicacy, while my husband's spaghetti "flambe" in Grana Padano was the best he has ever tasted. A memorable and must-visit location even if you are one hour away in the city of Sao Paulo.
