Great communication via Whatsapp, Ezio and his wife were very welcoming and even lent me their umbrella for walking since it was raining. They only speak Italian but their son does much of the communicating in english. 15 minute walk to the airport on sidewalks, which I did at 530am and felt totally safe. Room was very clean, comfy bed. Hardly any noise from the airport. Great value. Note that they are CASH ONLY.

The perfect place if you have to catch an early flight because It's a 15 min walk to the airport. We stayed there at the end of our trip and we were very tired, so the amazing bathroom, the perfectly comfortable bed and of course the kind and sweet owners was the perfect finish for our trip. Highly recommended!

I was warmly greeted by the friendly couple that own the B&B, they were very helpful and showed me to my room and explained to me where the nearby restaurants were. The room was super clean and comfortable, with water, teas and coffee provided as well as some snacks. It's a quick 15 minute walk to the airport which is very convenient. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.

Very nice, friendly host with clean room. I take a taxi to airport as Google show me the walking way through the highway and I didn't want to walk in the highway. The lady is very kind and helpful too.

Perfect for the airport only 15/20 minutes walking distance, with sidewalk illuminated at night/early morning. The couple who run the BB are wonderful. I will definitely be returning next time I have a flight out of Bologna.

horrible!!!!! I had a 16-hour layover and only needed 1 shower and a bed to rest, empty hostel and in addition to the bad service, I was treated very badly because I wasn't Italian.
