Siamo finalmente riusciti a provare il Ristorante Sotto L'Arco ed a soddisfare la nostra curiosità in merito dato gli ottimi commenti che avevamo sentito e che non possiamo che condividere. La location è molto elegante ma ciò nonostante l'accoglienza è calorosa e familiare. Abbiamo optato per il menu degustazione e ci siamo completamente affidati alle cure e alla maestria dello Chef e della sua brigata ma altresì alla competenza del maitre de salle e del sommelier Nicola che è riuscito a sorprenderci con i suoi abbinamenti. Non sappiamo dire quale sia stato il nostro piatto preferito tra tutti quelli assaggiati perché li abbiamo apprezzati tutti ma ne è uscita un'esperienza da 10 e lode in un luogo dove finalmente l'esperienza e la passione la fanno da padrone creando un risultato eno gastronomico superlativo. Torneremo sicuramente prestissimo.
