Pleasant coffee place serving better coffee than its competitors. The accompanying snacks are mediocre at best. Atmosphere good and staff nice.

Been to this Costa on most occasions when I have visited East Midlands designer outlet. Staff customer service skills were very good. Service was excellent. Tables were clean

Just ordered tonight. Very pretty lady with tattoos and an extremely pleasant and friendly lady making coffee. Both were great as was the latte. Perfect!

Very busy, but staff were keeping things flowing well. We left with a hole in our pockets £9 for two medium hot chocolates. 1 normal, 1 Terry's. Its all we could think about while drinking. It wasn't even particularly nice. Just a normal mediocre hot chocolate. We could have saved the money and bought a pot of nice hot chocolate powder from the supermarket and made a dozen and still have half the money left. I just think £9 is stealing. Its a shame because now we will avoid.

Had earned loyalty beans and a voucher, when they were used, the transaction didn't appear to work properly and when brought to the attention of the member of staff, they were not interested and just said the till/computer says what it says. ??? The premises were not clean, not sure when it was last properly cleaned, could write in the dust, chairs stained, food crumbs all over and this was in the morning, not the end of the day. Not the standard we expect from Costa.

I was here today, an old man took my drink when it was made. The staff were so apologetic! It wasn't their fault, they remade my drink and brought it to my table, they then even refunded me which was really nice of them. They didn't have to do that. This service is why I would choose costa over Starbucks any day. The guys working at the east Midlands outlet deserve some recognition!!!

Everything ok apart from the Coffee,latte,Cappuccino,Americano, they recentley seem to be looking and tasting like luke warm milk,its the same with other Costa Cafes at Sutton Road Mansfield,Alfreton,are they skimping on quality coffee beans?? Wont be a regular no more until things improve

In January 2023 I bought what I believed to be a insulated reusable cup from this branch, I discovered it wasn't actually insulated and wouldn't keep a drink hot for any more than an hour which really disappointed me. Because I don't live local, today was the soonest I could return to this store to see about a refund / exchange. The staff were lovely, explained that the plastic lined reusable cups are not insulated and kindly gave me a replacement. Great customer service Thank you

Had a really nice bubble frappe and popcorn cake as well as one of the pretty spring mugs. The batista was really friendly and got my order together really quick

Nice coffee shop and a very good place to rest your shopping feet after visiting the array of shops.. Food is available and there is usually a deal to be had if you use the Costa app. Friendly and efficient staff get you your beverage of choice and you are sat down on a comfortable seat in no time at all.

Great stop-off point while shopping. The barista was lovely during our visit; very friendly. I also thoroughly enjoyed the drink. Only reason for 4 stars was because the rim was chipped quite badly on one of the glasses - which could have been a problem if we hadn't have spotted it prior to drinking.

I do love a Costa, the franchise element seems to mean great service, even when they are really busy. Lovely coffee and their Xmas hot chocolates are really amazing.

Nice, medium sized Costa which is attached to the Odeon Derby cinema. You can either enter from the outside or from inside the Odeon. This is a standard Costa - good selection of drinks and food. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The lemonade drink was nice

Selves well stock. Staff clean,tidy,friendly,helpful and well organised. Lattes extra hot like we asked for. Bacon bap and toast cooked perfect. Will calling again.

Lovely and friendly staff. Ordered a chocolate biscoff cake, Strood waffles, a reg latte and reg gingerbread latte and a baby hot chocolate. Member of staff asked if we would like the temp of the baby hot choc cooled. Atmosphere was very busy and cramped, layout is very restrictive in regards to comfortability, less space and comfort overall.

Always busy, and quite often out of stock of the flavours we like. Expect a good 15mins queue or more. Coffee as per the other Costa outlets though, which is always good. Just wish there was a way of knowing what is in stock before queuing for so long.

Wait for service is a little too long. It would seem that on-line customers are treated as more desirable than actual shop customers. Maybe Starbucks next time.

Treated to strawberry & cream frappe from my daughter 🤗 We bought dined in for drinks. Marked it down to 4 star's, because there was a fly around the cake's area.

We had 2 flat whites and the place was very busy but the young man who served us was super efficient. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great coffee as usual, with good service even though it was busy. Plenty of seating inside and outside in the sunshine. The Costa app is worth getting as well.

Frappe was good and delicious as usual. Great atmosphere and clean store. But only one person was serving making it longer to order.
