Lovely coffee (VERY important) nice friendly and efficient staff, not hideously expensive either, highly recommended, been a favourite of mine for a long time. Oh and the food is very good too, nothing too adventurous, just good. Nice ice cream too.

After they started to make proper breakfast again it's the perfect place to go for a coffee or breakfast to get some peace and quiet

Great that this little gem cafe has reopened, and what a great job they have done particularly for a small family business. Everything was immaculate excellent social distancing. You can only eat outside but half of the seating area is undercover. There is clear signing throughout. The toilets where very well maintained felt safe and comfortable. Part of Arthur Lane Nursery in- between Harwood and Ainsworth. They've expanded the cafe hugely with lots of seating outside under the poly tunnels as well the the original hut. An OK place to meet for a wander wander round the plants and a coffee, although there seems to be alot less than there used to be. The food was basic cafe style with a few cakes, crisps, carrs pasties, toast and sandwiches etc. All OK but very basic stuck in the 1970s with plastic tablecloths etc.

Lovely food, enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee was very good. Had a look at the plants etc reasonable selection, prices compatible too.

Decent selection of plants but quite expensive in my very experienced knowledge and have been to hundreds of garden centres. Unfortunately was too expensive for me. I didn't try the cafe but it looked busy. Just to clarify it isn't a bad company or garden centre, it's just not the cheapest. Considering it's in Bolton it was quite surprising to me as I live in Northampton and plants are being sold 40% less in some local garden centres.

Brilliantly friendly place to enjoy a nice cup of tea and a sandwich. My 3 year old also tells me that the ice cream is absolutely delicious too!! And all next to a wonderful garden centre. 110% recommend.

Nice icecream , generous scoops ! It seems the weekends are busy because the breakfasts are crummy and folks queue for them ! Garden centre is good with reasonably priced quality plants , shrubs , ornaments and pots with a very knowledgable owner who has a wicked sense of humor !

Have been meaning to visit this place for ages so glad I finally made it. It is really lovely. A pretty extensive menu from breakfast through lunch. Had coffee and toasted tea cake and very much enjoyed it. My granddaughter loved her ice cream. Will definitely be back soon.
