A great place to bring the young ones. From 10am they have a toddler session where the kids get one hour of play, this includes unlimited soft play as well as receiving toast and juice as a snack which is also including in the price! A lovely morning for all and lots of fun! I will definitely visit again.

Kids had fun. It's largely clean and tidy. There's not as many places for parents to sit Vs when they go to That Fun Place. It's not cheap but the use of the lockers was free. 1 hour jumping seems to be about right, they wear themselves out quicker. Toilets were very wet on the floor, I'm glad I had shoes on but obviously kids won't. Make sure feet and socks are washed as soon as you get home. The toilets were cleaned while we were there though. There was no soap in the men's. Drinks and snacks will set you back a bit. Majority of staff were very friendly and polite.

Huge play area for kids. Trampolins and other jumping areas. There’s a play area other than trampolins. There is a cafe inside. Staff are too kind. There are personal cupboards for your belongings. Birthday parties can be organized as well.

My son had his 6th birthday combo party and he and his friend had a fabulous time. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The venue was extremely clean and warm viewing gallery. The party bags included a water bottle, pencils & ruler, sweet cone and Jump X merchandise. Food was plentiful, pizza and hot dogs, chips, crisp & cake. Would highly recommend but is £££ Special mention to Corey who was our party host & let the boys run around after him, thank you!

Nice place for kids and adults. It was fun time. Parking is available immediately outside jump extreme. Tickets booking online is advisable. There are lots of vending machines. Cafe upstairs with view of kids jumping is great. Lockers are available I guess on chargeable bases . Socks are available on chargeable bases too. Staff is nice and helpful.

Kids enjoyed it. Bit expensive compared to others. Wouldn't rush back. Didn't get a pic of the trampoline section as I didn't go up there.

We brought a group of young people who are associated with the work we do at Urban Outreach. The staff were extremely accommodating and so helpful in the lead up to the trip. The facilities on the day were amazing, the young people had such a good time. It was a Joy watching them have lots of fun!

Fab place. Me and my 2 children (8 & 14) absolutely loved it and had so much fun. Great value for money and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back soon 😊

amazing experience! The kids & I loved it. however one of the staff was quite unnecessarily rude and it did put me off, as I haven’t paid to be treated like so. Overall the experience was great, and the mistreatment from one of the staff was minor.

Really disappointed with todays visit. It is my son’s favourite place and come all the time and always charged £7.95 Today I was charged £9.95 when I questioned this I was told there was a penalty for not booking on line and I was also charged for sitting to watch. I always buy a couple of coffees whilst I’m there, not today I know it only a couple of pounds but with everything going on at the moment just think it another case of certain business cashing in and taking advantage. I will be trying other places in the future

Amazing place for children to have fun, i honestly cant recommend it enough. Took our 3 kids here and they had a blast, in fact they wanted to come again the very next day! Staff are completely friendly which made the experience more enjoyable, i cant remember her name but they was one member who stood out the most for going the extra mile. It can get busy so I advise that you go slightly earlier as we’ve visited here 4 times now and each time the kids always fall sleep the moment we get back in they’re that knackered from bouncing around & around. The machines that are scattered around are great to finish off the visit as it gives the chance for your child to win a toy/gift to take home or even if you don’t want to play it risky they’re bike rides for them to have a race or play until you win claw grabber machines. Unfortunately we encountered a issue on our last visit with the vending toy machine, however the company in charge of them swiftly responded to me the same day confirming that they’re going on site to test the machines and they offered to refund me via PayPal which works great for everyone! Additionally i noticed some reviews saying they never got a refund? i can only imagine they didn't do it correctly as the sign suggested as a lovely chap aided us without issue. If you’re stuck on places to visit, I can’t recommend this place enough it’s a 10/10 from me.

Just been here today have to say how brilliant the staff here was !! absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful and great at keeping things safe and under control, what an amazing team, well done to you all

The girl on reception wasn't especially friendly for a start. We were allowed to pay for entry at 5pm as the place doesn't shut til 6pm, however, the cafe upstairs informed me it was closing so I had to go downstairs to the soft play cafe. I did, and was told everything had been turned off there too. Couldn't even get a brew! This was an hour before closing, meaning the 2 kids I'd just paid for to go in wouldn't be able to get a drink. There was another lady in there who had brought her son and his friends for his birthday and they couldn't get a slushy because the machines had been turned off. Poor service all round.

I bring my grandchildren here regularly. It is expensive for 2 hr but they love it & I can have a drink whilst watching g them. Definitely worth a visit…. The staff are friendly & helpful. Food is good value & reasonably priced

Yes it was fantastic kids loved it. But me my self was not happy with people not wearing masks as the Asian community was in the the place as they are in titled to go just like me and other people. I had my mask on and my sister and neice did but when asked why he said because they will say they are exempt but had no badges on or nothing to say that they could not where a mask .the gentleman at the desk said there's nothing we can do about it. But to be honest I would say then you are not allowed in its as simple as that .There are a lot of selfish people about at the moment knowing that it's high covid hear in Bolton. But if I owned your place no one would get in black or white people 🤔.

My daughter loves this place. We attend the toddler sessions in the week, excellent value for money, staff are always polite, friendly & nothing is to much trouble. Everything is clean & tidy. Also had my daughters birthday party here & I can’t praise them enough it was great & my daughter loved it.

Lots of fun to be had here in a safe, secure area. Something for all ages, will definitely return.

I recently visited Jump Extreme with my little boy and have to say, wow! A big thankyou to Conor for being so lovely and helpful. He was the nicest, most well mannered young man, honestly made the experience next level. It’s amazing to see such polite people and I will definitely be returning thanks to him.

We loved it, would definitely recommend, we will be back 100% thanks to the amazing staff. It is suitable for all ages and there is something to do for everyone.

I would like to say how much me and my little girl enjoyed JumpXtreme Bolton. Quick and easy process with the forms on arrival. Friendly receptionists. Trampolines were great fun and the play area after with little one, topped off with good cup of coffee :) Overall, Very Impressed with the friendly staff, cleanliness and fun factor. Will recommend to friends and family.

I enjoyed the experience with a friend, i loved every moment. Its just a shame we couldn't get money back for our 2nd booked session that we hadn't used. I would reccomend, a word of advice, 1hr is enough.

Great visit today, took our toddlers trampolining. staff were great really on it with safety and having fun. Kids play centre was crazy busy but staff were wonderful. The owners of jump extreme should be chuffed to know they have brilliant staff, food was hot and fresh and the venue was spotless.

This is a fun place. Our grandson loves it here. They are very conscious about safety with a compulsory briefing and lots of stewards to ensure good behaviour. We were particularly impressed with Chris. He gave us a very friendly reception and gave a great briefing. Highly recommended

Came here for my son's 10th birthday party and all the kids had a fantastic time! My son really loved it. Before coming had to ring a few times to just confirm stuff more for myself and they were happy to help. Happily provided a vegetarian/Halal options for one of the kids too which I appreciated. Would like to specially mention our party host Abby who was fantastic and played tig and interacted with the kids while they were trampolining. I came a month or so before with my one year old too and the soft play area is great and the cafe staff are lovely. Great place for kids of all ages. Highly recommend for a party and great day.

I took a 7 year old just to the soft play area. He had a beano running around for 2 hours. Next time he wants to do trampolining as well. Good value for money. Could do with more seats and tables In the sitting area. It was very crowded.

Great place for the little ones, when you book a child ticket you get a toast and juice ticket for the cafe after the trampoline session. We usually go to the toddler jump session and my little niece absolutely loves it. Disney songs are played when on the trampolines, and there’s a big indoor play area too afterwards with a little cafe you can get a range of different food and cold/hot drinks to choose from.

My little boy loved it here. We popped nxt door to the play centre too which was extremely busy but overall he had a great time

We held a party here today for our sons 5th Birthday with his friends. It was so well organised with the party hosts Jake & Cain who were great with the kids. It was a great mix of jumping on the trampolines then onto the soft play area & finally into the party room for food. Great way for the parents to relax for a couple of hours too! Lastly Chris and the team were so accommodating when a few of our guests were running late they pushed our start time back so that nobody would miss out. Would definitely recommend to anyone to hold a party there.
