UPDATE: Based on this assessment, I was contacted by the institute and an amicable solution was found. That's why I'm upgrading it from 2 to 3 stars. Since the main reason for the bad rating was poor communication, I would like to wait a little longer before giving a higher rating. I am really disappointed with the institute. When I bought my two-year package it was advertised that afterwards you would be hair-free, especially with my skin-hair type. When I asked, I was told that this package would be stopped in the event of pregnancy and could be resumed three months after delivery. That also worked perfectly. (That's why there are two stars and not just one). Apparently during this time the institute switched all but one laser device from IPL to Thunder Laser. When I went back to laser after my pregnancy, it was explained to me that there were new machines available and that I would have to pay an additional fee if I wanted to switch to them. When I asked what was different about the new devices, I was told that they were much better and that all the hair would definitely go away with them. When I then commented that I had already been promised that the hair would go away with the IPL package, the employees just said that the other laser was much better? The question here is, what's better than all the hair gone? When I decided to continue with IPL, I was told that I wasn't sure how long the device would be available for. I thought I could decide whether I wanted to switch or not? I didn't realize there was a time limit on this. Especially since I have to pay an extra charge when I switch, but then have even fewer sessions for, if I wasn't lied to when buying the package, the same result. When I asked what exactly the difference was and whether I could be calculated exactly how much of a difference in costs a change would make and how many sessions I would still have, I was told that I should please read the difference on the HP for myself. I was only sent the difference in cost by email, but not how many sessions I still had left. All in all, I don't find the whole situation very transparent. And I don't understand why the Thunder Laser costs so much more when you switch from the IPL package. I should get the same result and have fewer sessions with the Thunder Laser. But every time I point this out I'm just told that the Thunder Laser is better and it's not sure how much longer IPL will be around. This gives me the feeling that as a customer I am actually only being used to finance the new devices. For this reason, it is clear to me that I will not come back once I have used up my package.

I had a two-year flat rate because of Corona, the flat rate was extended, which I found very positive. The result after the treatment is ok. Unfortunately the hair isn't completely gone. It's definitely gotten much, much better. Unfortunately, you still have to shave. I was hoping that the hair would be completely gone afterwards. Because the treatment is not cheap and during the initial consultation it was advertised that the employee had not had to shave for years. The employees were all friendly, there were changing employees which didn't bother me. The studio is clean.

I came across Haarpunkt on the recommendation of a friend. From the beginning the team was very friendly and gave you good advice. After the first sessions you could already see changes and I have to say that I am speechless at how quickly the laser works and, above all, how quickly you become hair-free. I can recommend it to everyone, you no longer have any problems with shaving or similar. The Haarpunkt Studio is very clean, you feel very comfortable and the Haarpunkt team is very welcoming. ❤ I can recommend the studio in Bonn to everyone and I would come again and again :-)

I would like to give no less than 5 ⭐! The advice is very good, the result is simply fabulous. The team is really super nice and accommodating, Ilham in particular brightens my day with her absolute friendliness and professionalism!

Best experience and best results! An incredibly nice team, optimal price-performance ratio, very clean. And most importantly: it works! The hair is really gone. Sure, you have to have a lot of patience, but it can't be any other way. However, you can see the first positive effects after the 3rd session. The intervals between appointments are getting longer and longer (which is why the entire treatment takes around 2 years), but, as I said, the improvements from appointment to appointment become more and more visible, so that in principle you feel much better over the course of these years. At the end of the treatment (today was the last appointment) - everything was clean! By the way, the information was very detailed and fair, nobody rips you off (what nonsense!!), individual health questions are also clarified, skin types are taken into account, etc. Such a consultation is of course non-binding and free of charge. So I'm completely satisfied and would recommend it to everyone without reservation.

Habe überdurchschnittlich viele Sitzungen hinter mir und eine Menge Geld investiert um die 700€ für ein Hautareal. Das ganze jedoch ohne eine sichtbare Besserung. Von meiner Seite aus absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Habe dies auch angesprochen, Geld zurück gibt es nicht.
