I was very pleasantly surprised. Great design, super friendly staff, very clean and quiet room. Even though it's directly besides the main station, railway and high street, it's extremely quiet and you can't hear anything at all. Great place for a stay!

Beautiful place, new & clean rooms, comfortable and welcoming staff in the bar, reception, cleaners, et cetera. We wanted to go out for dinner one night and the bartender took the time to give us some tips as well as served us some wonderful drinks in a very welcoming bar area. one could see that there was a great terrace area outside although we were there in November so it wasn’t really in use. The breakfast buffet was great as well. We had an absolute wonderful stay and would choose this accommodation again in a a heartbeat. I don’t have any things that I thought could use improvement.

Most important: Great staff. This is a new hotel so standards can go down from here but thanks, Motel One for your support and service. Good bar service, clean and comfortable lounge area. The location in Bonn is absolutely top and the price is really good.

Our stay here was near perfect. Beautiful and squeaky clean hotel rooms with all amenities. The food is delicious. The staff is super welcoming and helpful. The ones at the receptions always welcome you with a grin. On the day of our checkout and move to Cologne, the staff again at the reception helped us by going out of their way with the right train connections. Hope we get to stay here again. The not-so-good-part was the housekeeping person who kept entering the room without permission by opening the door. This happened twice on the day of check-out, first at 9am and then at 1145 am. When confronted as to why he is repeatedly entering without permission, he pretended he doesn’t understand English and insisted that I speak in Deutsch or Arabic. Do you require language skills to simply knock on the door and not enter the room without permission?

very clean and modern rooms, very comfy beds and spacious bathrooms, however not equipped with water boiler or coffee machine nor does it have good lighting mirrors inside the room. Great sound insulation and warm during winter. Staff and service is top and exceptional, breakfast is nice.

Great hotel . Room 536 over looked the railway station and surrounding area. Even though trains and cars , trams etc whizzing underneath the window you could not hear a thing ! Friendly staff . Beer good . Cosy bar . Spotlessly clean room. Right opposite the main station and only a short walk to the bars and restaurants etc.. it was so good we stayed an extra night . Only 25mins on a train to Cologne too. Great chain of hotels looking forward to our next stay 👍🏼

Most convenient and perfect location at Bonn right at the train station. Check-in sometimes takes time but check-out is smooth and expedite. It’s a good value of money. The pictures with SDGs targets are fascinating, but I didn’t asked the context. The bar at the reception opens up to late hours and has good selection of drinks. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

Excellent location, city centre near the railway station. We stayed three days and it was very convenient. Very clean rooms, excellent day bar, helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended, we will book again for our next visit. Thank you!

Fantastic location next to the train station & a 5min walk to the aeroport bus SB60. Newish looking hotel, seamless checkin/out. Minus 1 star for minimal housekeeping, no water in room, basic room amenities.

A standard room that is good for a sleep. Normal. Small room, no fridge, no complimentary water, no kettle but is very neat and tidy.

Lovely stay! The hotel is trendy and really quiet for being so central. Very friendly staff and the beds are super comfy!

Convenient place to stay, quiet and clean rooms, good location. Long time waiting for check in since there was only one counter open at a time when the line was very long.

Staff is polite and helpful. Also, the location is really good if you want to travel as it’s right in front of Bonn hbf. There are many cafes/restaurants/shopping places at a walking distance.

We had an overall good experience. The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was clean. The front desk staff was ver helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good; simple but good. The location of the hotel was excellent - you can walk out of the back and are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, sightseeing- the hotel is at the edge of a pedestrian only streets. Only complaint, and a big one, is that our A/C did not work and never got fixed after multiple requests were made. We stayed five nights. The hotel had no box fans available to borrow. We did not get a discount on the room. Got a one drink voucher for each of us and two 1 liter bottles of water to compensate for the A/C not working.

A really nice base for a city break or business trip. Our room was a little small, but modern and nicely furnished. The hotel bar is lovely! The hotel is easy to find and has a great location in the centre of Bonn.
