Very
disappointed.
I
visited
the
hotel
a
month
ago
and
I
left
a
very
positive
review
(see
below),
but
now,
when
I
visited
it
again
(because
I
liked
it
so
much
the
previous
time),
I
am
disappointed,
and
the
reason
is
one
ā
the
drastic
change
of
the
working
personnel
at
the
dining
hall
(the
reception
staff
is
the
same,
and
it
is
very
good).
I
definitely
note
a
change
of
hotelās
approach
(or
a
total
lack
of
approach)
to
the
staff
of
the
place.
Unfortunately,
this
hotel
lost
its
uniqueness
with
its
special
design,
service,
and
functioning
elements.
The
staff
that
works
in
the
dining
hall
is
far
from
suitable
to
such
a
hotel.
The
staff
makes
a
lot
of
noise
while
cleaning
or
serving;
the
staff
does
not
care
for
the
guestās
convenience,
but
only
for
its
job
performance;
the
staff
is
not
educated,
nor
even
basically
guided
for
the
proper
service
in
order
to
maintain
the
uniqueness
of
the
hotelās
concept.
A
month
ago
it
was
absolutely
different
staff,
with
absolutely
different
attitude
towards
the
concept
and
the
guests,
which
made
the
stay
much
more
pleasant.
I
clearly
notice,
that
the
staff
and
the
manager
of
the
hotel
were
replaced
by
a
much
less
skilled
and
qualified
for
such
a
place,
then
the
previous
one.
Itās
a
pity
to
see
such
an
investment
mismanaged
and
going
to
waste.
A
month
ago
I
wrote:
A
very
good
level
of
service.
A
great
location.
I
would
expect
a
more
rich
breakfast
for
11
EUR,
but
the
dining
room
with
the
coffee
machine
for
free
is
definitely
a
plus.
I
would
also
expect
a
small
minibar
or
a
cooler
in
the
room
to
put
at
least
a
bottle
of
water
or
a
yogurt
to
keep
it
cool.
A
bigger
working
table
in
the
room
would
also
be
an
advantage.
But
all
in
all
-
I
definitely
suggest
the
place.
