One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Nothing fancy, but everything you need and a great quality. We will deffo be staying here next time we are in the area! And they are dog friendly too! ❤️

I will definitely never book this hotel again. You are woken up at 5:00 am at the latest by massive noise from the kitchen, banging of kitchen appliances, loud discussions in any language. When you ask for silence, you get rude answers. In addition, soap empty and dirty bathroom. Complaints are tersely dismissed. The whole thing for 180EUR? Are you serious? Never, never again!

Very disappointed. I visited the hotel a month ago and I left a very positive review (see below), but now, when I visited it again (because I liked it so much the previous time), I am disappointed, and the reason is one – the drastic change of the working personnel at the dining hall (the reception staff is the same, and it is very good). I definitely note a change of hotel’s approach (or a total lack of approach) to the staff of the place. Unfortunately, this hotel lost its uniqueness with its special design, service, and functioning elements. The staff that works in the dining hall is far from suitable to such a hotel. The staff makes a lot of noise while cleaning or serving; the staff does not care for the guest’s convenience, but only for its job performance; the staff is not educated, nor even basically guided for the proper service in order to maintain the uniqueness of the hotel’s concept. A month ago it was absolutely different staff, with absolutely different attitude towards the concept and the guests, which made the stay much more pleasant. I clearly notice, that the staff and the manager of the hotel were replaced by a much less skilled and qualified for such a place, then the previous one. It’s a pity to see such an investment mismanaged and going to waste. A month ago I wrote: A very good level of service. A great location. I would expect a more rich breakfast for 11 EUR, but the dining room with the coffee machine for free is definitely a plus. I would also expect a small minibar or a cooler in the room to put at least a bottle of water or a yogurt to keep it cool. A bigger working table in the room would also be an advantage. But all in all - I definitely suggest the place.

Nice, modern and very clean Design hotel on the river Rhine close to the Opera. Comfy big bed and en-suite bathroom with powershower. Very friendly staff, easy come and easy go check-in, free coffee in the morning even if you book the room only rate. Fast wifi, 2 elevators and roof-top bar. Car park available around the hotel or in the garage. 15 minutes easy walk from central train station passing by the hot spots of this charming city. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel design is cute, colorful and modern. The breakfast is standard European buffet. I don’t recommend to stay there because they never clean the room, we stayed for 8 days, and it was mentioned that they clean at the third day, but its not true, we came back at the third day to same situation as we left it even though we left a sign to clean. The guy at the lobby told us it was a house keeping mistake but we had 3 rooms with the same “mistake” then after we complained the room was “cleaned”, by cleaned i mean that they only changed the towels (i hope so) and arrange the cover but didn’t change the sheets or clean the bathroom (sink, shower or toilet). Even after we complained at the third day it wasn’t cleaned at the 7th as should’ve.the staff was rude about the complaints and tried to excuse it by saving the planet but the real reason is to save on cleaning staff and supplies

Avoid. This hotel doesn't have a direct phone number. The phone number listed here goes to a call center where they also say they don't have access to the hotel's direct number and can only "send emails". I booked a room that was listed as "fully refundable" on Expedia and when I tried to cancel it less than an hour later the cited the policy that by "refund" they mean they'll keep 90% of the price. Then I tried to extend my stay for another night and I was never able to speak to them and the call center kept telling me they're sending emails to the hotel but not hearing back. A complete mess if you want to have a reliable accommodation while travelling. AVOID. Update: the worst checkin experience. Line up of people out of the door while a completely incompetent guy was taking almost 5 minutes to process each checkin. The self checkin machines didn’t work. I was in line for over 30 minutes before I got the keys.

The building looks very new. The staff was so kind. We've been welcomed with a drink at the super rooftop, with an astonishing view of the Rhein. The hotel is only 10 minutes far from the main spots on the city, and yet it is in a very silent area.

Room: clean and fancy decoration but we have to ask for bathroom stuff (shampoo, cup and brush set). Service: Staffs were nice. Staff at the reception gave us coins to get free welcome drink from rooftop bar. They can speak English well too. They are helpful. We didn’t buy breakfast but staff said we can have free coffee there. Location: The river is right front of the hotel. There were a bit quiet on that day which good for relaxing vacation.

Simple but modern and comfortable rooms with a good shower. Breakfast very basic which reminds of a youth hostel. Friendly staff. 20€ for parking is too much and on street parking near the hotel equally so.

Stylish hotel with a bar worth visiting. Friendly service. Parking was a bit of a nightmare because of the Christmas Fair but usually there are spots available in their own underground parking

It is difficult to find by car due to the one-way system, but we got there in the end. Parking is under the hotel and has a nice size parking bays. The hotel is very new and well finished. The front desk staff are great. Well worth a visit.

Really great experience, super affordable, but the room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The coffee is free and you can get it from the machine anytime. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was really good. They have an instant pancake maker which really fascinated me, and the whole breakfast buffet is designed really well so there isn't any gross touching or mixing of foods. The parking was a little pricy, but at least we didn't have to search all over Bonn to find a parking spot.

We visited the hotel with two rooms of my family for two nights on last easter holiday. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location is great, it took 10mins by walk to the town centre. Also, the rooftop bar was absolutely amazing as you can look at the river from the rooftop. The staff at reception was helpful and patient.

My room at the prizeotel Bonn was spacious and clean. The design is refreshing, and the floor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch. After a short wait, my check-in took less than 5 minutes, with the service staff being super accommodating and even offering a complimentary drink for the short delay. The breakfast buffet isn't spectacular by any means but offers all of the basics. Great value for a business stay or a short trip to bonn.

Honestly, giving 3 stars because of the price per night. Parking is expansive, breakfast is too expensive and you get a tiny room for more than 100 Euros per night. The staff was very friendly and location is very good. Walking into city center in minutes. I would recommend to get a cheaper hotel with equal standards and equal location.

Budget hotel beside the river close to the city centre. Check-in was very slow, but the room was clean & comfortable and the breakfast buffet was basic but ok. The roof top bar & terrace is worth a visit for a relaxing drink when it’s open, and it has a lovely view over the Rhine.

We stayed here while we visted Bonn. It is a very modern and comfortable hotel. The room was large and comfortable and the shower room was excellent. Breakfast, at extra cost, was a large buffet with no limit to the quantity you can eat. The only hot foods was boiled eggs which by the time you got them were cold. You can have an unlimited quantity of coffee and tea 24 hours a day. The underground parking was very good but is costly. The location on the river Main is very good and the hotel is very close to the historic centre of Bonn and many varied restaurants. This hotel is great value for money.
