Another
new,
pleasant
experience
-
combining
a
seminar
with
a
tasting
of
8
different
very
interesting
Belgian
beers.
Explained
and
demonstrated
by
Tom
(THOMAS
KREMER)
who
made
Belgian
beer
tasty
for
me,
my
family
and
a
group
of
9
people.
History,
taste,
ingredients,
purity
law
-
no
topic
was
left
out.
Belgium
also
has
a
“mature
beer
tradition.
Before
the
tasting,
we
were
given
an
easy-to-understand
explanation
of
how
the
beer
is
created
under
the
Ale-Mania
brewing
umbrella,
along
with
a
lot
of
experimentation
and
attention
to
detail,
right
through
to
labeling
and
distribution.
The
seminar,
at
a
nicely
decorated
long
guest
table,
was
accompanied
by
the
8
types
of
beer
-
as
with
a
wine
tasting,
mineral
water
was
also
provided
to
“clear”
the
goblet-shaped
glasses
for
another
tasting.
Crusty
country
bread
and
a
piece
of
cheese
were
part
of
the
table
setting.
After
the
tour
you
felt
a
little
bit
like
a
semi-sommelier.
My
family
and
I
would
love
to
come
back
to
try
out
a
new
experiment
and
taste
experience.
Thank
you
Tom.
A
good
future
for
you
and
your
CraftWerk
with
lots
of
exciting
new
recipes.
