There is no kfc at this place. Due to construction purposes, the kfc here is currently closed. But its not updated in Google maps so don't waste your time searching for it.

I visited this branch quite often as this is only KFC in Bonn. Every time I get my order in less than 10 minutes. Staffs are helpful and easy to communicate - I speak not good German. Only cons for me is cleanliness. Tables and floor always dirty - maybe not enough staffs work in restaurant.

The chicken is cold and old. It is obvious it was heated not frish. The bones are purple and the chicken is disgusting! The crispy has purple areas inside.

Do not buy from this branche, and if you do, always check if you got what you ordered. They never get the order right and literarily half was missing in 3 out of 5 visits.

I will never waste my money on this kfc. I ordered the chick and share bucket and it was a complete waste of my money. Maybe they changed chef because this is my worst experience with them. It tasted dry, not fresh, and I felt uncomfortable in my stomach. If this is a franchise the original kfc owners should quickly monitor them.

The smell of the chicken is the same whenever u go to any branch.. All kfc the same.. We though that the kfc in germany will be better than in jordan or in ksa!! But thr same

The food was good as in every KFC. The service quite slow even if there was not so many people. I was not so happy to eat while a homeless man was turned away by a security man while looking for scraps of food and drink.

It’s written that they close at 23:00 but the eating area was closed at 22:00 I couldn’t enjoy my meal when it’s still warm

Used to be a good KFC now it's ruined by cluless staff and poor service.

This might be the worst KFC in all over Germany. The chicken was completely cold, and the fries were a nightmare. What a shame KFC. Completely waste of money.

Bad Food You get a empty bread for 1,50€ with a little bit sauce.

KFC is a great place to hang out with the boys, I ordered 15 piece fillet bites for 5 euro as it was on discount. This is a great fast food place if you have te app for all the discounts. Would highly recomend for friends and families.

They should pay attention to cleanliness. Dining area was so dirty. Sometimes it helps when you can be a bit friendly to customers. Also yelling at your workers in front of customers is not a good practise.

We had to wait forever until our simple order was complete (so much for fast food)... The fried chicken itself would be okay if only it wasn't dripping with excessive oil! We got only one pack of fries, instead of two. Try and decide for yourself but I will not be dining there any more.
