Great Supermarket with all facilities and a huge non-food product portfolio. Big selection of wine, beer, and liquor available. Upstairs the hygiene could be maintained better. Unfortunately due to the pallets being stacked directly on the floor, m there is potential for dirt and food to be "swept" out of the daily cleaner's reach. Good fresh groceries and reasonable prices

Absolute class of this shop. Super tidy and a huge range with good offers for the whole city. The staff is very friendly and you like to talk to them and you had the impression that they like to work there and are customer-friendly.

Quite big supermarket with a lot of variety of products. I would say home equipments are quite expensive, but grocery is pretty fine. What's more is I like the schedule. They work from 7 morning till 10 evening on weekdays.

It was way too full, and very messy. Didn't smell good and overall that clean like other supermarkets in Bonn..

Affordable supermarket. Plenty of variety. Another plus is that it stays open till 10pm Monday to Saturday, so it's more accessible. However can get really busy on Saturday evenings and many times the trolleys have broken wheels. Also there with an entire month last September where the escalator for the trolley to the 1st floor didn't work, which was extremely inconvenient.

A good Market where you can find Most of items and good. Also Has Discount in some products in different days.

It is little messy but the chocolate price was really low last week .

Every grocery item available at a reasonable cost. Love it. Great offers and a large variety to offer to the audience.

The shops sells almost everything we search for. It also has an clean restroom with a changing table for young children. Many shops are located in the immediate surroundings (shoes, clothes, restaurant, bakery) and make life easy, no need to drive here and there to get what you search for. The only thing I don't like is that it's over 2 floors. I really don't like having to use the escalators with our 2 young children while pushing the shopping cart at the time.

Very nice grocery shopping store. Almost everything that you need is available there. Although there is very little variety of vegan and vegetarian stuff available here but nonetheless it is there. Would appreciate including more of Asian foods. The staff is very nice and helpful. The self checkout counters are plenty and help you to not wait in lines for a long time. Covid guidelines are applied here and generally they keep it very hygienic and clean.

Only a small fruit and veg section, and hardly any cut flowers, they have self service tills which is better but always still queues Edit two years later: Shop itself is still the exact same. When we went on a Saturday they had *gasp* three tills open, so not much queue. I hope this is the case always and we did not just happen on a wonderful magical moment.

The cashier was really rude I believe a simple Hello would have been nice. Or a little pause before throwing the next customers shopping into mine .

Rude staff and store manager. Chaotic and dirty.
