Are you guys actually thick? Explain how every single time we order either in store or online you manage to either completely stuff up the order or mis at least one item? You good or nah?

i ordered my app order to the wrong store but this store was more than happy to help out and make my order asap without charging me ! the lovely lady with glasses at the window was so kind and helpful thank you so much. To top it off the food was fresh and hot amazing :)

I come here a lot. Your staff are always forgetting to give serviettes every single time so I make it a habit to check before driving off. It happens every time so I wonder if your staff are being instructed not to give out the serviettes packs with cutlery. I mean you sell hot potato and gravy, do you expect people to scoop it out with their fingers? They forgot to give me a drink last time and I realised when I was already near the Bundamba pool area and didn't have time to drive back and get it. Another thing with KFC Booval in particular is that sometimes the girls at the windows can be rude especially the window where the food is handed to you. Might want to bring up customer service in your next team meeting and the importance of smiling. No need to be rude for no reason. I understand if someone is rude to you but simply asking for a missing serviette in the bag does not give you permission to be rude to a customer. Kindness/friendliness goes a long way.

Always get home and missing some of the order everytime. When you ring to let them know your not even offered anything unless you can turn round and go all the way back.

The chicken pieces were very oily, chips were under seasoned and lukewarm. Staff were not friendly and you had to wait to be served even though there weren’t any other customers waiting. The tables were filthy and when you let the staff know and asked if they could clean them they were not happy (it appeared that it was a big effort to clean them. They only cleaned the table that I was going to use) They really don’t care or take pride in looking after the store and the customers

This place is useless, the staff have no idea which order they are up to or no the sense urgency to pump out the orders on time. The staff a very untrained and don’t have enough food out for busy night, the staff are just standing around doing nothing or just twiddling their thumbs. Please hire staff that have sense of urgency and hire staff that actually want to work.

Have ordered delivery 2 times now first time waited 45 minutes and the only thing in the order was 3 drinks. 2nd time I ordered I got a boxed meal with some extra sides I waited almost 2 hours. The standards of this store have significantly dropped I will start going to brassall as yamanto and bundamba are no better

Went in and ordered over the counter. Was ready quickly. They did forget something, but when I spoke to them, they fixed it quickly and effectively.

Best store in the Ipswich region. As far as fried chicken goes, it's always cooked well, fresh and service is great.

Chicken tenders that arent the size of nuggets! Got dinner for 6 kids 4 adults, everyone throughly enjoyed dinner. Could of cooked the chips for a little longer but all in all best kfc experience in 3 years,

Yes the food was ok but the service was terrible, definitley needs urgent attention considering all I ordered was a bacon and cheese zinger combo it took 15 minutes yes I tired it, to receive my food. Worse service and the longest I've ever had to wait. I'll be going to another store next time.

I ordered 3 piece box. Never got potato & gravy or a bun. Will go to different store next time & check it BEFORE I get home.Too many young people serving & not taking notice of order.

booval kfc team is very not with it, drive thru was slow atmosphere is disgusting used to be local after having multiple mess ups with my order won’t be going back! manager needs a rain check! maybe half the order wouldn’t be missing?

Food was good, burgers were good, however way too much salt on the chips, drive thru was very slow, about 10-15 minutes too slow. But overall a good meal prepared properly, with almost no mistakes.

Reviewing fast food chains is usually useless because of the variability but tonight’s double tender burger was the best I’ve ever had from a KFC. Perfectly cooked tenders succulent juicy perfect sauce and fresh buns. Very happy tonight great work to the boys working there 20/5 9pm

Small shop 1 X bathroom, great place to wait at night for taxi or ride if you are getting of train late..safe space about 150 m approx straight up to the road from Train Station

Can't use the toilet without someone letting you in but otherwise same as any other KFC. Food was fresh, staff friendly and premises clean

The freshest pieces of chicken & the most perfectly salted chips. It was quite busy at the time I was being served but they still managed to get my order out in a timely manner and without any errors made. Customer service was also great. Very happy and satisfied with my experience.

Went to your store tonight won’t be going back ordered at 630 didn’t get order until we’ll after seven atleast 3 people that ordered after me got there food before me a got a mixed feast 4 peices of chicken I get 3 legs I’ll never be going back to your store what a joke

I don’t even want to rate as it’s definitely not deserved. My partner brought me home what was meant to be a “large” chips. Pity is was only half full. Also a pity the chips were not cooked adequately. Undercooked foods can harm the consumer. Attempted to call Booval KFC THREE TIMES only for the phone call to ring out. Utterly disgusted. I see A LOT of complaints on here regarding the staff but we all know it comes down to MANAGEMENT. Pathetic. Will support local Australian businesses from now on. KFC Booval is not convenient nor enjoyable. KFC Booval is NOT value for your money. BUYER BEWARE🤮🤮🤮
