Absolutely disappointed! My partner got me a grilled chicken caesar salad, you'd think for $11.70 they would actually put the proper ingredients on listed in the description, "chicken breast, lettuce, rasher bacon, shaved parmesan, croutons and a creamy caesar dressing" what I got was, the grilled chicken, lettuce, the cheese they put on burgers and mayonnaise. Would not recommend ordering from here if they fail to use the proper ingredients, if you do not have the ingredients how about letting the customer know and ask if they would like something else of equal value or issue a refund.

I know what I'm walking into yet I feel like I accept the consequence with the convenience. Don't use 2 slices of cheese on a double burger just cut 1 in half was the motto today. Small fries in a large container she'll be right. I'd feel bad thinking they are in the same financial crisis we're all in but then I remembered how much I actually paid for my disappointment meal. 😞

This place never seems to amaze me with just how terrible the service and food is 🤮 cold food, missing item and no meat on a Big Mac burger and also extremely poor attitude from staff. This place is just garbage I would avoid it at all cost even if it a last resort, the servo up the road has better slop in the pie warmer.

They never answer their phone, I have waited for two and a half hours for my food and I can't even be given an apology. Then when the food had gotten here, everything is wrong, cold, poorly packaged and you guessed it I'm missing half my order. I want to be contacted and refunded

They need to check their Uber orders as I ALWAYS have the wrong thing and this case missing a whole meal.. the you call up and no one ever answers . I’m not driving all the way for a meal replacement.. they should sort it out

ASK FOR A FRAPPE! THEY NEVER EVER EVER HAVE THEM, these guys need a visit from HR, at least the last 6 times I’ve gone and also the last 6-7 times my wife went they didn’t have frappes, so is the machine broken? I just think they can’t be bothered making them, It’s been months this has been happening, drive thru service is disgusting and they are always trying to rush you, food is below par and usually served like trash in a burger container, possibly the worst location McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life, and I’m a fat slob so that says something.

This is by far the best McDonald's restaurant I've ever been to, I've been many times and I've never had a single complaint to be absolutely honest, this store is an example of how fast food should be, fast fresh and without mistakes constantly. Congratulations 🎉 as I'm quite sure I've never given a 5 star review for a McDonald's restaurant. Well done to the entire team, because it is definitely a team effort to hit 5 stars on all aspects of my visit. Keep up the good work 👍.

Decided to treat ourselves to breakfast. I wish we hadn't. Muffins seemed to have shrunk in size yet again. Sausage Patties were thin and hard enough to cause injury if dropped. Gave up on the alleged big breakfast muffin and just had the Hash brown. That was good till I tried drinking my orange juice. The chemical taste of that ruined what was left of my appetite. The wife didn't even get that far before throwing hers out.

Never been to a place so disrespectful!! A manager was swearing and yelling at a young male worker for whatever reason… but yet, you don’t swear at workers… such poor management. Was handed my food with no greeting, no explanation, no nothing… do better! Food was cold, fries were stale and cold, and food is always wrong!

I think something drastic has happened here... We have come to the Booval Macca's on a semi regular basis thanks to the kids wanting to play on the playground over the past few years. We were getting so sick of the terrible service and disgusting cleanliness of the restaurant that we took every opportunity to go anywhere else when the kids were happy to try 'somewhere new'. But our last 2 visits have shocked the whole family (even the kids have noticed)! The staff have been so attentive and helpful that tonight I went up to ask for something and was asked by 3 staff at once "what can I do for you" that it took me a few seconds to gain my composure to be able to communicate what I had come up to ask for! This might sound strange, but the difference in the staff's service really can't be understated! It really is a difference like night and day! The cleanliness is better... but the problem is equally the cause of the disrespectful patrons as well... So, good luck Macca's sorting that out... So... Good work Booval Macca's... The change has been noticed and extremely appreciated!

Plastic was in my chocolate frappe, chocked on it too! Idk how plastic got in my frappe but it’s not good food safety. If you could contact me to resolve the issue that would be good.

i tried to order one of the mc cheese burgers on the weekend but my mc sheese burger had no cheese. I politely asked why there was no cheese on my mc cheese burger but they simply saiid they had run out. Very bad service, i later found an entire bag of cheese in the entry too the bathrooms, i dont know why it was there but it seemed quite un sanitary

Bought grilled chicken wrap, 2 quarter pounders & 6 nuggets. Checked bag no nuggets, went back for those, all chips only half full. Then when we get home wrap is crispy not grilled. Considering how much money it now costs to get a meal from McDonald's you think they could at least make sure orders are correct.

Order a happy meal through Uber eats order 104, 2/08/23, 68f8e. Only got the nuggets. Did not get the toy, apple slices, orange juice or sauce. My toddler is devastated and so am I they charged $16 for the happy meal - we were robbed. Called the restaurant and message Uber eats and did not get my money back or the food I paid for.

My order took over an hour to arrive. Ordered at 11pm arrived at 12:10am, asked for a coke with my meal n I got a sprite with NO ICE. asked for extra pickles didn’t get any pickles at all.. I thought cheese burgers came with pickles? I got NONE. call me a Karen but McDonalds needs new employees bc this is ridiculous tbh.

Ordered 2 coffees and the order mixed.. rang and they commented they would pass on to team. No compensation for me throwing out two wrong coffees.. still waiting for response. Won't go back again.

Went to the bundamba store and it was absolutely disgusting. Every table was dirty, floors had spills everywhere and rubbish was under the tables, on the floors. Just because you're situated in a low income area does not give business the right to treat customers like second class people. Bundamba store needs to clean up their act. Customers deserve better.

Place was decent clean when we arrived. The food was okay nice lettuce no brown. Chips was good. The quality of the food we had was okay. I didn’t liked the worker’s tone towards one another “do it fast” Everyone’s seems to be chattering and slow, gossiping at the front counter. It took about 10-15min to get my order, which was alright. I just hope they would improve the worker’s attitude.

went to mcdonalds and was served by a lovley lady than had my food made and took about 30mins. Than i was called my number out 142 and a tall boy by the name of liam just threw my food. Liam was really rude throwing my food not giving me my drink and making me wait. After i called him out on it he than told me to go away and that i was wasting his time. You need to have a chat to Liam and let him know that his attitude needs to change. Liam is very rude and needs a attitude change. I expect the next time i come in if Liam is working he needs to be better. Kind regards.

If there was option for ZERO STAR! I would have given that, fortunately for them there’s none! I had hair in my breakfast ordered through Uber eats, cold fries from last morning together with other things ordered and wasn’t packed properly, food was damaged! IM SURE YOU GUYS GET PAID TO DO THE JOB AND NOT JUST PASS TIME! Please SERVE FRESHLY PREPARED HOT FOOD, the least you can do since it’s what you’re GETTING PAID FOR! 🤦‍♂️

The last 5 times I’ve been there they have massively stuffed my order up… either wrong burger no patty wrong meal no nuggets, yes it’s my fault for not checking even though it’s happened so many times but come on, I’d rather drive the extra 15 minutes out of my way and back home before going back to Booval McDonald’s!

The dining tables were messy and we're not clean, but the real issue was with the male toilets that urine and feces across the hole toilet area, my shoes are completely ruined and smell like urine and feces. After i approached the manager to let her know she said to me the toilets get cleaned once a day. after sitting there and dining four to five staff walked in a different time to view the toilet and walk to way shaking there head saying I'm not cleaning that, the whole time I was there i eat my meal at this dirty restaurant I started to feel sick smelling the toilet from where I'll sitting so I had to leave the restaurant it is now 4:00 p.m. And I still feel sick I am not sure of any of these contaminants touched my skin but I feel ill.My shoes are completely ruined that I got for Father's Day from my children, thank you McDonald's booval for ruining my shoes and ruining my dining experience

Just got delivery burger was incorrect paid for a double mcchicken no lettuce add bacon they were so close but missed by 1 patty I wouldn't be doing it this way if they bothered to answer their phone

The Food is always small and the salad was just a bunch of lettuce, if you would call a bunch of lettuce with some baby tomatoes a salad then you've never eaten a good salad. Everything else was meh. Go to anywhere else except to McDonald's, at least they're burgers will actually have different sizes instead of one size different names.
