First time visiting East Ringwood Clinic. I have been looking for a thorough doctor for a long long time. I found him!!! Dr Chen, but sad he is leaving soon. First impressions, impeccably clean environment, lovely administrators,on schedule appointment time, modern state of art facilities and quiet calm environment, no intimidating hospital/clinic vibes. Dr Chen is extremely knowledgeable and professional amazing, thorough, gentlemanly, caring, understanding and just an all round top guy! Dr Chen spent a long time with me, making sure I understood the consultation 100%, he did not push me out the door, I felt thoroughly welcome. (Sorry to be that pain in the butt patient with 100 million ailments/problems) I wish you all the best in your future endeavours doctor Chen!!! Happy to visit other doctors at this clinic in future, I am 100% satisfied with today's service that went over and above my expectations. Edit*****sad to see that all the bad reviews (which is not many) are not even warranted and down graded for minor issues that shouldn't even be a problem. (They are administrators, not sales representatives!!!!) Reception/admin was efficient and professional in my opinion!

Charged me the incorrect amount for my appointment, didn’t process Medicare rebate. Contacted the office and emailed 4 times. Tried to get response from the practice manager who does the billing, for 2 weeks but never received a call despite me asking to be called back multiple times. I had to chase it up with them! Terrible communication and customer service.

Love our local clinic. Dr Ziccone and the team are amazing. And rarely do you have to wait! My hubby, 2 boys and I have been going here for over 20 years. Highly recommend.

Thoughtful and friendly,, Dr Lucinda patiently waded through both mine and my husband’s myriad of questions on my fracture in my leg: medication and pain; cast removal & physio; and all travel questions. Practical advice given with care. We are both very grateful for our time with her. (And thanks to the helpful and kind receptionist, too, esp. so given the clinic was badly understaffed.)

Dr Ziccone is the most wonderful and caring doctor. He made my son Angus feel completely at ease. Michael also looks after myself and my husband. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The receptionists are also lovely, and it is a wonderfully warm and clean environment to visit.

Did not let me speak on the phone whatsoever. Said thanks bye while I was trying to ask a question. Please train your staff to do better and be friendlier. Especially if someone is seeking help with their mental health. I understand if it is busy but come on please try to do your job.

This was my first time at the clinic and I was amazed by the service and the presentation and cleanliness of the clinic The lovely receptionist was able to get me in for an appointment at the last minute and when I arrived at the clinic she was so warm and welcoming. After a short wait I saw Dr Yang, he was also lovely and very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel rushed like I usually do at my regular Dr’s. I’ll definitely be back.

It's quite rare these days to be fortunate enough that your local clinic is as efficient and professional as East Ringwood Clinic. Unlike other horrid waiting rooms where you sit around for over an hour to be called in, myself and my family have never waited for more than 10 minutes. The rest of the times it's been right on time when I've been called in. My GP is fantastic. She actually listens and is empathetic. I walked out of there today feeling really good thanks to the care I received during my consultation. The ladies at the desk are marvellous. They really do care about the patients, an example of that being their follow up calls. If for example you've forgotten to pick up your pathology referral from the desk, they will call you a few times until you come and get it. The waiting room is pristine. Shiny and clean. Seating is covid safe, and there's a nice tv to watch, but not for long, because the doctor has called you in :) There are also pathology and other allied health professional services the clinic offers. Handiest thing of all, is they're all in the same place. I'm so thankful my local clinic is as professional as East Ringwood Clinic.

I have attended this clinic for over 10 years. The doctor l attend is professional, caring and looks after my health care needs. If my doctor is away each and every other doctor in the practice are also wonderful. The reception staff are welcoming and always smiling. I travel over two hours to attend this clinic and will continue to do so.

Dr Ziccone is patient, kind and understanding. He continues to guide me and my family through difficult times. My children feel safe with him when they aren’t well. He is on-time with his appointments. Best of all, he is a great doctor!

They are a good clinic, with lovely doctors available. There is a lift if you arnt able to take the stairs. But they don't take bookings over the phone only online, which is very frustrating and upsetting especially when you need to make several in a row and it doesn't work. They charge seniors and children now which they never used to, so that's a negative also. But it is still a lovely clinic.

I had appointment today with Dr Purani Kumar as a new patient. Receptionist was very friendly and my appt was on time. Dr Kumar was very thorough and has a very pleasant nature. I would highly recommend this medical practice.

The staff and the doctor were both welcoming and friendly and the doctor was very competent, thorough and answered all my questions. They also booked me in for an free annual check-up for people of my age funded by the Commonwealth Government.

Friendly reception staff. Dr Ziccone not so great. Took five tries to get blood pressure read, leaving me bruised, after mentioning it was causing me pain. Didn't notify time was bleeding into double appointment so was charged double what I was expecting (didn't need to be a double, repeated BP tests and Web pages not loading = I pay more). Made me feel very uncomfortable throughout and didn't provide requested prescriptions. Would not recommend especially to expecting mothers.

I'm very impressed by the helpfulness of the staff and the medical professionals at this place. It's like Ive always gone here, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Need more clinics like this one.

Our experience was very positive. We didn't have to wait long and the GP was lovely, introduced herself to our son and was very thorough. Really impressed with this practice!

Appointment was on time and Ruth really listened to me and gave some wonderful advice.
