Anglers Anchorage is located down O’conners Rd, just off the main road within an easy walk from Werribee South Beach. It got really busy just after my order was ready. The lovely shop assistant kindly brought my order to my car as I waited 😍 Sammich was fresh and packed as. Coffee was extra hot, frothy and smooth. Nom noms 🥪☕️

Don't be put off by the outside, this is a real gem in Werribee South. All of the food is prepared to order, portions are very generous and the price is perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful, if you're planning a trip to the local beach or caravan park make sure to check this place out.

Nice chips and good coffee. Great photo dating back decades at this site. A nice reminder of history.

What more could you ask for? Great place to stop for a sausage roll in the middle of a morning ride.. friendly staff and you forget how close you are to city

This venue was a really nice surprise! A little cafe like convience store with seating inside and out. The burgers were delicious and ranged from about $8 -$11. I had the Veggie Burger with the lot. It was amazing and the egg was cooked perfectly where the yolk burst when I bit into it. The chips were yummy as well with great seasoning and the service was lovely and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch after our beach side walk. Thank you Angler's Anchorage!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any eatery. The staff are young kids without any training or supervision. My friend and I wanted to have a glass of wine with our pizza - both of us drink different varieties and after searching through drawers and prices for spirits or beers the young server announced he was unable to find the price list for wines? I'm like well can you ask someone ? Another young server came over and seemed just as confused and offered a bottle of wine for $37 which retails for $13 ??? To add insult a young couple sitting next to me asked to use their toilet for their young child - so although this eatery offers food and drinks outside they won't let anyone use their toilet facilities - disgusting - if i could give them 0 I would

Very friendly service. Many types of food and drink available including icecreams. Fishing gear and bait. Next to playground, beach and caravan park.

Very big and fresh flakes. Crunchy batter with simple yet light flavour. Chips are yummy and don't feel oily at all. Cheap and reasonable price to boost.

Food tasted like it was in the Bain Marie way too long. Coffee was Luke warm. Friendly Staff. Definitely will not return.

Fish tasted like frozen battered pieces and the chips were cold and stale. Not worth the $25 we paid. Won't be going back. Staff seemed generally unhappy and fed up.

A hidden gem. Understaded venue with amazing food and great coffee. Just a stone's throw away from Werribee beach and playground. Highly recommend. The burgers and coffee are great here.

Often call in and get some of their delicious hot chips when go down to the beach.

Took a group for lunch after a wander around Campbell's Cove. All the meals arrived hot and promptly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great hot chips

Waited 30mins in a long queue everyone ordering, finally get to the front and she says going to close the kitchen queue is too long. How bout you tell people in the massive queue wasting their time.

Terrible service, placed a big order and they wouldn’t even let us wait for it inside the shop. Extremely rude and didn’t even get the order right.

Great location and food. Only let down was the lady who gave me my food after she was frustrated from calling my order 2-3 times, although her co-worker advised for all customers who had placed an order to wait outside. She explained she would come and give out the orders. I heard my order being called and got up to claim it and apologised to the lady, only to be met with an annoyed and displeased look on her face. To that lady, I hope you're okay 👍🏽

The seafood basket was spot on and cost only $8! Chai Latte was good. Assorted cakes and pastries are also available :)

Came across this nostalgic gem by accident. From the outside it seems that you have stepped back in time 50 years. Inside the terrazzo floor is magnificent showing the date it was laid. The food selection is extensive catering to your desires. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a coffee and coffee scroll which were delicious. I recommend you try this old fashioned Milk bar Taka Away.

Have been coming here for years, has always been great, even when it has changed hands. It can get pretty busy but never waited too long and the food is always fresh and tasty. Nice coffee and cakes too.

Food was good Prices are above average The service was terrible! Half the staff were not wearing masks and it was the same for the customers. This is a potential superspreader hotspot, avoid like the plague. THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IN THE INTEREST OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

My partner and I have been here a few times for breakfast, and now once for lunch. Our five stars is long overdue as every meal has been great, good customer service, and reasonable prices. Even when busy the food is worth the wait and always freshly cooked. Try the steak sandwich with the lot!

A stones throw away from the beach. We had 2 burgers, my burger was unfortunately missing sauce, but it was still delicious! And my father loved his! Fresh and tasty. Shop hours posted

The burgers here are great. I started coming years ago after long mornings out on the boat. And now we drive out their just to have a burger and wedges for lunch.

Old fashioned quality, friendly service, reasonably priced and close to beach and Werribee River picnic lookout - you can sit outside or takeaway. Great burgers and today we had egg and bacon toasted sandwiches, with heaps of bacon. Yum! Nice selection of cakes too. Spotlessly clean, with efficient, pleasant staff. Such a nice change to all the expensive, upmarket places these days. 10/10

Nice to be able to go there for take away which is so close to Werribee South Beach. Just a snack and hot or cold drinks to sit at the beach. But you can sit in or they have a small outdoor eating area too.
