I had to rate one otherwise it won't let me in to address my concern and frustration with this place! I was a new patient there about three years ago and from the beginning the ATTITUDE CAME FLYING ✈ FROM THE RECEPTIONIST. WOW, WHAT BAD ATTITUDE and totally UNPROFESSIONAL! And the people in charge of Dr. DENTAL don't care!! I know because I spoke to them about my experiences with the receptionist and how she canceled my appointment 😡 I don't recall her name but she is the Spanish girl who worked there for a long time. She has no respect for anyone especially the elderly. She would call you to confirm your appt and literally harass you and demand a confirmatiion when you already have an appt booked with them. I didn't feel comfortable with them since the beginning. They are not to be trusted because they recommend procedures that are not necessary! Beware of this place! I Now go to a DIFFERENT DENTIST who treats there patients with the utmost respect and professionalism I give Dr. DENTAL at Meridian st East Boston a ZERO!!👎

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1star. I have been going here for a few years & am having extensive work done on my teeth. I needed to cancel an appointment 2 WEEKS ago due to a family emergency!! My new appointment is tomorrow the 27th & I received a call stating the dentist is leaving this office just now on the 26th. All the work I’ve had done & now I’m supposed to trust that the new dentist will finish the job properly!!! Extremely disappointing to say the least!!!!!

I had appointment today, I had to leave my work and lose my time, and then guess what? They are closed without calling patients to let them know, a lot of patients came and left all day long as I asked one of the store near the clinic NOT PROFESSIONALS AT ALL, with all this they sent me a message around 1 pm to confirm my appointment and I did, but they were actually CLOSED 😡😡😡😡

Very good facilities and best professional service provide by Dr. Jindal . He is care about his patient listen to them. He is very nice and gentle dentist I ever seen in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Jindal
