I've not tried the meals. Only stopped in for tea and a slice of cake for a bit of a break when traveling between Yorkshire and Norfolk. The cakes are delicious. Hubby said it was the best Bakewell tart he'd ever had..

Popped here for a bite to eat for lunch with a friend. Good choice on the menu. Plenty of tables in a simple rustic type venue. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good prices. Had a mid week roast. Simple but tasty. Great for a bite to eat whilst supporting local businesses.

Always a very friendly welcome from Rob and the team. Lovely home cooked dinners and desserts and fresh, delicious home baked cakes to suit any occasion. Great for group meetings. Our Knit and Natter group meet there every Thurs afternoon. Large conservatory and outside seating too. Sells local produce, local eggs and locally milled flour and oats, gardening sundries, greetings cards and of course plants.

Found this tea room as we were riding down the A52 purely by the “brown sign” as we had no idea it was here and although the kerb appeal needs some work the service and food more than makes up for it. We sat in the more than ample outside space in the shade on the hottest day of the year and received some of the fattest sandwiches we have ever seen, lovely! Would definitely stop again.

Absolutely recommend this place 100% Delicious home made food and cakes. Service is always with a smile and a laugh. Such a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
