Today I went to the store to buy some tea with student discount, but I didn’t realize my student card is expired. Although my student card has indeed expired, our graduation has been postponed till next year which can prove that i am in fact still a student and that i have not graduate yet. When I ask for not to purchase the items, the attitude that I receive was not in a friendly manner ! I always go to this store to buy some tea, but after today I think I won’t go anymore! A good customer service could raise brand loyalty!!!!

A nice shop , with nice staff, superb teas, coffees and drink chocolates. A interesting scheme to use reusable containers.

It may be small, but it's a nice tidy shop with a good selection of tea (and coffee) and related paraphernalia.

Such a lovely shop with an extensive selection of drinks. I also think it's great that you can help yourself to the drinks to try for yourself. It is a bit more expensive than what you get in the supermarket but the quality is excellent. Somewhere you go to treat yourself. You can also join their rewards scheme that does money off at certain times which is good.

A great collection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Excellent quality, the flavours are superb. I have bought 2 types of teas and just love them. The staffs are very cooperative.

Lovely tea. The shop is lovely as are the staff. I like the tester teas. I have a question though, why are you allowing Amazon to charge £16-£18 instead of £10. For people who don’t have the luck to live in Nottingham it’s a shocking markup. My daughter paid £49.89 for three teas, and that included £6 discount because she bought three. It would have been £30 from your shop.

Nice little shop, lots of different tea, coffee and hot chocolate on sale, some very interesting flavours too, they had exactly what I wanted on my most recent visit. Very friendly staff that are always happy to help.

Ordered online to collect at this store. One broken box was hidden under other good ones inside the carry bag and when I came back to exchange (fortunately I didn't go far before I found it), the staffs weren't surprised nor apologized at all, which made me wonder if they put the broken box for click and collect on purpose.

😠 We went to visit the Kitty Café in Nottingham today as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 2) and had the worst experience. Right from walking in we experienced our first issue where we were told that the reservation was only for 2 people and not 4. On challenging this we were forced to pr...
