    This is the worst clinic ever!!! No one there wants to do their jobs. The customer service reps/receptionists are very rude. The conversations they hold amongst themselves are very unprofessional. When you finally are able to get an appointment scheduled, the doctor makes you feel like you're bothering them. If you need a prescription filled it takes them FOREVER to process and send to pharmacy. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

    I'm not surprised with 2.9 stars. I've been by my g.f's side for a year & a half at this place & I have watched them basically drive her & myself in deeper anger. They put her on benzos and some other meds & scripts & the first year scripts were filled every month no issues, her phschiatrist leaves and a N.P. Takes over, This new NP, Before she even gathers info on my girl she states I know you need these benzos but I don't want you on them, but continues to write the prescription, However changes protocol and writes her scripts for a week at a time. But almost every week instead of them being ready at the pharmacy she had to call for her meds & it was for multiple medications multiple occasions A month ago she went 7 days without her depression meds.That really mest her up. We actually had to call and get the Dr on call to send her scripts over one time because she was without them and worried bc when you call its extremely difficult to get through & get to the dr or N.P. so they alwaYs tell her we will send a message to the dr but you can feel the aggravation in the ppl who answer the phones. The pharmacy we use has even said what is wrong with these prescribers, & gave her a couple chlonodine when she had a pounding headache & had to wait for the scripts. This poor girl has memory problems, & can barely get out of the house some days Dont you want to help ppl who have trouble doing what there suppose to? Why are you making this so hard. It's very mean.

    Horrible customer service. It is taking weeks to resolve a simple referral issue that involved lots of transferred calls, wrong information, and no call backs. The issue is still not resolved. The wait time for phone calls is way too long (30-45mins) and when you finally get someone their only answer is to put you back on hold to transfer you to another person who has a voicemail and doesn't call you back. Do not go with them for primary care/adult medicine.

    This health center is the Worst…..They NEVER answer the phone… and if the answer the transfer the call to another department and they keep you waiting a lot of time, they are no serious at all… I calles because I had a problem with my teeth to see if they can fix it anytime soon, and they told me that the doctor will call me before 5pm and guess what the doctor didn’t call. The next day I called more than 20 times with not even one answer. they don’t know what they’re doing. I recommend strongly don’t go to this place! 0 stars for them.

    I have been going to this place for a long time but just this year it has been really hard to make any appointments. The front staff people are extremely disrespectful and choose not to listen to any patients that are trying to make an appointment. Everyone needs to be retrained because people are complaining.

    Can’t tell you how many times I’ve called this clinic just to be stuck in a loop with the automated system because “the representatives are busy at this time”. I’ve had to wait over an hour for someone to answer me. Luckily I live in the neighborhood and when I’m placed on these long holds i end up going in person, surprise surprise — the entire clinic is a ghost town and the representatives are literally just chit chatting amongst each other 🙄 such an unprofessional place. (On a more personal note) ; Doctors. I’ve gone through three doctors in this clinic already. I’ve mentioned that I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child very long ago. But due to unforeseen circumstances I lost those documents with my diagnosis, The documentation must be somewhere in Children’s hospital. Expressing how this affects my adult life and needed an urgent referral to a professional for ADHD their answer: let’s put you on benzos and an anti depressant and see if this works first because this anti-depressant also helps people with ADHD. Sir, Ma’am I’m already treated for depression and get meds for it. Why are you trying to put me on two other similar meds only because one of its effects help SOME adhd symptoms but will ultimately zombify me to oblivion when combined with other anti depressants? Needless to say my new doctor was perplexed by this and immediately took me off half those meds because it was making me lethargic. They don’t trust their patients nor listen to their actual needs. They just want to make money by writing you off to a psychologist who will prescribe you meds or prescribe you medication themselves and gift you a bouquet of SSRis and downers that will only make you feel worse or slow down your progress. If you want good service just get services at a hospital or private agency if able to, with proper resources. Because this place will not even meet half of your needs. It’s just another sellout market whose expertise is throwing pills at patients without addressing the root problem. Medical professionals, do better.

    They are so terrible at answering the Phone! I have been going there for years because I am a very patient person. Being transferred back and forth with employees that seem to not know about their jobs. No one seems to know their job and everyone has different knowledge of things. Been on the phone for hours trying to get a referral because there is no PCP listed on my chart. The staff attitude is so so so far from the best! I am so glad I am no longer going there for service. I have been very patient with them for years.

    First of they don't answer the phone ever! They keep you on hold waiting until you have to hang up. In person Customer Service here is terrible. I was there for an appointment and if I didn't get up and ask what happened they probably would of never saw me. More than hour waiting on them.

    My mother was going to the dental there and seeing Dr Gaul, so she was very happy about it.But when Dr Gaul left she started to complain about the care currently with the new doctor and the staff. She feel they were unprofessional speaking to her on the phone and in person also and she still they treat her different because she is in in a wheelchair and an African-American sorry to say but I believe it's true. So we decided her to go to another dentist who going to respect her as a person to take care her needs.

    You try to make an appointment in their internet site which they have you subscribe to. No one ever calls back. There are apparent issues with this internet site so was asked to call Last week I called to renew a prescription, left a message as was told by the recording. No one took action this at all. I called back today and was passed on 4 times when I finally was waiting for a nurse. The line then went back to the reception. I reached the office manager after a brutal 17 minutes on the phone. Being a good listener is important - I was told I was rude. Finally sorted. Should one who is the client go through this type of in managed process! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

    I love it here, I have the best primary care doctor and the best therapist. I highly recommend Dr Maya Mauch (PCP) and Kareena (therapist) to anyone new to the clinic. The Family Medicine Team are always welcoming and kind. When they greet my son and I, I feel like I’m at home. Compared to how it used to be a couple of years ago you can defiantly tell all the departments are trying the best in customer service and making their patients first.

    The front desk staff is rude. The doctors do not follow up on requests via my chart nor are they ever available to speak on the phone. I called and was told by ARI at the front desk I couldn't be transferred to a nurse while I wait for the doctor to respond to an urgent matter and I will have to wait for an email via my chart or someone to call me back. I was not provided an estimated time and I asked to be transferred to the director and was denied as well. I will no longer allow this clinic to be in charge of my care nor my daughter.

    I am disgusted with the billing department, they are rude, unhelpful, and have no idea how to do their jobs. They consistently send bills to later have it fixed. Every single visit is a bill, and a phone call to have things corrected. This is why people rather be sick than see the doctor. I have to think twice before being seen because I know it will be frustration even with good insurance.

    I see why I changed hospitals. I walk in to check in, Lady at the front desk is helping a patient, why are you staring at me giving me dirty looks, and why is the lady helping me giving me attitude? I should of stayed at dot house.

    Horrible clinic do not go there. Very unprofessional and staff never answer the phone or if they do they put you on hold and hang up on you after waiting hours on hold. Ridiculous.

    Nice staff, my Doctor hasn’t changed in a few years now. I’m glad that’s over for now. I use to go to a different doctor every year because they keep leaving. Parking it’s tricky but not there fault. Wait time improved a little maybe due to Covid but I’m glad it’s better now. I used to wait 1 whole hour.

    REVIEW is only of the Optical Shop! STAFF: The ONLY reason that I come out of my way to the SECHC is for the outstanding service of the staff. Kevin is THE most patient optician with which I have ever had The pleasure to work. He allows me to take as much time as I need to pick out my glasses: frames, lens coatings and tint. He also adjusts my frames, to my face, as many times as I ask. When we’re done, he sincerely tells me to come back, for another adjustment, if it isn’t 100% right. THE DEAL: The waiting room can be noisy, with many young children, due to the WIC office next door. But the exceptional staff service is well worth the special trip!
