The
so
called
COO
named
Cam
is
extremely
unprofessional,
lacks
business
etiquette,
and
should
not
be
a
part
of
the
Title
Family.
I've
had
a
nationwide
access
membership
for
about
5
years
now,
and
never
had
any
location
turn
me
down.
I
arrive
15
min
prior
to
class
since
it's
my
first
time
trying
this
location.
I
scan
in
and
sit
on
the
bench.
Cam,
who
was
doing
mit
work
in
the
ring,
quickly
stops
and
tells
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
to
check
my
membership.
She
comes
over
and
tells
me
I
cannot
use
this
location.
I
said
I
was
under
the
impression
that
my
nationwide
pass
is
good
everywhere,
and
Cam
shouts
from
the
ring
"not
here
or
Manahattan".
I
was
like
well
I
didn't
know
and
I
already
paid
for
parking,
so
can
I
just
take
the
class
this
one
time.
The
lady
said
drop
in
class
is
$35.
So
a
5
year
member
with
nationwide
access
cannot
use
your
location
once,
but
non-members
can
get
their
1st
class
free?
This
incident
clearly
exemplifies
the
unprofessionalism
of
this
so
called
COO
named
Cam.
Basic
customer
service
etiquette
is
to
say
"unfortunately
this
location
is
not
part
of
the
nationwide
pass,
but
since
you're
already
here
and
paid
for
parking
you
can
use
our
location
this
one
time."
I
will
highly
recommend
for
corporate
to
pay
a
visit
to
this
location
and
teach
this
Cam
character
basic
business
etiquette
and
customer
service!
I'll
always
be
a
Title
advocate,
but
will
never
recommend
this
location
to
anyone
based
on
this
incident.
