This store is awesome. It is the only store in Boston I wish I lived closer to. The clothing is made with quality, prices are awesome, and staff is wonderful. FYI: the bathrooms are located on the 4th floor.

Please watch out for Primark items!!! Found blood in a blanket I bought and they even refused to refund me. The manager in charge was very disrespectful and unprofessional! Make sure to check out your products before you walk out the door! I often thought that Primark in Downtown is a fun place to shop but NEVER AGAIN!!

Great selection of kids cloths, I went to get some nice cloths for my son 3-4 years old cloths and I got a lot. Sweats pants about 5$,skinny jeans 9$, some clearance shirts for 2$. I do miss having 4 floors to go to a nice selection of infant cloths to. Next time I go to men section I will take pictures. Primark has amazing clearance sections in all departments if you have a low budget.

It is always nice to go to Primark in downtown Boston!!! It is a very convenient location with a lot of stores around and transportation possibilities. The orange line is right there next to the Primark store, the red and the blue line a block away from the store as well. Also, you can find the Boston Common and the public garden parks. Beautiful parks. I love it! They always have great deal! For instance, I bought a pretty nice pair of jean for $5 only! Five dollars!! The wide selection of women cloth is also popular-looking. It was, though, kinda stressful to visit during the pandemic as most people didn’t wear masks or didn’t try to maintain some distance (last time visited was Nov, 2021). Regardless, the great price and abundant styles are still very hard to beat. Recommend it!

Primark is like best selling and best value stores for all peoples. You can buy cheaper and costliest both type of clothes and accessories but generally they have best value clothes. I personally like it because they have much variety and mainly location.. its in downtown so. Its plus point

Good collection at an affordable cost. As a student living off debt and thinking twice before spending anything, this place offers one of the better deals out there. Oh and it's helpful staff is an additional advantage.

Fun store! I liked it so much when it had the four floors but the product selection is still reiably great with exceptional prices. The only drawback would be the lines, the cashiers are good, but sometimes there's just not enough stations open. Otherwise it's a cute store!

Excellent store. It's economical yet the clothes are good quality. I was in Boston twice and both times I did my shopping here. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The subway stations are very close as well. I will continue to recommend this place to everyone.

Clothing retailer selling decent quality goods for super fair prices. This specific location is very large and hosts a huge selection. Women’s clothing comprises two and a half floors (of four), men’s get a half floor, and kids get a half floor. There is also a small section on the third floor for a limited selection of home goods. I docked a star because the escalator from the second to third floor was out of order, leaving only their slow elevator to get you to the men’s section. That was pretty annoying since they only allow two shoppers in an elevator at any given time due to COVID, making it quite the excursion. Overall pretty good and prices are hard to beat.

Super convenient location with wide variety of clothes. Biggest selection is women's clothes but men's and kids clothing are available too. A small selection of linens is also available here. One star off for quality of clothes, items are fast fashion and don't appear to be made to last longer than one season of wear. Style is similar to h&m, aimed towards young generations. Clean and organized location.

First time to this store and it’s pretty cool! A 4 floor fast fashion outlet. Though the men’s section was fairly small considering it’s a 4 floor store I figured it was more of a women’s store overall. Which is fine, prices are fair and quality is above average for the price. Plenty of workers to ask for help and keeping the store clean and organized for the high foot traffic.

Excellent quality clothes for a fraction of the price. The Macy’s next door has good branded clothes but the prices are doubled.

Great prices! This store has alot of the same styles but different color or print. Great to get kids school clothes!! I get a lot of my basics from here at a good price & sometimes come across certain items that are a steal for the price.

Low prices, good customer service. You have to take your own bag, otherwise, you can be a paper one for 5centes, that won't hold on a rainy day

Same problem as I encountered 3000 miles away a couple of days earlier -virtually no straight jeans. Half a dozen slim and skinny jean variations have loads of sizes. Very few options in normal men's sizes. And I'm of average size - 32/30

Busy, packed, shelves were a mess... I just wanted a few tank tops but the line was out the door. Don't come on the weekend! However the deals are great, despite the longevity of the products.

When you get inside for the first time you get really excited by how cheap everything is. However, they say "you get what you paid for" and this is especially true for Primark. The quality is ok but I have T-shirts from other places that I've been wearing for years. This is definitely not something you can expect from their products. However, if you like to change your wardrobe more often, those can be seen as a good thing. You don't spend much so even if they they don't last long you can always buy different outfits more often (not a great idea for the environment though...). It's a good place for people on a tight budget and they have a good variety of options

Amazing selection of clothes..shoes . accessories.. great customer service.. you can really make a killing in primark and you don't have to spend too much money to do so.

We live in a time where everything is uncertain on a day-to-day basis when I go to Primark with $20 come out with $4 but three items one for the price of $9 another one $2.50 and another $250 it remind me when I was a little girl and I used to go to Quincy with my mother it was called Quincy barking center when you shop that primer it will go a long way $100 will get you at least over $200 worth of items and clothes shoes apparel house home goods anything you need the quality of clothing is good I never had a problem choose $10 socks $2.50 sweatshirts tonight I have not seen anything in this store price at $30 at all for single moms and dad good place to shop for a night out with fun and your friends a good place to shop point outfit when you go out that night what more can I say about this story and even a public bathroom that you can use because of covid-19 most venues I'm not access to their public bathroom for you at this store in downtown Boston I hope this is helpful for you

Primark is down to 2 floors now (used to be 4) but they still have mostly everything you need at decent prices. Very large selection, lots of stuff on sale most days, and the clothes change with the season. They even have Boston specific items as well, even things from flip-flops to hair clips to bath towels. I always love coming here but keep in mind it's almost always busy. Check-out areas are on both floors, too.

Most beautiful I have ever seen this store look in all the six years I've lived here. Major props to their current management / visual team. Everything is stocked, full, and standardized.

I was so impressed with the quality and prices at this store. First I’ve ever visited. My suitcase is already full but I’m going to repack and see if I can make more room and make another visit to buy a few things. Wish I’d have known before leaving Australia.

Seeing renovations take place shows how Primark is making its impact in the heart of Downtown. Handicap-accessible with multiple levels. Plenty of great fashion deals and accessories! This goes for all ages too! From House goods to useful trinkets there are always new items worth bringing home. Stop by! You just might spoil yourself with things you'd like, and actually use!!

One of few Primark shops in the city. This one is conveniently located in the city center. Moderate size with fair variety of collections reasonably priced.
