This is probably one of the most underrated malls in the city. It is very easily accessible to metro Radisson as well as a bus terminal attached to the station. When I went inside, I was surprised on how large it is inside, it has a mixture of small business and big box chain stores/restaurants and it has some really nice artwork and fountains you can find inside. But I feel this is more a neighborhood type mall with most of the clientele being from around the area.

Absolutely my most favourite shopping mall in all of North America, they allow dogs to come into all of the stores, the mall is clean and many store choices available including urban planet, Yves, Footlocker, Ardennes garage, maxi ect. The fact you allow dogs to enter makes this mall my most favourite! Thank you for allowing us to bring our furry friends in with us what a treat! Can’t wait to always be coming here 🐶 🛍️🛒♥️✨

The Santa Claus village is epic. So beautiful, on the weekend the line was really long so we came back on Thursday which was much better. They had arts and crafts for children and a little train all free. The picture package was really in expensive $30 for 3 different pictures and poses or 1 for $10. What a magical experience the little bears moved and told stories. They had Christmas displays with little peak holes which was a special treat the children loved. And the deers were in another part of the mall, near the winners.

Taking animals and caging them inside a mall for children to poke, yell at and feed for "festive entertainment" is repulsive. Not only does it smell horrible but the poor deer that are contained for public enjoyment is the poorest of taste. On top of that they put three musicians right next to these poor animals to play live and I can't imagine how loud it is for them. So disappointing 😞

Great shopping mall,it's been around for a while, right beside metro Radisson so it's very convenient . Plenty of parking and also the underground parking is available during the weekend .

A wonderful shopping mall. There is a delightful coffee shop where delicious biscotti are sold. A well-stocked toy and puzzle store, an excellent book store and home decor store. The art work and decor in the mall is beautiful, a fountain, glassworks and painting. Worth a visit for a fun family shopping trip. Close to a metro station (public transit) and ample parking. Visit Place Tevere Pizza in the food court, and order a whole pizza to share!

This mall is fine but far from my favourite/ large portions of the mall have low ceilings so it feels dated and claustrophobic/ the stores in that section feel sometimes a bit dated …the newer section have high ceiling and more brand names stores. The food court is quite small

Full of homeless people and crazies, almost got randomly attacked while waiting at a food kiosk. Dogs allowed even in stores, gross. Mall is so old fashioned with shady businesses, I wouldn’t be surprised if it turned into a dead mall in a few years from now. It makes you appreciate the suburbs that’s for sure

Lots of small stores. Unfortunately not well organized. Washrooms visit needs planing as it's scattered. Not much of well known stores.

Easy to skip if your a tourist. Not to busy at 12pm. No major clothing stores. Many small business and older crowd. I'd say the mall is not bad, but it's not good either; 5/10

It's a nice mall, big but not that big, a small food court, a sports expert, a McDonald's, a bunch of clothes shops and more, it's great, if you don't go in any store, you can walk around the mall in about 15 minutes

An 80's-90's vibe but I feel like people love it. There are some modern stores but the hallway floors are marble design.

This rating is based on the discrimination witnessed on behalf of 2 vendors in the Nall towards an English speaking customer. Malk security was called to nediate when Chatr mobile employee refused to provide the patrol with service "until he learned French ". An neighboring vendor attempted to assist until the customer requested security then he too turned on the customer. Mall security arrived and mediated the transaction and the mall allows the vendor to stay in the mall despise discriminating against English speaking customers. The employee is Khalid or Khalil at Chatr Mobile who demonstrated despicable behavior in a Montreal Canada shopping center.

Usually very crowded and hard to navigate. The stores are also tiny and crowded. Frustrating to have book or phone salesmen constantly try to get my attention to try and sell me whatever. Had also been catcalled by them a bunch while just passing through. The stores are fine but the overall ambience is irritating and overcrowded.

I used to visit this mall frequently because I used to live close by. It's an excellent spot to shop. It offers a cozy atmosphere, and there are many shops here if you're wanting to buy things for a fair price. There are also various cafes there, which I used to be frequent at. Going to these cafes and simply relaxing there was pleasant. Even though Galerie d’Anjou is nearby, this location manages to retain its unique character.

It’s a nice place to hangout and it has a lot of stores and many clothing options. I’d say the only bad thing about it is that it doesn’t have a lot of restaurant options there and the restaurants available are kinda tiny and not known

  • 3/5 Alessandra R. 5 months ago on Google
It needs a makeover to get out from the 80's / 90's. But it has good stores such as Winners, Globe and Sport Expert.

  • 4/5 Pere V. 10 months ago on Google
Great place for shopping all type of products, they allow dogs in the common areas and even inside some commerce, lot of light and common areas with activities for kids and themed according the season. Good restaurants and lunch area to take a bite and plenty of more things to do and shop around.

For some reason, there's absolutely no signage for directions. I've been looking for a bathroom for minutes before finding one. There should be signs pointing towards the bathroom or metro.

Place Versailles, is a great mall for everyone. It has many services, plenty of choice for family shopping, from clothing to sporting essentials and much more. Hobby shops, craft stores, food kiosks plus 2 food courts. For the kids, Santa's village is already made, and for a bonus 😀 dogs are allowed in the mall. Conveniently located next to Radisson metro station great parking, and accessible. Check it out.

It's a good place to hang out and even has a pet shop called Safari it's like a mini zoo. It's fun just to visit and has many benches to sit around and watch the people go by.

No longer what it used to be. Unfortunately this shopping mall has lost a lot their “bling” I remember this mall used to be so fun to shop at, now it feels like a flea market.

Nice Old School mall. Some interesting smaller stores, but also a huge Maxi, Canadian Tire and a great Winners and Homesense. Easy to get to, right outside Radisson metro. Spent lots of time there as a kid. Too bad the arcade is long gone.

Stop at 80 Grammes ( next to canadian tire ) for amazing food and pastries , that’s the only to have a complete visit to place versaille

Unfortunately this mall is no longer what it used to be. Most stores were closed or un-original. Starting to look outdated. The day I went, there was however a small science area dedicated to children which was fun and educational.

Nice shopping center on the east side of Montréal. Many boutiques along with à grocery store Maxi. Canadian Tire is also her with one of the biggest Winner's store in Montréal.

Not too bad of a still large mall i wish they had a more family shopping place but they do have Winners a lot of clothes boutiques jewlery stores it can get somewhat more crowded at times i question why the Lotto Qc kiosque is often closed?

I don’t know how this mall is still open. The only good thing about this mall is the Homesense, it’s a big one and they have loads of choice.

  • 4/5 Kate 1. 1 year ago on Google
Decent mall, not very big compared to other malls in Montreal but its a nice place, no matter what you need you should be able to find it here.

I’m just going to say that security is zero. Today an older man was taking pictures of my younger sister (underage ) from behind a column. We noticed and confronted him.The man ran away. There was literally a guard behind me during the whole argument, never intervened. We went to the bureau to file complaints ,they said they couldn’t do anything. My sisters were so scared, they had a hard time. We’ll never go back there again. I don’t recommend it either. There should be security that actually makes you feel safe.

My business partner and I had plan to open a store at Place Versailles for our two brands beauty products for men and women. We discussed about price and lease options with Ms. Elizabeth Payne the director of that particular location in Montreal Canada and she suggested to us to take over a unit that was ready to lease and recommended that unit to us. We had some interesting exchange on the unit which she pushed us to take. When we decided to call her in order to finalize the deal and take over the unit, she decided not to respond to our calls. But unfortunately, one day we encountered a very rude and ignorant secretary who was so arrogant as to humiliate us on the phone to say that Ms. Payne was not available and refused to give us the right information. When we asked what was the best time to call, she responded in a very strange manner, Sir, I have no idea. The next day, we called back, and the same secretary said Sir, I cannot force my boss to speak with you nor to respond to your email. On three occasions she said that Ms. Payne was not there at the office which was a flat out lie. When we finally followed up with an email, Ms. Payne finally responded with an email accusing us of speaking offensively with her employee and sent us an email that somebody else already took the unit. From that, we understood that was their strategy to find a way out of the deal to reject our offer because of discrimination against us. Later, we found out that the place was still available. Very bad location for a new entrepreneur to start a business! We will not stop there and make sure this never happens to other people again. Very poor customer service at the office managing the mall. Very dirty and poor management. When going to their office you will notice a police warning tape in front in third floor stopping you from entering. Crazy area managed by crazy people!
