Great place to hang out, shop, dine, and have a good time in general. Many shops from clothing to electronics to books to gaming etc. Good place for kids. The food court have many popular chains and plenty of seating space. The mall is right next on St. Catherine which is a very happening street. There is underground parking and plenty of street parking around as well.

Montreal has a mall downtown that goes under ground… it has all the consumer stores that you want to buy from and has a food court on the lower level. And if you want to get back on street level you can or go straight to the metro… All under ground. Definitely built gor winter!

Had gone with great expectations but deterred by the low down atmosphere and items served at food courts that didn’t go down well with us. The shopping mall is huge and spacious housing most leading brands. Parking is another deterrent as paid basis which is costly too. Enjoy your turn.

I was expecting a bigger mall coming from Toronto. A Montreal friend even recommended this mall as a place to spend time if my family and I had nothing better to do. I was able to walk the entire mall in under 10 minutes. I thought maybe I missed a pathway or turn or something but it turned out I did not. So if you have nothing better to do for 10 minutes, feel free to come to this mall and walk around. I wouldn't call this a ghost mall though. There are some stores open and some bigger names.

Not as big as you would expect … largely related to its location on the famous St Catherine Street limiting the capabilities of the mall … not many brands as well … however, few amazing small shops are located in the lowest level including WARHAMMER shop and a brilliant toys and games shop

Big shopping mall that is part of the underground network of malls. Since Montreal can get very cold, you can go from mall to mall without ever walking outside through their network of underground walkways.

Great atmosphere. Maybe I'm a big eater. The portion is very not enough for me. But the food is great. Will go again for sure

Popular destination for shopping since it's located downtown. They took a lot of measures regarding covid-19 and there are multiples gel machines to desinfect the hands. It gets pretty crowded during the weekend and there are big lineups for popular shops such such as Sephora or Uniqlo.

Similar to my review of PVM, covid has really made these places deserted. You can tell they spent this time doing renovations and making it cleaner and more user friendly. I love the new placement of things and how nice everything looks now. When things get back to normal this will be a really nice location **being downtown it’s generally LGBTQ friendly

If you have been to Eaton center in Toronto, this place shouldn’t be a surprise for you. Pretty much the same theme of downtown mall in Montreal with good brands all at one place. Shopping seasons are recommended for some good decors and deals.

Great environment and friendly service. Always clean and great. Easy to access, best recommended if you went to downtown to work you have to discover this mall !! It’s connection with two metro stations “ Peel and McGill”

Not a safe place to be at. There are only 2 elevators with a capacity of 6 people to get in and out of parking. Today one of the 2 elevators was out of service. There are no staircase as alternatives other than the emergency ones which you cannot access. The staff should have planned a contingency for parking users to access parking via other options. It’s raining, it’s a holiday weekend with a high load of shoppers. People were stuck waiting for an hour for an elevator just to get to 2 floors. Some people had to get back to parking from outside on a rainy day like today. Total frustration and defeating the purpose of parking indoors on a rainy day. Bad management of the Eaton Center with zero customer satisfaction on their priority list. Do not waste your money coming here when you could have parked for free and be safe in other malls in town.

Pretty great place. Has lots of different stores to check out. The top level is great because it is all an eatery and it has great food and pretty good seating. However, it fills up pretty fast so its important to get there a little early. Usually you can find seats though.

An immense shopping centre in the heart of downtown Montreal, featuring all the major brand name stores with the latest fashions trends, big, bright, clean, well maintained for a great shopping experience.

Love the Eaton Centre, a good selection of food to eat with three floors of shops to choose from. Staff were nice in all stores we visited, very clean centre.

I was passing through to get to the metro. I saw my favourite lingerie store- Change. Yes, they are pricey, however they give a good fit. I was able to buy a nice black bra for 29$.

Good mall, has alot to offer and is connected to the metro which makes it easily accessible. It now has perfect places to sit down and have a chat, something that wasn't possible when pandemic hit.

This is not a review for Eaton Center. But for info for ppl who is visiting. There was a guy sitting across GARAGE and with his camera facing Montreal Trust direction and taking pictures of ppl passing . When we were passing I saw his phone in selfie/ taking picture of other ppl height. We sat beside him and realize he keeps his camera open and took pic of ppl from time to time and he checks them. Be careful if you don’t want some weird ppl take pictures of you when you are just passing that area

I visited 6 months ago and today, still such an awful smell of burning glue and diesel gas, like inside the mall and especially the connection to the adjacent mall Place MTL Trust, extremely unpleasant, the mall itsleft is dated and not very inviting to be honest...I'll stick to Anjou.

Nice place to shop. Very big. A lot of shops. Eaton centre has lots of parts which links to each other and every part has its own food areas. Parking is available. There is a metro station in the centre. Rest rooms and drinking water available.

Montréal Eaton Center impressed me as a vibrant atmosphere with bright modern aesthetics, creating an inviting shopping experience. Having a terrific selection and range of stores, it's a shopping destination that effortlessly blends style and convenience. I particularly was blown away by the Warhammer gamer store with its amazing stock and displays of a full range of books, kits and figures that would captivate and thrill any fan!

Newly renovated upstairs but the food court has no women's toilettes working plus recently they took most of the tables so there's less seating. The restaurants are very good including the ice cream store. The owners are super nice but the food court is in need of a full renovation. I still don't understand why they moved the chairs. Is not how it used to be. Many stores are closed and the women's bathroom has been closed for many months now. Management can do better.

Location in downtown is great, lots of shopping stores. I did not like the eating area. The area is dark and requires upgrade with colorful. Also, they should add different type of restaurants (two Japan authentic restaurants !!)

The old part with a gloomy food court is not so good. But the new part of the mall is very nice. Saw an amazing food court on the upper level. I would have eaten there If I knew about...oh well.

Nice place, most people don't realize the extent and size of the underground. Eaton center connects to a vast network of indoor shopping centers and locations. This is very useful during winter, and a person can virtually stay indoors the whole day while still accessing all needed services.

I was in a lot of places and can't really remember which is which. But I do remember the Centre Eaton de Montreal is a part of the underground city and had a lot of eatery and restaurants. One of the restaurants I enjoyed was a Korean restaurant and the food was really nice. It was stir fried rice with diced pineapples, Prawns and chicken. It was a really nice meal and a familiar one too having had new tries all of my trip. Ambience ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Service ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Food ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Drink ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ Location ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Good mall. Near Metro station of Peel. Good stores and food options as well. On top floor there is a nice food court. There's something in the lower floor too for eating I think. Spacious. Can spend there a good amount of time roaming around.

The most popular Downtown Montreal mall. It isn't as big than non-Downtown malls in the Montreal area like Place Versailles but it's connected to other malls like Place Montreal Trust and Les Promenade de la Cathédrale. It's also conncected to Place Ville-Marie, an office skyscraper, it's near McGill university and the McGill Metro station so the place can be crowded not only with tourists but also with students and office workers. There's a variety of stores, services & restaurants but not grocery stores like IGA. Still worth to visit especially being accessible thanks for its Downtown core location.

Perfect center for your large shopping sprees. We had our winter clothes shopping done here, we found all we were looking for in this center. I recommend.

  • 4/5 Calvin D. 2 years ago on Google
Pretty good shopping mall would've been better if it was bigger and maybe less clothing stores or like just more male clothing stores. Not interested in La senza or La vie en rose. Overall pretty good but store composition might need a tweak.

Time Out Market is located inside Eaton Centre. A bunch of nice restaurants with common seating area. Highly recommended.

Time out space is great. Ambiance and lighting are on point. Restaurants are serving quality food. Prices are high but it’s to be expected. Really nice stop. Especially for a mall!

Great shopping experience. SAQ was a little disappointing due to lack of stock/variety. Overall clean and easy to access.

  • 4/5 Paul L. 2 years ago on Google
Nice shopping, mostly clothes, variety is pretty standard, but I haven't seen a Uniqlo in a while so I was stoked for that.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here. Amazing quality and great service. Would repeat for sure!

  • 4/5 Cindy F. 2 years ago on Google
The shopping mall is huge and spacious, but the interactive map is very very difficult to use. It took us awhile to switch to English (as we do not know French). And a couple more minutes to plot the route as the screen keep disappearing or unresponsive to our selections. Which there are more clear signs.

If you like big malls, I recommend you go here, it has A LOT of shops and a international restaurant food court area on the top floor!

  • 5/5 Sumedha M. 2 years ago on Google
For me it's the most convenient place to shop. You'll find almost all the brand's here and also anything you are looking for. It can get a bit overwhelming when you go there for the first time as there are two different sides of the mall, but nothing that can't be figured out. Also, it has a pretty decent food court and sitting area.

One of the most iconic malls in Montreal. It is easily accessible from Public Transit and they have many stores and food that you can purchase and try out. It can get pretty busy since it is in downtown and they have many floors for you to explore. It is also connected to the Underground city which is a bonus as well for walking and travelling. One idea they should is that they should make the centre zero waste, environmentally sound, carbon zero and pollution free because it is important to the world and consumers. Plant trees, make the space green space inside and changes all lighting and plumbing fixtures. and compostable and organic materials. A nice shopping centre with many amenities and hope to see changes, renovations and improvements in the near future.

  • 5/5 Joel E. 2 years ago on Google
I can say WOW!. The renovations that were undertaken felt like forever. Anyhow, the new look and interior design really revamped the Eaton Centre. It looks clean, more spacious, with new magazines, and maybe more will be opening soon. Thumbs-up!

  • 2/5 Serge B. L. 1 year ago on Google
My shopping experience at this center was not the most pleasant that I have had through the years. I could not find a map that you usually find in this kind of shopping area. This is an oiled building that used to be the site of Eaton's store. A similar kind of shopping experience akin to Sears, but closed a few years back. They responded as a shopping area with a plethora of brand name outlets through the old building which has been expanded into a building next to it. It is therefore confusing and difficult for first time shorts to find their way around.

  • 5/5 Aesir T. 1 year ago on Google
One of the best malls in the country. Many high-end and unique boutiques, with most of the major department stores that one would expect. A great place to wander around, allowing serendipity to help find something for everyone.

I have been here before Covid and wow! This place has changed. The renovations definitely did the mall a favour. GIGANTIC variety of stores, close to public transport, clean, organized. Basically everything a great mall would need.
