Everything is just perfect here. The atmosphere is thrilling. We are here with the whole family for the French Open for the first time. The process of purchasing the tickets was overwhelming & rather frustrating. Not only the waiting time but also once you are in the line, there is limitation of the tickets you can get as well as limited time to complete your purchase. Well, you get some experience after done it once. The stadium itself is magical, it worth everything to come. There are three big counts, and many smaller side courts. You need to only get tickets for big ones and you can visit any of the smaller court any time. Night tickets are for one match at the Court Philippe Chatrier that plays at 20:45. You could enter as of 18:30, to watch matches play at side courts or visit their amazing boutiques. Day tickets you can enter as of 10 and stay for the whole day. There are many volunteers whom work here that ensure everything runs smoothly, and keeping the stadium very clean and organized. Love everything about it.

Our visit to Roland Garros Stadium was a journey filled with unexpected twists, surprising discoveries, and unforgettable moments that left an indelible mark on us. As my wife and I arrived at the stadium's address on 2 Av. Gordon Bennett, 75016 Paris, France, we were initially struck by the charming exterior that resembled a flower shop. Little did we know, this was just the beginning of our unique experience. Approaching the entrance, we were met with the information that the court's entrance was temporarily closed. Though initially disappointed, this setback turned into an opportunity as we stumbled upon an unlocked door at the back. Eager to explore, we seized the chance and stepped inside the hallowed grounds of Roland Garros Stadium. The sight that greeted us was nothing short of enchanting. As we walked onto the court, we couldn't help but feel the weight of history beneath our feet. The covered seats seemed to whisper stories of legendary matches and iconic rivalries that had unfolded here. It was a privilege to be in the very space where tennis greats had once competed, where cheers echoed and emotions ran high. The juxtaposition of our unexpected entry and the monumental significance of the location made our experience all the more meaningful. Standing on the court where historic battles took place, we could almost sense the spirit of competition that had infused the atmosphere. Despite not witnessing a live match, the magic of Roland Garros Stadium enveloped us in a way we hadn't anticipated. Reflecting on our visit, from mistaking the exterior for a flower shop to stumbling upon the unlocked door that led us onto the court, we were reminded that life's surprises often lead to the most cherished memories. The friendly security guard, the architecture, and the sense of history woven into every corner of the venue added to the richness of our visit. Taking all aspects into consideration — the unexpected journey, the unlocked door, the atmosphere of the court, and the storied history — I wholeheartedly bestow a five-star rating upon Roland Garros Stadium. Our experience, though not conventional, was one that we will forever hold close, a testament to the venue's allure and its ability to create lasting memories in even the most unexpected of circumstances.

I was watching a match of Iga Swiatek against Daria Kasatkina in 2022. The Roland Garros event captivates with its rich tennis tradition. The clay courts echo with the prowess of athletes, blending athleticism and finesse. Spectators are treated to intense rivalries and graceful rallies, showcasing the epitome of clay court mastery. The iconic venue, nestled in Paris, exudes a timeless charm, creating a unique tennis atmosphere. From Nadal's dominance to unexpected upsets, Roland Garros promises tennis enthusiasts an unforgettable experience. The French Open, with its historic backdrop and thrilling matches, remains a cornerstone in the Grand Slam calendar, celebrating the spirit of the sport with each captivating serve and masterful volley.

I went for a guided visit and I can say it is a mandatory stop in Paris if you are a tennis fan. The tour guide feeds you with a history class on how it all began, the preparation and the backstage of the tournament and provides you access to very exclusive areas. The tour is all around the Philippe-Chatrier court and unfortunately we do not get to step on the clay. It is all very exciting and the 90 minutes feel too short given all there is visit and how much we want to see and learn.

We had a great experience watching live French open2019 matches. The information about matches had been well laid and there were volunteers to help. You are allowed to carry picnic however there were few restaurants or food kiosks inside too. Important tip, buggies/ prams, luggage, more than 500ml of water bottle, big backpacks are not allowed to be taken in the stadium. They provide the cloak room which is located outside of the stadium(nearly 500mtrs) to deposit your stuff securely and reclaim it after your stadium visit. Inside the stadium there was some gaming space which had Play station tennis games or small courts to play real tennis, that kids and adults enjoyed alike. Also there were musicians spread across the stadium that made the experience outside the courts lively. Public utilities like toilets were clean and available close to the courts. For drinking water only option was to buy bottles. Overall we had a great experience. Only trouble was that since pram was not allowed inside we had to carry our toddler all around and watch matches turn wise :p

Loved this place. A great stadium for tennis lovers. We took a tour but by mistake it happened to be in french. The guide was really nice to translate the highlights of the tour in english and made our day. A must visit place for tennis fans.

Great place, really clean and staff is friendly. The major downside is that if you want to buy a beer there is only a small amount of stores that's sells it. Also you need to wait for a break in order to leave or come back to your seat.

Unfortunately the main stadium was closed when I got there and only people with prior reservations could gain access but it was definitely an interesting view. I also explored the accessory store just beside it and there I found really good quality collections of items which would definitely excite any tennis enthusiast. I’ll definitely recommend!👍🏾

Had the time of my life here, As an avid tennis fan and wanting to visit Roland Garros for many years this definitely lived up to the expectation. Luckily we had great weather also which did help. Everything from the crowd atmosphere for all the courts to the hospitality was excellent. Definitely the best sport venue I've been to!.

Really nice venue and the atmosphere is great. It's like being in Disney world but about everything related to tennis 🎾. There are plenty of options to eat inside, but the price is a little bit expensive. Bring your food from outside.

Visited during the opening week of the French Open to see qualifyings. Signage to the stadium is quite poor, and it's easy to get lost finding the correct gate. The event space itself is massive, with lots of stores and live performances and activities. However, lots of these were closed for opening week. Tennis was excellent, despite Nadal pulling out last minute. Make sure to get the App to find out what games are playing when, and certain courts have quite the line up (14). Water fountains are provided, but merch inside will be a bit steep.

Always a good opportunity to spend a summer day in Roland Garros Grab an ice cream, read a book, just remember to bring caps and sunscreen! The queue is always very long to get in! So make sure to get there early.

We had a stadium tour here. The guide was so nice, but unfortunately there was a paddle tournament going on, so most of the special rooms weren't accessible for visit, and the main stadium's beautiful clay surface was covered with ugly black carpet.

Very well organized! The complex is prety large, the food options are plenty and there are many restrooms! No queue for restrooms but for food there are lines of 10-15 minutes at lunch time! If you go at the first rounds you can see many players and matches.. just know the program and choose where to go!

Good experience. Great day out with friends but just don’t wear high heels as there’s a lot of walking to do to get from one court to another and from the restaurant and toilets. Easier to take a taxi there instead of driving as parking can be difficult. Don’t forget to bring your ID that matches the name on the ticket.

Mostly used in June each year for the French tennis open, played on the clay. 3 mai courts : Philippe Chatrier (the largest, 15000 seats), Suzanne Lenglen and the latest Simone Mathieu (5000 seats, inaugurated in 2019). It is also great fun to wander on the smaller courts. My favourite : court 14 with easy access, and great atmosphere (especially when a French player is on court) !

I really had a great time watching an epic game of the semi-final and like realizing my dream. It is recommended to arrive here earlier before the game start because there are many securities before entering. Be careful of what is not allowed to bring into the stadium, and it is better to prepare your own water and food when watching the game because it sells much higher inside the area. There are big screens in the area so people watch the games before the screen. Also shops and cafe for people to chill, and the facilities are really nice and considerate of people. A tennis fan will definitely enjoy the games and the atmosphere of Roland Garros.

Love the new Courts, expecially Court 14 and Simone Matthieu! Rates for drinks (Beer..) are too expensive - 9,50€ for 0,5 l... 👎and the entrance with the unnecessary detours through unnecessary barriers is a joke.. But the new Roland Garros is overall much better than before the renewals/expansions!

We splurged and got the Premium Passion package which included a tour of the grounds and a meeting with Henri Leconte. Plenty of finger foods and beverages were offered. The main shopping area was very busy in the morning, so get your souvenir items later in the day. The Philippe Chatrier Stadium was just about the right size, not huge like the US Open, and not quite as intimate as Wimbledon’s Centre Court.

Always a great fun to attend. Whether in a box or with cheaper seats far from the court. The staff is lovely. The atmosphere very friendly. And can always pop in side court to see smaller games and get much closer to the game. Lovely days

If you’re planning on attending Roland Garros, be sure to source your tickets well in advance. There is a resell option available through the official website but getting tickets to big matches is near impossible. The stadium itself is very nice. There are some nice restaurants nearby also if you’re feeling hungry after the matches. I especially enjoyed Le Murat.

On semi-finals game night, arriving from the metro station it was very easy to find with guides located on the street corners. The entrance was quick and efficient, just scanned my QR code ticket and we were in. The line however was so long to just visit the gift shop. Also the cafe area in front of Philippe Chatrier was closing up shop at the time of our match. It’s a late night but for ticket holders it’s a shame that we can’t order anything, the only choice was at the Perrier stand, which also had very long lines. But other than that, we had great seats on a beautiful evening so overall very nice experience.

I’ve only attended once but I absolutely loved my day at Roland Garros on Court Suzanne Lenglen. Staff were all very nice and helpful as were fellow attendees - nowhere near as snobby as Wimbledon. Shame about the number of empty seats. Only thing I would say is that the walkways are quite narrow and cramped considering the amount of people in attendance. Hoping to go back another year 😃

Massive stadium with lots of courts for doubles and mixed doubles. The French open is held here and gets very busy during this period. All the matches are included depending on your cover ticket so choose the one that includes the big playes :). The souvenirs shops is very nice and you can buy a lol products from magnets, keyxhians t shirts, tennis balls and rackets and much more. Food stalls are in plenty to eat and drink. The rest rooms are accessible for no charge and are well maintained. There is a big screen with recliner chairs in open area in case it gets too crowded inside any of the stadiums, a nice concept.

Best time of my life being here. As a tennis fan this is the place you want to be. The complex us beautiful with restaurants , shops and guided plan laid everywhere. If you have tickets to the main stadium Philippe Chatrier or Suzanne Lenglen you can visit all the side courts for here. Even if you cannot afford the big court tickets you can get a daily pass for few bucks and you can enter all the side courts and watch any match .the feel of being in d midst of french open is something else. I had the good luck to watch Djokovic, Theim , sharapova in the Philippe Chatrier stadium. Huge court and you can view perfectly where you are seated. Also i watched martina hingis & Leander paes upclose in one of the side courts. Great memories. Must visit .
