Our
experience
with
Bowen
Island
Lodge
was
a
complete
and
utter
disappointment!
After
booking
and
paying
for
our
rooms
in
good
faith,
we
tried
to
contact
the
management
to
modify
our
reservations
and
cancel
one
of
the
rooms
we
had
booked.
After
numerous
e-mails
and
phone
calls
they
finally
decided
to
contact
us.
After
feeling
a
little
disappointed
with
the
delay
and
the
service
we
were
receiving
we
decided
that
we
would
cancel
the
remaining
room.
Again
we
send
two
emails
including
a
Credit
card
refund
authorization,
and
another
phone
call,
we
spent
another
week
and
a
half
waiting
for
a
reply.
On
the
day
we
were
due
to
arrive
at
the
Lodge
we
expected
a
call
because
we
had
not
arrived.
But
there
was
nothing.
The
next
day
I
contacted
the
Credit
card
company
and
explained
the
situation
and
asked
how
to
disputed
the
charge.
After
writing
a
letter
and
copying
all
e-mails
and
submitting
them
we
finally
revived
an
e-mail
stating
that
they
had
reversed
the
charges
on
our
card.
I
can
only
assume
that
the
Credit
card
company
had
contacted
them.
I
WILL
NOT
recommend
this
Lodge
to
anyone!!!
