Store is way too busy. Had an issue with a previous order. Had to come back twice to get it fixed because the first time the woman didn't give a s%#@t

I've been nicely welcomed by the staff, the books were not available, staff took in charge; the order was quick and I received sms and email notifications as soon as they received the books. I got the books on time for my daughter's tuition. Avoid red marks to her 🤩 🅿️♿🚾😷 Available

It is a wonderful place and amazing experience that I have had over there. The personnel are very respectful and very helpful. They have helped me as much as possible to find what I need for. Purchased asterix DVD box set, specifically asked the guy if it was in English he assured me it was, got home played it it wasnt. Went to refund it rude manager said she's only give me 20% of what it's worth not hindering French consumer law asked why because it's fnac law she says.

A good selection of products however the foreign VO book section is extremely disappointing unless your a Harry Potter fan.
