Never Will i order from them again. Their pizzas are not good anymore. It used to be my favourite, not anymore. My salad was not fresh, everything in It was old and then i also had a worm in my salad.

I got horribly sick after eating your pizza, I knew something was off when my son didn't even finish a slice. Been returning the food so much I might need to go to the hospital for a drip. I have never experienced this with other branches. Disgusting

My girlfriend and I bought pizza 🍕 the other day and also bought the new garlic roll which was not worth our money. Was very disappointed with the garlic roll due to the fact that their was hardly any cheese on it, the pepperoni was still raw, the bread didn't taste like garlic and it was completely dry, it was basically just a roll that they gave us with hardly anything on it. Will never buy from Romans Pizza ever again in Brackenfell. Very, very disappointed. Thank you for spoiling my mood.

It's an okay place if you just want to get something to eat

I struggled a long time with hubby so we can have Roman's again! Now that I could get a chance they messed it up. If I wanted to wait 15 to 20 min foe my pizza's I wouldn't phone them in the first place! So they got my order wrong! I had to wait 15 to 20min again for the correct pizza. I fully agree now with hubby to not buy Roman's again!

Very delicious pizza's. If you are told that every romans branch makes the same pizza's do no believe this because its definitely not the case. This Roman's pizza is by far the better one in the entire area.

Suspicious employees are not South Africans I think the home affairs officials need to visit the shop for verification. Good service from the ladies but I wonder if they are documented.

Ordered at Brackenfell romans Pizza via Uber eats. Wrong order was delivered. Ordered 2x pan and one was traditonal base. Pizza had a horrible after taste.

Store manager had the guts to justify the wet pizza and box I complained about. Try and eat something on a wet box and see whether it will taste the same!! Horrible service from the manager who did not even apologise for this. Complained monday with no response!!! Box was wet and tasted like the box!!!

Food great, busy but busy is good. Mr D orders kidns get preference so keep in mind when you're not lus to wait lol
