Booking was very poor had to start the process 3 times before I could book the correct package. Also once I had booked it advised to get there 30 minutes early for a safety briefing, because I had already booked my spot I didn't have enough time to get there so lost 30 minutes of my booked slot. Also once we got there they would only allow insane air socks, my daughter had some jumperoo socks which are exactly the same apart from the branding so had to buy extra socks. Not happy with the service , Much prefer megaplay and kidzplay. Also need more smiley faces from the staff. Good points kids had fun.

Leisure centre is absolutely fabulous and the young lady who booked me in was very polite and accommodating. Unfortunately, some staff members were not so polite and rather than addressing anything with a little mannerism thought that they were little chiefs with a radio in their hand. I believe they need a little training on customer service and basic etiquette. Overall experience was lovely, only turned sour towards the end.

1st time here, my son was invited to a birthday party and I was so impressed. Clean, variety of play features and very spacious. Not sure about the costs as we were invited as guests so 5* all round.

Its a great place to make your children happy by giving opportunity to exert physically. I will give the place 5 star if they will arrange some cosy place for the visitors who use to stay in waiting area. Its hell of cold every where specially in winter.🫣 But yes it is a great place for the children age 4 above.

Pleasant Surprise! My kids had a nice evening, staff is kind and helpful. For 1hour we paid £26,50 for one kid over 6 years ,one kid under 6 with an adult and three socks thay you must buy there but can reuse next time. Didn't try any food but saw a lot of people enjoying their food,mainly chips and slush. It might looks expensive but it is worth it.

Just took my wee lad to Insane Air Bradford for a tots session. He loved the freedom of blasting around the trampolines and soft play areas! Our visit was made even more enjoyable by the professional care, attention and assistance from Alisha and the team. Would definitely recommend and will be coming again for sure!

came to insane air for the first time with my husband and 4 year old son and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of our time here!! the staff are very welcoming and super friendly. it was an amazing experience especially for my son as he usually gets bored really quick, we have been to other trampoline parks but this is by far the best we’ve ever been to as they have different activities for all ages. the food in the cafe upstairs was 10/10 and the wide variety of yummy flavoured slush cooled us all right down 😋 we will definitely be coming back here again :))

Couldn’t have hoped for a better experience for a kids birthday party. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, food was nice too. Unlike some other venues you can have your cake and eat it!

Awful. No where near enough seating upstairs to force you to use Non refundable lockers that cost a £1. Also stopped my child playing after 20 minutes as she didn’t have the correct branding on socks leaving her in tears. Money grabbing horrible place. There are much better trampoline parks than this, I would advise going elsewhere

We had the ultimate party package it's was fantastic a really good venue, good food, slush and 2 hrs of jumping. The private party room is also very cool. Would definitely book again Everyone had an amazing time celebrating for Daisy aged 7. We had a party of 10.

Absolutely brilliant. Great atmosphere, First time we went, we had booked for my youngest son's birthday 🎂 and the whole experience for him and his friends was amazing thanks to the staff who are very helpful and friendly, one in particular, amazing young lady by the name of Amna excellent asset for your establishment. Since the first time going we've become regulars recently attending the Halloween party which was amazing. Definitely a great and fun place for the kids. Thanks Insane Air.

An amazing experience at Insane Air. As always the staff were exceptionally helpful. The kids truly enjoyed themselves. Definitely recommend for fun and enjoyment. Caters for all ages and occasions. Birthday parties are a bliss. Boys loved the new addition of the power play football. Delicious food and a big variety of slush flavours. We are regulars here and never get bored. Try it - you will love it!

One of the best trampoline parks in Bradford. Very clean and looked after. Amazing staff, always polite and helpful. They also offer great food and refreshments, suitable for both adults and kids. Definitely worth trying, the kids love it!

The place is clean , and the video at the start was good and helpful. I would not recommend the place for kids less than 7 years old as the trampoline there are mostly for older kids. Staff is polite and helpful. But , I saw a little girl crying to see her parents and the staff did not help her. Little girl was able to find her way but still, I would have expect the staff to be a bit more conscious about it. Unfortunately, there were a very loud music in the trampoline area that I don’t find necessary for a place where kids are playing. We were invited to a friend party but unfortunately I had to pay £11,50 to enter the trampoline area just to stay with my kids.

Had a brilliant experience for our son Aizal’s birthday. Staff were amazing. They made sure the party went smooth. I would definitely recommend!! Friendly staff as well as management!! All guest gave positive feedback regarding staff and experience!! Best indoor park in Bradford!!! Will be back soon 👌👍💯

Visited with my family on the weekend. By far the best trampoline park we have visited. Staff are very friendly and explained things well. They have a wide range of activities for all ages. Very spacious and clean. Free parking which is a bonus! Will definitely be visiting regularly.

Super place for kids to burn energy. Amazingly friendly team, super welcoming and helpful. Great fun for kids. Exceptionally clean!

Amazing facilities. Friendly staff. Always going above and beyond - from the happy, upbeat girls on the signing in counter to the polite young lads behind the food counter. The food was reasonably priced and when it came out it was fresh and tasty. Facilities are next to none, the music and lights etc… made it such a fun experience for them. Kids love it here, will definitely be coming back!
