I'm really sorry for this review but I'm doing it in the hope that you can improve your quality. I have never ordered from this place before but me and my family decided to take a shot on it on a busy Saturday night, with the thinking that if the food wasn't incredible taste-wise it would at least be fresh. Out of the order I had a slice from each of the 3 pizzas and some fries. The margherita was fine, but that's where the positives end. The other two pizzas (I can't remember what they were, but I think one was some sort of chicken and the other meat) were downright disgusting. The chef is obviously very tone-deaf when it comes to flavouring their food. The veg tasted like it was straight out of a tin instead of fresh. I couldn't finish the slices they were that bad, and I'm not that fussy when it comes to pizza. Then the fries were soggy and oily, indicating that they were made in insufficiently-heated oil. I thought that would be impossible to achieve on a Saturday night but there you go. I have no idea how this place achieved a 4+ star rating because the food was absolutely not good enough. If someone from Mobeen's is reading this, I hope you can do a taste test and address the issue because that was a disgrace.

Salad wasn’t fresh at all. Ordered a steak burger that didn’t taste like steak, didn’t really have a taste in all honesty. Fries were made spot on. Best part of the meal was the Pepsi max, actually that was fake too. Do not recommend, may be an off day but can definitely do better.

Il be honest their food is awful and nasty u know like UKs is on duckworth lane lol We brought a chicken wrap from there bascially It was SFC in a wrap with a truck load of sauces.

Very dissapointing service. Ordered delivery but they missed one item out. When I called they guy who answered was very rude! No apologies, nothing! He could not tell me if & when the missing item would be divered! No skilll of customer service & he cut me off! I recently started using this place regularly but after today's experience, I won't be going back! Plenty tout out there who appreciate your business, these guys are not bothered!

These guys used to do really nice pizza, chicken n chips n fish n chips, I always used to order when i was young , ordered after a very long time the pizzas were dry not enough cheese and sauce, a let down, its not the same as it used to be 7 /8 years ago. Spoke to the owner did not offer anything to compensate. It seems like the owner has given up on the business. I hope they can bring back quality and taste.

Fish and naan were fresh and soft. Food came very quickly. Thank you to polite driver

Ordered single chicken achari pizza. About the worst pizza in the history of pizzas. Extra doughy. Uncooked dough. Has been binned. Kids managed abit. Disgusting. FIX UP

order 3 pizza they said if we you piack up pizza willl be ready with in 20 mints but i was stuck traffic i did reach there after 35 mints i was shoked when i ask for they said we give to some one and you wait now 15 mints for pizza they make excuse if you give the pizza to some one why you did not ready the pizza for order and i have guest at home i can say bad service

Food are not always fresh. Sometimes very very spicy 🔥. Also, when you ordering medium, they bring you small portion. Also the meat sometimes is really disgusting. Really bad food for big price.

Ordered from here today and I will say it is amazing. The chicken fillet burger is soo good the coating is exquisite. Chicken was also nice and soft. The Donner from here is also good very nice. Will definitely be coming back again to order.

How can these guys send burnt /cold and horrible food to customers? Woke up after doing a night shift and odered over 49 quid food, the kebabs where stinking chapties where burnt and made with out of date flour . Curry was all watery with no signs off meat When i had rung up the restaurant on call the person was absolutely ignorant he said what do you want me to do about it . I explained I wouldn't even feed this food to my Dogs, He had nothing to say they have awful customers service, Don't order from here please with your hard earned money these guys are a scam I'm very disappointed and won't order from here again. 😒

Had some issues with my order once it arrived via Uber eats , called up the restaurant and they kindly rectified and delivered an alternate item with some extras so can’t fault them! Food was tasty pizza and burgers were great curry was also decent and good value for money

I believe I ordered a 16 or 18 inch pizza 2 days ago along with 2 chicken and chips meals and I was very disappointed when I saw the pizza because all my life I have never seen such thin pizza slices anywhere and that just changed my perception of your takeaway because I definitely will not be ordering from there ever again, Cutting a pizza is not that hard and what was done to my pizza is a crime against other places that actually know how to cut a pizza instead of leaving me with 20 something baby sized slices.

How are you sending out burnt but freezing cold food to your customers? Placed an order through uber eats on 9th Oct and look at the state on these. Absolutely awful and disappointed. Can't believe how burnt the chicken filler was, and cold?!

Absolutely rubbish! Got old food stale and tasted disgusting. They give a tiny portion too. I complained and the customer service was rubbish. Didn't even offer to give me anything let alone a refund!! They so tight! Don't bother going, unless u want tummy ache!!

Chicken tikka curry is not edible. Tastes like old chicken pieces and paid £2 extra for a large but it didn't even look like a regular. Restaurant wasn't prepared to help so won't be using them.

Didn't eat here as I was put off by the cleanliness so can't comment on food quality. The place needs a good clean as it's very off putting!!

EXCELLENT customer service and Amazing pizza probably one of the best I had in BD7... definitely will highly recommend. Got to meet one of the famous celebrity from ticktock which made my day.
