Wow!!! What a difference laser hair removal makes. I have had 4 sessions of the body builder package and my skin is practically hairless in comparison to before finding this gem of a place. Great customer service from all of the team with amazing equipment. A few more sessions to go! :)

Prior to starting my treatment with Alpha, I was searching around to find the best laser hair removal clinic that used medical grade laser equipment rather than IPL, as I had tried IPL in the past and was very disappointed with the results. I have now had my 4th session and have been absolutely stunned by how well the equipment works!! They have brand new state of the art medical grade laser equipment, yet the prices are very reasonable!!! I had better results from my first session here compared to 8 sessions of IPL. Would highly recommend this to anyone as the service was very professional too.

Wow.. what an experience. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Absolutely amazing customer service, I was offered a free consultation, discussed my needs and they went beyond that and offered me a great package and price.. I received text reminders and everything was spot on, I was instructed well, what to do before and what to do after the removal, the safety on the place is 10/10, new sheets and gloves used every time, the place was top quality and I felt in perfect hands.. the removal has helped a lot, I feel more confident in my skin. They give aloe Vera gel to use after which helps a lot. It is one of the best customer services I have ever had, ran by amazing people with great manners, offering tea and water etc. I love the design of the place also as you can see in the pictures below, especially the social media plaque! Thought it was really cool. To end it on, they provided me with a referral so my friends and family could get a discount going forward, it’s always good saving money !! Would 100% recommend 😃

I have been visiting Alpha Laser Clinic since they opened and have received a number of different treatments for different areas. Initially, I was unsure of how well the laser hair removal would work but it has worked better than I could have ever hoped. The machines they use are the highest spec available which make it easier for pain management as well as how effective the hair removal is. All staff and management have been extremely helpful, polite and professional throughout all engagements. They explained everything in detail and in terms that were easy to understand. Cannot thank the guys at Alpha enough for making such a difference and making every visit and pleasant experience!

If you the perfect experience. Alpha it is. Everything was perfect. Brilliant customer service starting with a free consultation to assess my needs to offer me the best package; at a very good price. Safety is on point before, during and after with clear instructions for best results. Got tired of spending ages removing unwanted hair from my face every week. Went to see Alpha Laser Clinic to get some advice on laser hair removal. They thoroughly explained the procedure and made me feel so comfortable. I decided to go for LHR on my cheeks, under beard line and back of neck. After the first session I seen great results. My hair growth slowed down dramatically and grew finer eventually to no hair. Even my skin started to look cleaner. I had a total of 6 sessions. These guys are using the best machinery to execute your hair. The clinic is clean, warm and the cup of coffee tops it off. Thanks Team Alpha 😊

Amazing service, very friendly and professional. More importantly, amazing results from the very 1st session. Medical grade laster machine, which they use with cold air simultaneously to minimise any pain. Havnt had to shave / line out my beard for over 6months and best of all, no more threading on my cheeks! Cant recommend the place enough! Oh and don't forget to try the coffee 😉

Went for my 3rd session today what a service I had!!! I couldn’t thank these guys coming to town well affordable and cheap rates, also pain free and the service I got was beyond 5 star treatment the staff are amazing and I was offered a hot drink or a cold drink on my arrival felt right warming to be there any question I needed the consultant answered them, well manner and respectful no judgement on anything that’s the best part!!! So far I’m on my 4th treatment I can not find any word to describe what my results are other then phenomenal Results!!
