First time today, after hearing all the hype from my 3 kids (10yrs, 7yrs and 4yrs). Called to ask if I need to pre-book, was advised better to book online as there is £1 saving and quicker once you arrive. Simple and easy to book online. Once arriving was greeted by a young girl called Habeeba at the reception, she was very bubbly and smiling and joking with my children. Gave us all some wristbands and showed the food/cafe area as we were 15mins early. My kids loved the actual play area, I went on to watch over my youngest. Must say was very very impressed how well supervised the play area is, the staff seem pleasant. After 1 hour of fun and madness, on exiting the same assistant Habeeba approached my kids joking and smiling said "looking forward to seeing you again" I feel she's a great credit to this place. Will certainly be returning again and look forward to it. Only slight disappointment is the pricing strategy, I feel under 4's should go on for a cheaper price. Would highly recommended that if toddlers get a discounted price instead of letting the adult on.

This was booked as a gift so I had no expectations as I hadnt really heard of it, boys were excited though, it's a kids dream. Once there I was blown away. It was a sweaty and full of laughs visit. What really amazed me was the staff, absolutely everyone looked so happy to be there. All smiling and so helpful. They honestly could not do enough for us, I would already like to go back but the experience I had has made that much more likely to be very soon. Wonderful afternoon out.

Funzy is a lovely inflatable theme park. A day out for the family to have fun. It is beautifully designed indoors and well arranged in such a way that maximum fun is achieved by young and old. Young ones can have maximum fun as they bounce away the stress of school work with no fear of being injured. It is located in a quiet and serene area close to the city centre. A very lovely place to spend time together as a family.

Had a great time at Funzy Inflatable Theme Park last night, the site was nice and clean, we were processed really quickly and released into the Inflatable experience. The kids loved bouncing and sliding and ball pits and were exhausted by the end of the hour. Facilities were nice and clean, and the cafe was well stocked and offering some good looking treats. I ordered a tea and a burger and it was really tasty. Will be back again for another visit.

Firstly this place is very clean and well presented secondly the staff are very nice and polite. My kids had a brilliant time. One of my sons that has extreme eczema got extremely hot near the end the saw him straight away sat in a corner and assisted him. They went the extra mile as we got off they brought him an ice pack and gave him a slushy free of charge. Special thank you to savera and anila they where great will definitely be back again

My son had his birthday party here today, and throughly enjoyed his day. From when we arrived our party host was fantastic, and made sure everything went smoothly. The kids all had an amazing time (and the adults as well!) on the inflatables and the party food was enjoyed by all. I can't recommend Funzy enough, thank you to all the staff again for a fantastic birthday party.

It is a great place to take children for fun. And there is a great staff who help you if you are in need. I want to share my personal experience as I went in December 2021 with my family and my kid was enjoying as was supervising her. I put my phone in my pocket and was playing in the balls area. Then as soon as I left, I felt my phone is not with me. I quickly I informed the staff that I have lost my phone and staff( Sweara) and she quickly got up and started looking for my phone and within 3 mints I got my phone back. I was lost my hope that I will get my phone back as I had lost it in the area where there were lots of balls and was not possible to find it easily but she was so kind and helped me in time and I got my iPhone back. I was so pleased and I will prefer to everyone to take there children to have a fun and enjoy and will say many thanks to that staff🥰🥰

I had an amazing time and my son absolutely loved it but to top it off young lad Harris who works there he made my day. Not only did he make my day he made my week! Reason behind this is how polite he is and was making sure everyone was safe! Everyone reading this you should be more like harris. Thank you🙌🏻

Management really need to step up their hygiene policies, absolutely filthy, no still water in the fridge so the waitress offered iced water in a jug, but forgot about it, went back to remind her then was told no ice-which is fine, the filthy jug then was brought to our table with orange/brown prints all over it most likely not been washed since beginning of COVID (possibly longer) the margarita pizza they do, is chewy and awful, my 7 yr old couldn’t chew it and was more like rubber- I complained to which the waitress said a lot of people complain about it, I wasn’t offered any money back instead she offered to take it away for me- how nice! Now I am sat here drinking the milkshake I have bought wondering how clean the machine which makes it is.. (🤮) why do places let their standards slip once established.. toilet out of service too… no water in fridge.. hand gel at the entrance is empty ..basic things.. staff just stood about - get your act together funzy management. I’d appreciate a refund.

Great for kids and us adults. Book online though as quite expensive if you just walk in 😉

My daughters had a joint party today. The party host, Megan was great. No complaints from the children about the inflatable or the food. There was a nice selection and I think they should put out less as theres a lot of waste. The party bags are good. However, the toilets weren't flushing and the taps weren't working. We had a really wobbly table which made the juice spill and the vouchers you get with the gold party are for term time mon to Fri only which it doesn't say on the website. I personally won't be paying for a party at Funzys again as its a lot of money for what you actually get.

Came down this weekend and had an amazing day with my 2 children 6 year old and 4year old. The staff was lovely, especially a young girl called Tanzim so polite and helpful, extremely good service loved the whole environment and was so nice and friendly atmosphere. Deffo coming back.

Thanks to the team today for our son’s birthday party. Our party host, Georgina, was exceptionally organised and attentive and the children had a wonderful time and the spread of food was perfect. The first aid trained young man was excellent cleaning up one of the children’s knees very professionally. Thank you.

My daughter had her birthday party on a Friday evening at 6pm, party host was Georgina, who was extremely helpful from start to finish. Georgina was great with the kids and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend .

I visited here last weekend for a kids' birthday party. The inflatables are gigantic, so it's great fun for kids and adults. Unfortunately I couldn't take any pictures for privacy reasons as it was very busy and full of people, I did however enjoy a nice coffee there while I was waiting, managed to take a snap of that! I would visit here again.

Had my girls birthday party here with all her friends from school. Brilliant place. All the kids enjoyed themselves and had a wonderful time. Party host MEGAN was fantastic. Explained everything from start and was there till finish. Service from MEGAN was brilliant. Kids loved the food. MEGAN was smiling and very helpful all the way through the party. Thanks MEGAN.

This place is amazing! Everything is well maintained and cleaned, pricing to get in is reasonable and best if all, the staff are great! We had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew a couple of times before and during our visit and he was such a nice guy. 100% recommend for all ages, tons of fun and we will be returning regularly!

Kids loved it, and prices to get in are very reasonable. It's quite chaotic inside, particularly at the change over time when it's a mad scramble to get a table and seat (they could really do with a few more of these). Staff inside are brilliant and very friendly. Good, cheap, multistorey car park next door. Would highly recommend

Booked online so very quickly got us our wrist bands, very nice staff at the reception. Got on and had a blast with my 2 boys, 4 and 6. When our hour was up, 3 mins left (not that I'm fussed) but the girls working there went berserk, get off now! Everyone shouting, was chaotic and my boys were shocked, thought they were in trouble. So finished on a damp note but overall the experience was pleasant.

Myself and my friend arrived about 12.05 after paying our children in and filling out the wavier form it was just after 12.15. Our children played on the equipment only to be told to get off at 1. The children were confused and upset it felt as though they had just got on. My friend went over to explain they had only had 45 minutes she was told that's just the rules! She then went to the main desk to complain where a person gave us a new wrist band to cover the additional minutes. I believe the whole entry system needs looking at more carefully as this different coloured wristband per hour on the hour does not work for people who are walk ins. Something additional needs to be put in place in order for walk ins to be allocated their proper time slot. In addition to this myself and my friend both ordered a hot drink, I had drank mine whilst we still were waiting for my friends, 20 or so minutes past. I went to order myself another drink and ask where my friends was. It had been left on the side and forgotten about! They then attempted to hand me the drink to take over to my friend instead of doing the job they should have done in the first place. I refused and explained I have come to order my own! One thing I will praise Funzy for is that after I ordered the vegan pizza they realised they had no vegan cheese so one of the members of staff especially when out to get some. They upgraded the size of my pizza for the wait. The pizza was very nice.

Had my kid's birthday party here recently and the kids had a good time. Upon arriving (on a Saturday evening), it was very busy and we didn't find even a single table empty to sit on. We were assigned a party host (Inaya or Hanaya?) and she helped to get us a party table. They also helped to store the cake in the refrigerator until we moved to the party room. The staff were friendly and helpful. During the party session, kids were served pizza, cookies, juice and ice creams ! The only issue that we had was that the party invitations arrived only a few days after the birthday. It could be because of the royal mail strikes, but given that I booked the party packages almost 2+ weeks in advance, it would have been good if they were posted earlier. But this wasn't a big issue .

It's okay. The food isnt great and takes ages to come so I would eat either before / after you go. The actual inflatable is great and my kids had a wonderful time they love going. Feel like the place could be cleaner as well. Lots of bits are broken, like the floor and the railing before you go into the inflatable. And the toilets could be cleaner too. But overall it's a fun few hours for the kids and tires them out.

Kids absolutely loved it. Clean, spacious and staff are really friendly and helpful. Their food and kids meals really are value for money, they're tasty and you get plenty for both adults and the kids.. we will certainly be back!

Doing Review again, Very good customer service from staff, Good spot for the kids to enjoy themselves, while you sit back and enjoy, there’s food& drinks served inside price is reasonable, Pricey for under 6 year olds no parking on site buts there’s a 24 hours parking down the road or there’s the cinema complex.
