    Took 30 min, being the second car in line at the drive thru. Fine. Get home after waiting another 15 min for my own food. Fine. I get home and my “beef and broccoli” was straight broccoli with a small piece of meat. Absolutely terrible.

    Order my food for pick up at 5:30 PM it is now 6 o’clock and they telling me that I have to wait another 10 minutes for my food. They should not call this place fast food they should call this place slow food. Now I remember why are you not like this place anymore?

    Went here for lunch and wanted the teriyaki chicken which was out, so a colleague and I waited for it to be completed ( which took about 10 minutes). Once it was completed the people behind the counter serviced all of it to online and drive thru orders leaving not enough to service both my colleague and I. They responded with they are making more that will be completed in about 10-15 minutes. If you knew you weren’t going to serve us then why make us wait the original 10 minutes instead of telling us that it will be around 25 minute wait for that particular dish. That’s probably the worst service I have received in a long time and we both decided Panda isn’t worth waiting another 10-15 minutes not knowing if they would do the same thing again so we left. # do better

    We went here through the drive Thursday and because we ordered something that was going to take 8 kinutes to cook we had to pull up by the door which is fine. The girl that brought the food out refused to walk to the truck she had us get out of the vehicle to get it which shows how lazy she is . I called the manager who stated she would talk to her. Where are people's work ethics these days?

    So a couple weeks ago we were here. Pulled up and ordered, we were told it would be about a 10 minute wait and to pull straight forward into a parking spot, someone would bring our order out when it was ready. No flag on the car, no sticker on the window, I was wondering how they know which car gets which order but ok I'm sure they have a system. We got to talking and waiting and it seemed like it had been a while. The two cars next to us had gotten their food and left and a new car pulled in. We checked the receipt and it had been 20 minutes. I went inside and the very flustered man running the checkout yelled over to drive through, they hollered back they couldn't find our car which was parked exactly where they pointed directly in front of the drive thru in the first parking spot. Didn't offer to make the order up fresh, didn't apologize, just said that they're really busy. Yeah I can see that but maybe get some post it notes like other places use when they have orders waiting in the parking lot. I'm not interested in going back to this location again. A simple "sorry" goes a long way even if you're busy. At least an offer to do even anything as apology goes a long way. Nothing. Just tepid food that had been sitting around for 10 minutes or more getting soggy. Go somewhere else. If they can't be bothered to figure out where we parked or apologize or really do anything other than shrug and say "we're busy" what else can't they be bothered to do because they're too busy?

    Went through the drive up window. She was polite enough but they had only 1 side! When I got the dish the sauce tasted burnt. They used to be so good! Not so much any more.

    Been to this panda for years and I’ve never had a problem until today. The fried rice my guest and I received smelled absolutely disgusting. It smelled like someone stepped on it with dirty feet. It was nauseating. I went back and asked a for a refund. They said that was “not allowed”. Terrible customer service for spoiled food.

    the fried rice smelled like dirty feet and tasted bad. Went back to get a refund and they refused. instead they gave me new fried rice that smelled even WORSE! I had to throw it out immediately. Do better. that was so nasty and it has never smelled like that before. Ruined my entire meal so F this place I will not be returning!

    Incredible staff with the best energy. Lucmar is the kindest person and greats you as soon as you walk the door. He deserves a raise and should be in a commercial for Panda Express. And he’s also super handsome too. Makes me wish I lived closer

    Went there first time in awhile. No particular reason why not, just havent. Food was really good, fast, reasonable but most of all not feeling rushed because i didnt know what i wanted. Definitely returning

    Made the mistake of trying here again after a short boycott. ONCE AGAIN lunchtime and was told there would be a 20 minute wait for my food. SERIOUSLY? AGAIN? STILL? Why can't you BE PREPARED for the lunch business? Some of us only get 30 minutes for lunch. Upper management PLEASE fix this store.

    Love the food, but it would be nice if they learned the difference between white and fried rice. 50% of the time they get it wrong. Shame on me for not checking before I leave the drive thru.

    I do food deliveries and the weight loss program I am on doesn't allow fast food restaurants. But as far as the service here I never had a problem. The atmosphere is always calm and laid-back. This is the only restaurant I pick up from that makes me hungry, it away smells really good. Every employee that I talked with here is very pleasant.

    Ordered online went t through the drive thru to pick up my meal i ordered online and was denied. (Its 30 degrees out and wet, why!!!) The person said I had to come in and get it. Walked in and it was on a rack. half way between the drive thru window and the door. Is that customer friendly I say no.

    Usually, a great place to order from. This particular time, we ordered, t brought our food home. When we opened our to-go plates, it was minimal food in there. Called the store and they said they were training new people and were sorry for the hassle. The manager put us down for new meals at no charge.

    This location is horrible the shrimp is soggy the breading was mush at the bottom of my plate, the noodles had huge chunks of veggies that weren’t even sorta cut up, but for the first time in a while my orange chicken was actually edible, it’s usually soggy like the shrimp and doesn’t even taste like their orange chicken sauce it sometimes tastes like pre packaged stuff!!!

    6:15pm Thursday 10/6/22 The place was a bit busy, lots of staff cooking and serving. 3 people in front of me, 3 other cusromers standing off the side waiting for their food. I went to order 2 choices, first was Honey walnut shrimp and second was teriyaki chicken. They had NO teriyaki chicken done, told me it would take 20 minutes... 20 MINUTES, it was 6:15pm! I asked if the orange chicken was spicy, as a staff member responded no, I actually seen the sign with the hot pepper on it. I responded with, "Oh, I see the sign now, and there's a pepper symbol on it and you're telling me it isn't spicy?" She returned with "well it's like a medium spicy." 🥴 SERIOUSLY?!? I then said is there anything else that isn't spicy, she kind of looked at me like "are you seriois?" So I asked for the same for my second choice, honey walnut shrimp. I was they were out and then told it would take 10-15 minutes. Are you serious? At that point I said forget it, I don't want anything and left. ALL those people working and they had none of the only two things you serve that isn't spicy ready. We won't be returning to this location.

    I asked for a bowl of beyond orange chicken and chow mein and then they gave me the original orange chicken. Went back inside to get my order right because my girlfriend is vegetarian. Lady at the front was rude and rolled her eyes. she made me feel like I was in the wrong. She said that she heard me say original orange. I know for a fact I said beyond. That is not how you treat a customer when you make a mistake. Food was good though
