4.5 stars - so good! Intimate space with very friendly service. The food was exceptional! We shared the chevrin cheese starter, and our mains were the picanha and prawns, all meals were delicious. Their side options are plentiful and varied, a change from many restaurants in Portugal.

Simple fantastic location, place and food. Superb meat, well cooked and served with flair. The chuleton was very tasty and juicy. Staff is very professional and friendly providing exceptional service. The decoration is very interesting, specially the way they hang the paintings and frames.

Showed up at opening time and was met with a less enthusiastic host...The chef and staff did not seem to friendly as well...You have only one chance to make a good impression...If I want good beef I can simply go to Braganca and get it...and I have...Went to MICHIZAKI and was met with kind and outgoing folks...You snooze...you lose...Resident Cowboy and supporter of the economy of Portugal since 2016...

Great food, great service and good folks. Promptly met and seated upon our arrival. We were served a bread basket with three different breads, all tasty, the butter that was infused with bacon, and the sun dried tomato pesto were both great on the bread. We started with the Kartilho Plate of cheeses and charcuterie and added the grilled Tiger Shrimp which was plated with a small salad and fried potatoes. With wine, 2 reds and 1 white, and a bottle of water, we had a great meal. Good wine list to accompany their great menu. You can’t go wrong! Highly recommend.

Swift and attentive service - my fault for not knowing that this was largely a "beef" restaurant - so the menu didn't offer much for me. I did enjoy the chicken croquettes with sweet chilli sauce (though I took several home and unfortunately the restaurant didn't pack the sauce along with them?!?). I also had the grilled tiger shrimp which weren't fantastic honestly - there was very little actual shrimp and some of it was a bit mushy. I've had much better shrimp elsewhere. My advice is that if you're not a beef eater, go elsewhere - but if you are, the service is great and the meat looked great.

If you wish to try dry aged meat @Braga, go to @Kartilho and you will love it! PS: Not for vegan...

This one of the most charming restaurants I have ever visited. The food was carefully prepared to be delicious. The meat is the start of the night and so the side dishes. Wonderful service, great attention. Only wines were a bit overpriced. That asides, all perfect!
