Love this newer Starbucks. We needed a Starbucks on this side of Brainerd. I'm not Caribou coffee drinker. Like the people here they actually acknowledge you..

The workers are so kind, and the drink are always delicious.

the staff and environment at this store are awesome. the baristas always get our orders correct AND let us know about special offers when we can get a discount or something more for less. I love this location.

Two stars because the staff was nice but my drink was close to being half empty. They already charge to much for a coffee and now I’m only getting half of what I pay for. The two in Baxter have never done me dirty like this.

We went through the drive thru and when we got to pay I tried to pay with a $50 bill and was told they don’t take $50’s. Never had this issue at any other Starbucks. That was all I had so ended up leaving without our drinks. If they don’t take something that should be told to customers or have a sign.

They have the coolest bathroom sink/soap dispenser/faucet/hand dryer combo! But they've recently had to close at 4:30 pm dye to staffing issues. ☹️

Destinee is the best! I absolutely love when she is working! She always makes me smile, she puts nice heartfelt sayings on my drink!

This Starbucks has quick service and friendly staff. Whether you order ahead, dine in, or do the drive through you will have the same level of service.

Disappointed in the service received today. Appeared to be a new barista struggling, no one offered to help her. She made my drink incorrectly also. I have no problem waiting but when already paying $10 for a drink and waiting 20 minutes, you’d think it would have been made correctly.

Worth service. Got both orders wrong. (Iced instead of hot) and never bothered to ask for our name but she made sure to ask about the tip question. The staff appeared friendly to people they knew. We were new faces and got the I don't care treatment.

All and i mean all the employees there are awesome! All positive vibes. This is my spot when I want my starbucks👌🏼

Good coffee, but they were out of all the pumpkin flavors when I went there. Starbucks has gotten a bit too expensive.

Couldn’t break a 100 dollar bill I have nothing else and want to spend my money with you but can’t i don’t want to break it but its all I have wont be back

Not impressed. I tried giving my old Starbucks cup to the lady at the counter because to allow for a new drink that I just bought from Starbucks…. But she wouldn’t take it. I’ve done this a million times where they’ll be courteous and take the item.. I guess Starbucks is just on the decline of being nice?! Welp, no more stopping here.
