Well worth finding, for a scenic walk along the river. However be warned it can be very muddy and not all the track is paved, however if you enjoy a stroll, have suitable footwear paths head off in the direction of Poynton, walk into Bramhall centre or combine with a stroll around Bramhall Park.

The Happy Valley trail is a pleasant stroll along the banks of the Ladybrook River. The terrain includes woods and fielded areas. It is a fairly easy walk, although some of the paths may be difficult for wheelchair accessibility. There are no picnic areas as such, but there are numerous benches spread out along the way.

A beautiful place but unfortunately there is now only one link between both banks as the council have removed the stepping stones which have been a popular place to cross.

Pretty little walk by a small stream. The friends of happy valley do a great job of maintaining the place with scant help from the council. Lots of dog walkers use the valley regularly so be aware it is quite "doggy"

Great place for a stroll, ideal for dog walking and or dog observing. The streams are wonderful to walk along. Would definitely visit again.

The valley it's self is quite picturesque, it boasts some array of wild life in the grasslands ponds rivers and wooded areas. The main paths are generally quite muddy but have some newly renovated areas. However there are many schools children displaying anti social behaviour particularly in afternoons and evenings. Little is a massive plauge of the valley and can cause danger to dogs and is a massive eye sawe. The valley does the job for local dog walkers but is not worth making a trip for.

Wasn't disappointed with the wildlife which included buzzards, kestrels, paraquets, herons and bluetits. Very muddy at the moment and no where to cross over the river, but there was signs of a bridge which may have collapsed. Not been before so not sure if that was possible before. Imagine it's lovely in summer.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I've left my review for bramhall hall on the appropriate page, this is just about the park lands. You can visit the park for free, you only pay to go into the house which is well worth it. The park has a great little playground aimed at kids around 10 and under. Theres ample picturesque spots for p...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Love this little park, always have done. Played in it as a child and took my own son there to play when he was little. It's usually very well kept and handily close to Funky Monkey coffee shop.
