I just spoke with the front desk receptionist regarding who would be a good fit for me for a massage because they have switched so much staff since I last went. I asked multiple questions to ensure the massage styles would meet my needs and she declined to answer any questions. She was no help at all and when I said I would just book somewhere else, she replied “not a problem “. She did not even care about having people feel comfortable to book with the spa. What kind of employee is that? I hope this matter is looked into because her behaviour is unacceptable.

Aesthetics were on point🤌 It was a clean and welcoming environment. Valerie and the other young lady who did my son's junior pedicure were both very pleasant and did a lovely job. Plus, it was my husband's birthday so the signature pedicure experience was nice.I would have liked to have wifi access during the visit though, so that's my only recommendation 😏

The service was incredible - the staff was polite and friendly. From the moment you walked in you were greeted with professionalism and taken to a lounge before your appointment began. I was running a bit late and they were incredibly accommodating, ensuring I had my full appointment; they didn’t have to do this but I couldn’t be more grateful! Dhanu was thorough with my pedicure and explained each step as it was my first time having the rescue pedicure. Everything was also very hygienic, the tools used were disposable/one-time use and sanitation was done throughout. It was truly a luxurious experience and will definitely be coming back to try out the other services at Five Senses!

The service has been outstanding! I've been working with the five sense team, with clearing my acne and old scars. It's only been 6 months but know I feel comfortable working day to day without wearing makeup. And that is a great experience!

My go-to place for massage! I've been seeing Amy for a few years and she is phenomenal. Firm yet relaxing and gets the areas that you share with her need work. I love that she always checks in with you prior to the appointment to see if anything has changed! She makes you feel at home. Definitely recommend Amy for your massage needs.

Such an amazing experience. Jocelyn is absolutely amazing. I did reflexology and a Swedish massage. I feel like every single person would benefit from experiencing reflexology, with someone like her, you can tell she enjoys her job (something not easy to come across these days, in my opinion). Very warm and friendly. The location is clean and beautiful and all the staff I encountered were friendly. I recommend and I will definitely be back. Jocelyn thank you so much, I am still in awe. 💙💎

The facility has a calm spa like atmosphere. My massage with Muhammad was very relaxing and rejuvenating. I found the price for a 60 minute massage to be a bit high but in-line with other places as well. I am glad I chose Five Senses because they offer the best value.

I've done prenatal massage, a facial, and 2 laser treatments on my face here. I had 4 different techs work on me. By far the best has been DOROTHY. Always request Dorothy. She takes her time and truly cares. Give her a promotion! She should be manager of the cosmetic area

I booked a facial with Cathy today. Absolutely phenomenal! Cathy was very kind and knowledgeable. Its very obvious that Cathy enjoys and takes pride in her work. I will definitely be returning. All the ladies at the front were welcoming and the spa was very clean and styled nicely. Great first experience today.

Lovely ambience is what you 1st notice when one enters. Staff is friendly. RMTs are efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Multiple massage options are available, including a couple's massage. A recommendation would be to offer direct billing for insurance. Otherwise, it's a great place for any massage

I enjoyed a wonderful whiskey scrub treatment at 5 sense spa. The online booking was convenient and hassle-free, and the spa was neat and relaxing. The scrub was gentle and effective, leaving my skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated. I suggest wearing a swimsuit that won’t get in the way of the treatment. This was a great and budget-friendly experience that I highly recommend.

I love going to Five Senses. The place itself has a nice atmosphere and is so comfortable and welcoming. I have had several services done for my face and body primarily with Saira whose expertise and professionalism keep me coming back. I first had a pedicure with her over a year ago and have since booked several other treatments because she’s really good at her job as an aesthetician. I also think Chanel is an excellent RMT. But I would highly recommend any service from this Spa!

My massage therapy was amazing. I came in mainly to focus on my neck and back for tightness. The right amount of pressure. I am not big on conversations during my sessions. We had a little chat which turned into a full silence and relaxation mode. I do recommend him. The evening I had my appointment there was a party happening in the same plaza. Even with loud music, the spa has multiple rooms and my room was practically sound proof. I was not worried about having quiet and peacefulness during my session.

I booked a 90 minute massage followed by a body scrub, upon entry the experience was nice and well organized I did not had to wait. The massage I would say was just okay. Even after booking a 90 minute massage I did not come out fully rejuvenated. The therapist did not focus on the troubled areas much. Not sure if I would like to spend my bucks here next time.
