I recently ordered a Cilantro Lime Chicken Wrap from Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I received my order, I found that the wrap had nothing inside it. Frustrated, I decided to return to the store the next day to show them a picture of my order. However, the manager, June, was not apologetic at all. She simply said, 'You should have come back the same time.' I understand that mistakes can happen, but I couldn't go back due to the inconvenience. It would have been much more appreciated if they had been apologetic and offered a solution instead of saying, 'I just work here, and I can't do anything.' Customer service is an important aspect of any establishment, and I hope Tim Hortons can work on improving it in the future.

Loved the Crispy chicken sandwich 🥪 also tried the garlic herb 🌿 croissant and it is full of flavors, kind of cozy place to hang around with free Wi-Fi

I don’t have -minus stars to rate them , In food industry food can be really dangerous to some who don’t eat particular things . I ordered veggie hebanero wrap and you guys sent chicken wrap via doordash and when took first bite it was all chicken and had to throw up and garbage that . If you can’t work properly for customers then don’t even try to spoil someone’s beliefs . It’s not a small issue. Definitely gona take Legal action against you guys

They go above and beyond for you here. Always making sure the order is right. I ordered delivery from here and when it was wrong I returned it to the establishment and they gave me the right order plus ten complimentary timbits. Will always go to and support this location! I recommend the farmer's wrap and the chocolate creamy chill if you prefer non caffeinated drinks.

Just got my iced coffee and egg muffin. I don’t know why the staff don’t understand what extra means. I have ordered for extra base extra cream and extra ice. When they handover the drink there was less ice i had to mention again about ice and when i drank it got to know they even forgot to add extra cane sugar. It was so bitter in taste.

The last 3 times I have been through this drive-thru they have managed to get my order wrong! Nothing more frustrating then taking a sip of your tea for it to be wrong yet again!

Great food, good customer service, dine in and drive-thur. It’s pretty clean and fast service unless there’s rush. Doughnuts, coffee, chicken, sandwiches, timbits, drinks are available. Cheap price but rich quality. Overall great place to get a snack, drink and even lunch.

Coffee always taste burnt or tea like water and milk. The drive thru takes forever and when you get to the window the girls are just busy chatting away . night time staff was very unprofessional she said I don't care about restaurant reputation service!
