recently
ordered
a
Cilantro
Lime
Chicken
Wrap
from
Tim
Hortons,
and
unfortunately,
my
experience
was
quite
disappointing.
When
I
received
my
order,
I
found
that
the
wrap
had
nothing
inside
it.
Frustrated,
I
decided
to
return
to
the
store
the
next
day
to
show
them
a
picture
of
my
order.
However,
the
manager,
June,
was
not
apologetic
at
all.
She
simply
said,
'You
should
have
come
back
the
same
time.'
I
understand
that
mistakes
can
happen,
but
I
couldn't
go
back
due
to
the
inconvenience.
It
would
have
been
much
more
appreciated
if
they
had
been
apologetic
and
offered
a
solution
instead
of
saying,
'I
just
work
here,
and
I
can't
do
anything.'
Customer
service
is
an
important
aspect
of
any
establishment,
and
I
hope
Tim
Hortons
can
work
on
improving
it
in
the
future.
