Due to Covid, many stores closed down and some not opened even at 2pm. The food court still open for business and it was very busy. Have very few tables and chairs due to social distancing. Price for food went up. Dim sum place still there and it was extremely busy. The place is old and is showing its age. Having said that, it was clean.

Love the mom and pops store in there. They have a great nail spa place there. McDonald's is there as well. A small fair for the kids to play is also there. They have a beauty supply store and sports store and Asian grocery store. The parking is not the greatest when busy in the weekends.

Nice mall, but not too big. Grocery store inside is big with great selection of items. Prices r cheap also. There is a nail shop, clothing stores, cellphone stores, playground, hair supplies store, restaurants, decor shop and health food store.

Okay little mall with some good retailers inside. The grocery store smells awful sometimes, like rotting meat. The mall corridors and bathrooms doesn't seem very clean/sanitary.

NO WIFI. Good mail for hair cuts! Baked goods and asian foods. Lots of parking. The mall in not in great shape, needs some renovations but it's clean. Great location. Friendly people and stores. Needs more seating and security. Great overall! Have to try bakery!

This mall has a lot to offer inside from the look from outside seems nothing is going on there there’s so much to discover in there. I even found African store there. Highly recommend you walk around the mall.

A.K.A Pacific Mall....This the go to spot for movies...android boxes, Seasons (go to place for your back home ingredients) if you understood that then you know what I mean seen.

It is your regular mall not exactly the high street! Anchored by a Chinese grocery ,it does have shoes, street fashion, eateries, cellphone and dollar store kind of stores. There are hair cutting saloons and computer repairs too. OK if you live in the vicinity.

Sketchy mall and the fishy scent from Seasons seems to permeate the atmosphere. However, this mall is also where my church is located so if you're shopping here on a Sunday or Wednesday don't hesitate to check Destiny and Dominion.

Exquizeet Tattoo Studio and School is located at the bottom of the 2nd hallway. Check it out, this place is awesome to learn tattooing and body piercing, also to get your tattoo and/or piercing! And the Seasons grocery store has a lot to offer, including exotic fruit and vegetables and other items.

I love this mall. It's just the right size, not too big not too small. The shop owners are very friendly and are always smiling.

Got everything at dollar galaxy. All indian stuff is all dollar store. They have juice shop at entrance. Who sells sugarcane juice. MUST VISIT

Review for the hair cutting salon on the right side of the mall: got a wash, cut, and style. Got a chair right away as place was empty. Showed them 3 diffrent photos of the style I wanted. Was very disappointed with the final results. I felt like crying. On the wall it was advertised “women’s haircut $25” but I paid $45 I assume it was for the wash and style. Went to the washroom and immediately brushed out my hair to try to somewhat fix it. My style required volume on the top towards the back but instead she added volume on the front top of my hair. Definitely will not return

Seasons/Freshwin food mart stay away from frozen foods. Twice the packages looked good but when opened the food had obviously been fully thawed and then re-frozen. They did give refund but only after repeated demands for manager to come to front of store. SuperSave Drapery Store has been there for years and supplies curtains/drapes including custom-made drapes. When purchasing their highest priced fabrics and custom-made drapes, as my wife did, the fabric proved good but..at best... the workmanship can only be called poor and all supplied hardware, including essential curtain hooks, is the cheapest and lowest quality. Example: Instead of full-size pleating hooks, they supplied 1 1/2 inch pin-on hooks for very heavy , lined, full-length velvet drapes . The I-beam rail and mounting brackets are so thin and weak that they bend easily and additional brackets HAD to be used.......but I had to purchase them separately! .

It's decent, washrooms are okay but mainly people come here for Seasons (now Fresh Win Foodmart) only.

It's a bit of a weird mall. It's not very big and offers a variety of stores, from a large sportwear store (shoes and clothing essentially), to a tattoo parlour, a dollar+ store, a nail salon, hair salons and an Asian grocery store (Freshwin Foodmart). This mall is well known for its kiddy play place, which takes a big part of the back of the mall. There are several off stores selling anything and everything, from older electronics to furniture and clothing. Not to mention the presence of a booth that sells DVDs in plastic sleeves. No comment! I like the bakery right across from the entrance of the Freshwin store, called Hung & Kin Bakery. They make baked products fresh on-site.

A cozy place to do your shopping at discounted price. They have Asian stores and restaurant.

The kiddy land is the best indoor play place I have seen till now. The price to play games is affordable everyone can play. The baby play place is the best I have seen not seen in any other indoor play place. The staff is also very kind

This mall has many hidden gems inside! Banh Mi shop is my favourite place for banh Mi and the Asian Bakery store in there is primooo!

This mall is in serious need of an overhaul. From outdated designs to a parking lot that has potholes larger than parking spaces, this is the worst mall in Brampton, if not all of Ontario.

Very busy place. Inside there should be odour control. Or the HVAC system should be more effective to suck out the odour.

the mall is outdated and need some renovations.. lighting inside is dim and the paint is too old.. Fair enough to visit if for groceries, affordable haircuts from Asian salon, and those household stuff that time to time we are using is probably an easy find find from those shops inside the mall..

Bought so called fresh fish from Seasons spent $20.00. Got home and unwrapped it the smell was horrible. It was all rotten had to throw it out. As a senior I have to rely on a ride smell so bad couldn't keep it even in freezer.

Complete disregard for the families in the adjoining neighborhood. Regularly allows events where the noise is so loud that our walls shake in our home many blocks away. We have called the police so many times for this place. Mall administration is irresponsible.

Low end everything. Affordable knockoff City. I brought my McDonald's around the rear of this structure, to eat in the shade and in peace. 10 minutes later some angry little man in a car stopped and shouted at me to move along. There was a 5 Second pause as I stared at him, in disbelief. Knowing this type of person, I decided to move along instead of being harassed by the local police force. In the winter I dipped in there to look at some Footwear in the large shoe store. Nothing really caught my eye. No one offer to assist me either within 30 minutes I spent there.

falling apart. needs some investment to bring in a few better stores or to make more attractions. expand the play space to an all ages arcade, so everyone can enjoy.

The bakery here is awesome. The grocery store is comparable to a oceans or seasons grocery store. The tatoo place is awesome aswell. And the tv service provider D-light really hooks you up.

A lot of cool mom and pop stores for you to check out. My favourite is dollar bargain as there's so much random inexpensive stuff to browse through. I recommend the shrimp chips from four corners superstore as well, those are simply fantastic. If you want a nice, chinatown style mall to visit, then this is the place to go to in Brampton. Hope you enjoy this place as well as I do!

There is a very wonderful church located in this mall. It is not very crowded, pre or post pandemic. Can find things here that can be difficult to find anywhere else in the city, and the plaza across the street has some good lunch joints.
